Chapter five hundred and thirty first make up the gap

As Atlas opens more and more technologies and details to Johnson Lin, the cooperation between the two parties is gradually getting closer and closer.

South Africans have their own underground channels, and can purchase more advanced military-grade processing equipment from the West. In order to cover up, Lin Johnson and Johnson set up a propeller aircraft factory in South Africa, bought several old World War II propeller aircraft in the company. While recruiting some local engineers, they also conduct re-export trade through South Africans.

On the surface, Lin Johnson really wants to jointly develop aircraft engines with South Africans, but in fact, Lin Johnson ordered two more copies of each machine and equipment they imported, and shipped them to China at the right time. Only the country is the most reassuring thing.

The current social environment in South Africa is very bad. Foreign-funded enterprises are evacuating on a large scale, factories are shutting down work, and blacks are constantly rioting. Even ordinary white South Africans have many people who want to leave this country and immigrate to a peaceful European and American country. They want to do something, and the South African government can no longer control it.

In addition, Daniel is very welcome to Johnson Lin for ordering equipment through them. Not only can their family earn a lot of foreign exchange, but as Johnson Lin takes out more and more information, many new materials and processes also need to be studied, which requires ordering a batch of new experimental equipment and materials. With Johnson Lin’s investment, the development of the aircraft, which was originally stretched, can be faster!

Lin Johnson gave some of the engine technology he mastered and handed it to Daniel, Turbofan 6 and Turbofan 6 modifications, as well as SBE engines. Not only did he provide design information to Atlas' technical team, but he also provided a small number of material formulas and process manufacturing technology to South Africans.

Daniel provided him with advanced avionics systems, flight control systems and hydraulic systems, important technical indicators for these third-generation fighters. Although South Africa cannot manufacture them themselves, they can get physical objects through underground channels, and they also conducted some research and experiments on these technologies. After many consultations, the two sides bargained and exchanged technologies one by one.

A month later, in early November, South Africa was experiencing a drought summer, and Lin Johnson came to Atlas again. His factory had been established and it went smoothly. He acquired a factory with pretty good infrastructure and dismantled the equipment. Then the factory was transformed into a propeller aircraft factory.

Two batches of aviation technicians have been transferred to China, a total of 24 people, forming a research team for the body design and power. This is the first batch. People will come one after another in the future, forming avionics team, flight control team, hydraulic team, etc.; in addition, there are also helicopter development departments that also require technical personnel, and these people will come from the Z7 project that has been disbanded, mainly from the research team of HFL Zhi7 and graduates from related colleges and universities.

In 1967, the development of the Z7 helicopter was carried out in 1979. During the design process, it was seriously overweight and could not meet the requirements of boarding the ship. The project was finally dismounted and replaced by Z8. On June 28, 1979, the state decided to stop the development of Z7 heavy helicopters. The reason was that due to the limited financial resources of the country, it was impossible to invest in the development of two heavy helicopters at the same time. In order to ensure that the Jiangxi Jingdezhen Helicopter Factory undertakes the development of Z8 helicopter Type 8 helicopter project. Z7 helicopter had to give way to Z8, which declared the death of Z7 heavy helicopter.

These technicians include several engineers and front-line technicians, all of whom are aviation technical talents. They are also trustworthy people. Many of them previously worked in Harbin 7 research units. The Zhi 7 project was disbanded, and the development plan of the heavy helicopter was eventually transferred to Jingdezhen and Changhe. There are quite a few skilled, knowledgeable and experienced technical researchers who have participated in the Zhi 7 development plan. Some of them have really taken to the streets to sell tea eggs and set up street stalls in order to support their families. The lives of researchers without projects are bleak. Nowadays, researchers really have no skills in society. Many families have financial difficulties. Even eating has become a problem. You can imagine how difficult life is!

This time, Dongxing Group recruited aviation technical talents on a large scale, which also caused a stir in the aviation industry, among which many people from Harfei were recruited into Dongxing Group.

Previously, the recruitment of this company in the electronics and machinery industry made many technical researchers envious, because the employees of this Sino-foreign joint venture are really good. In this company, the guaranteed salary of front-line researchers is hundreds of yuan. The technology leaders can even get rewards and dividends. The personnel who contribute to the company have even become 100,000 yuan households. In fact, some have become 100,000 yuan households. However, the current environment in China is not suitable for publicity. In the Chinese technology industry, companies like Dongxing Group have long become an existence that everyone yearns for!

Therefore, this time, the recruitment work of the aviation department was basically not encountered any resistance, and the relevant superior departments even took the initiative to recommend people. Because in recent years, the country has trained more and more college students, and research units are almost overcrowded. Now that the country is developing economically, a large number of research projects have been discontinued. A large number of research institutes in China have no projects that cannot even guarantee basic wages!

Of course, the ministries and commissions hope that their children can go to good units. They recommend them to Dongxing Group, and there are a large number of cadres and children. In order to maintain friendly relations with each other, Lin Qiangsheng also instructed the human resources department to recruit some such people. Dongxing Group, like European and American companies in China, has its own public relations department. This department recruits many families with backgrounds and backdoors to come in. These people are not in vain, but have created a lot of benefits for Dongxing, making a copy of the article and going to the backdoor.

In addition, there are still many children of cadres who are simple and simple, and there are many people who work hard and proactive. Such people have a high starting line and are more likely to succeed!

When selecting technicians, Dongxing does not have too strict requirements. Basically, it takes as much as you come. Gold can always shine. There are few advanced technologies that can be accessed in China. In this era, domestic technicians were quite pitiful. When they go abroad, they basically have to learn all their professional knowledge again.

If you have never been abroad and have not been exposed to advanced ideas from abroad, you will really not be able to keep up with the needs of the times. The problems you think about have been solved by foreign countries. There are countless ways to rack your brains in China. Perhaps only one formula in foreign journals can solve the problem of thinking hard!
