Chapter two hundred and eighty fifth spiritual release
The simple practitioners of Qi training or the spiritual cultivation have abandoned the stage of physical cultivation and directly practice Qi training or the spiritual cultivation. Among them, Qian Xiaohao and his family are supporters of the spiritual cultivation.
People nowadays have obviously gone astray, and they look down on body refiners, so they often cannot cultivate very high levels.
In fact, they fell into a misunderstanding that body refining does consume qi and blood, that is, life energy. However, the consumption made on the basis of body exercises, these consumptions have expanded the potential of the human body.
As long as you pay attention to replenishing energy that is lost in the body, this will not only develop the potential of the body, consolidate the origin of the body, but also enhance willpower. Such a cultivation method is definitely the best foundation-building method.
But many people are reluctant to consume that little life energy, or do not have enough persistence, or do not have enough willpower. They often firmly abandon the most painful physical training process and directly enter the stage of Qi training or spiritual training. This is convenient and quick, but loses the foundation.
In fact, modern people are not as good as ancient people in this regard. Ancient people thought of many ways to supplement their own losses. Instead, modern people only focus on accumulation, not on pioneering.
A bucket containing ten kilograms of water, no matter how much water you get, it can only fill ten kilograms. You consume a lot of water and constantly expand the volume of the bucket. At that time, some water was consumed, but in the future, you could fill fifteen kilograms or twenty kilograms of water.
This is cultivation. This cultivation process is painful and may also break the bucket, so many people have saved this step.
Yu Shan did not miss this step, but he walked too fast and still let his foundation not be established. Therefore, at this time he should make up for it and consolidate his foundation, that is, to retrain his body.
The power of the soul invaded other people's bodies, making Yu Shan feel an alternative experience. Only then did he realize that although his realm was higher than these people, his physical strength was definitely not as strong as theirs.
With the help of internal energy, Yu Shan may have stronger strength than them, and his endurance may have longer than them, but Yu Shan's body is not as strong as them.
Although Yu Shan had realized this problem before and had some remedies, he had no one to guide his practice and had already taken a detour, so he would have to make half the effort with twice the effort when repairing it.
The best way is to supplement food or supplement medicine. The effect of supplement food is too slow, which is a long-term process, but it is difficult to achieve the effect of supplement medicine quickly.
"Qianjin Fang" says: "Diet food should be frugal. If greed and ignorance hurt a lot, the elderly will have thin spleen and stomach skin, and if there is too much, it will not be eliminated, and the pahang will be short of breath." This is not conducive to health.
How can we consider "good diet"?
To summarize the experiences of predecessors, it is nothing more than timing, quantitative, non-biased, and non-loving.
Only on the basis of a proper diet can the issue of drug nourishment be considered.
When taking tonic drugs, you must do it under the guidance of "difference and supplementation", otherwise it may also backfire.
In short, reasonable dietary and medicinal supplements are very important for physical care.
Feeling the rolling energy inside the bodies of the four men in black, Yu Shan knew that they were very proficient in health preservation techniques, otherwise their bodies would not suffer any losses.
They should all be masters specially trained, otherwise, if they practice to their level, their bodies will not be damaged at all, but will be as strong as bulls, so they must have a systematic training method.
"It's good to have inheritance!" Yu Shan had to sigh.
After so long, these masters have not lost their judgment. I have to say that their bodies are strong enough.
Looking at the four people who kept going around and the two people hiding in the tent who turned a blind eye to the four people, Yu Shan knew that they were all trapped in an illusion, but the illusion could not exert any more influence on them.
Such an illusion has too poor attack power. An illusion means that people enter an illusory world, causing people to lose control, fall into madness, and finally attack each other, or die of fear. At the worst, they can make people get lost and die of hunger and thirst.
But now, these people don’t have the slightest intention of falling into madness. Not to mention madness, even if they are confused, they don’t have it.
"It seems that something is wrong!" Yu Shan began to reflect.
If you can influence what others think, you must first affect other people’s five senses. How can you do this?
How can I impose my own ideas on the will of others?
What Yu Shan does now is to use his soul power to invade other people's sea of consciousness with the Yin Qi, and then influence others' five senses.
Soul power? Soul power is released? Isn’t this what Taoism calls the release of spiritual consciousness?
Such a state seems to be able to achieve it when the state is very high, right?
Yu Shan never thought that he could now be able to release his spiritual consciousness. However, thinking of the soul energy of the ghost cultivator seemed to be the early prototype of the spiritual energy, which made Yu Shan’s heart hot.
He seemed to know the fundamental reason for practicing illusion, that is, spiritual consciousness, by releasing soul energy, that is, condense soul energy again to form spiritual consciousness, to better influence other people's five senses, and this is also part of the magic technique of distracting spirit.
When Yu Shan was resting and sending the magic technique, he used the several steps of sending the magic technique. The most important step is to distract the spirit and split the soul. The beginning of splitting the soul is to condense the power of the soul. Only when the soul is strong, the control is flexible, and can it be released at will, can this part of the soul be cut off and the spirit is distracted.
Therefore, in the past, Yu Shan wanted to practice the magical slogan art, but he was simply too ambitious and splitting the soul. It was not so easy to do it. If you can't do it well, even if you become a soul, it may cause inevitable damage to the soul. Don't say that Yu Shan has just practiced to become a Yin God now.
Therefore, now we can only lay the foundation, and the most basic thing is the spiritual consciousness. The spiritual consciousness is like the tentacles extended from the soul, and is a highly aggregate of soul abilities. Such abilities are not something that ordinary soul cultivators can do.
When Taoism practices to the extent of spiritual consciousness being released, it must at least enter the foundation-building stage, which is a state that ordinary practitioners must go through, such as training qi, building foundation, golden elixir, and Nascent Soul. It is very difficult to walk step by step.
At least since the end of the Ming Dynasty, there have been no reports that there were many people who could cultivate themselves into Nascent Soul, and even if they formed golden elixirs, the difficulty of building a foundation was also very high. In this way, there were not many people who could release their spiritual consciousness.
Now Yu Shan has touched a little bit of the way, but it is just because his soul is practicing fast, which is entirely because of the effect of spiritual art. If there is no spiritual art to refine a large amount of Yin Qi and enhance his spiritual cultivation, Yu Shan's spiritual soul will definitely not reach its current level.
Now Yu Shan cannot achieve real spiritual release. He just slightly condensed the soul energy he emitted, forming a trace of spiritual release or a sign of spiritual release.
Such spiritual consciousness should belong to the acquired god and can be cultivated.
In the inner alchemy cultivation system, "God" also has a difference between innate and acquired.
"Acquired God" refers to "consciousness God", and its function is cognition and distinction. This kind of "consciousness God" is useful for learning knowledge. Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching" says that "learning is getting more and more knowledge" is about how to increase knowledge through the role of "consciousness God".
Of course, the function of "consciousness" is not only for learning, but also for distinction, that is, exploration. "consciousness" is released to explore the world, and in fact, this is also a kind of pursuit of knowledge.
But in terms of inner alchemy cultivation, we must rely on the observation of the "innate god".
This kind of "innate god" is also called "primordial spirit". It is the original light of self-wisdom and the observation of the primordial spirit. It is a process of reducing the consciousness spirit. Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching" calls it "Dao Sun Loss", which means eliminating the interference of the consciousness spirit and entering the intuitive state of inaction.
In this way, the soul is observed, and the "acquired qi" is converted into "innate qi", so the essence is cultivated and life is rejuvenated, so in the end, the three spirits are combined, influenced and promoted each other, and then the positive result is achieved.
Essence, qi, and spirit are concepts in ancient philosophy, referring to the primitive matter that forms all things in the universe and contains elements, so essence, qi, and spirit are the foundation of human life activities.
Therefore, in ancient times, people who paid attention to health preservation all called "essence, qi, and spirit" the three treasures of the human body, as people often say: "There are three treasures in the sky: sun, moon, and stars; the following are three treasures in the earth: water, fire, and wind: people have three treasures: spirit, qi, and essence."
Therefore, maintaining essence, qi, and spirit is the main principle of fitness and anti-aging, especially when essence, qi, and spirit gradually decline and change, and people have entered old age, they should cherish these "Three Treasures". The ancients attached great importance to this point.
Gou Zi believes that: "When you are well-behaved and move, then the sky cannot be sick; if you are well-behaved and moves rarely, then the sky cannot be fully utilized." Here are two meanings: one is to pay attention to the material supplement of essence, energy, and spirit; the other is to emphasize that the "Three Treasures" should not be consumed indiscriminately.
From the perspective of origin, the concepts of essence, qi and spirit in Taoist internal alchemy originated from pre-Qin philosophy and medicine.
"The Book of Changes·Xici" says: "Essence and energy are objects, and wandering souls are changes, so we know the situation of ghosts and gods." It means that the exquisite energy condenses into the shape of objects, and the energy and souls disperse and cause changes. If we examine the changes in the shape of objects, we can know the true state of "ghosts and gods".
In the ancient cultivation system, there was not only the concept of "element", but also the concept of "spirit". "Zhuangzi Lie Yuko" used the term "spirit" when describing the life state of "supernatural beings".
In "Zhuangzi", "spirit" refers to a person's "mind will", which is actually willpower. Spirit is promoted by practicing willpower.
Since the Warring States Period, "medicians" used both the concept of "element" and the concept of "spirit".
