41 Are there ghosts?

What is a ghost?

Perhaps it is a gas that floats freely and drifts in the world, silent, tasteless, colorless, and invisible. Perhaps it is a soul that exists in a certain space, with its own collective, its own life, and its own beliefs. Perhaps it is a carrier that specializes in living organisms such as humans, which are usually hidden in the hearts and behind people. All of the above are my guesses about ghosts.

Rural people are superstitious, especially in the deep valleys of our mountains and valleys, where many legends of gods and ghosts are circulated. It sounds so creepy and straight. So will those legends really exist?

It was a night after nightfall. Our family wore mourning clothes and kept me to watch over my grandfather who had just passed away. I never thought that my relatives would die. When the fact that my grandfather passed away was placed in front of me, in addition to endless grief, I was more accepting and calm. When I heard someone called my name, I ran to the kitchen, and my mother said that I asked me to go to my house to get something. My house was about 200 meters away from my second uncle's house. When I went to my house, I had to pass through a flat open space. That night, I felt open and jogging towards my home. In the night, one was wearing one.

The man in white mourning clothes moved, and this person was me. I saw a man standing at the entrance of the village from afar. The man was an elder, and my name was second grandma. When I ran to her fifty meters, I coughed and prepared to say hello to her. Unexpectedly, my second grandma ran away when she first reacted, and disappeared into the night instantly, which scared me out of cold sweat. Afterwards, I remembered that scene, and I naturally laughed. It was all because I was too hasty and almost scared my second grandma's soul. If anyone had the same, I would panic when I saw such an unknown object most of the night.

My second grandma must have regarded me as a ghost. It's a sin, I didn't mean it.

I heard that there are even more strange stories. This is something that has been passed down from others. It is said that after the liberation, the fourth master in the village went to the ditch to fetch water before dawn. At that time, water was very scarce, so many people got up very early in order to pick up the sweet spring water first. When the fourth master filled the water, he walked towards the village step by step. When he reached the middle of the half slope, the fourth master met a person who came down from the village. The person on the opposite side said politely: "Have you gone to fetch water?" The fourth master subconsciously looked up and responded, "Yes, I went to fetch water! You go too?" The person coming towards him hurriedly left. The fourth master thought to himself, why is this person so familiar, but he can't remember it. After walking dozens of steps, he suddenly remembered, put down two buckets of water and ran away. Because the person he saw had passed away for many years.

The Fourth Master is still alive, but I don’t know if anyone has ever asked him for this matter. But it is certain that the Fourth Master himself said this. If this matter is true, I really lament that he was a kind and hardworking old man who went to another world and had to get up so early to fetch water.

There is another story that I was nervous after hearing it.

It is said that there is a family in the neighboring village who has been living a peaceful life, but the good times have not lasted, and the happy life of the family has been completely destroyed. What is going on? One evening, the hostess of this house was rolling noodles in the kitchen, preparing dinner that night. While rolling noodles, she looked up at the yard. The scene she saw was incredible. She saw her old father-in-law who had been dead for many years walking towards the guest room. In a panic, she threw down the rolling pin in her hand and went to see what was going on. When she pushed the door and walked into the guest room, there was no sign of her father-in-law, but she was sure that she had no hallucinations.

Afterwards, the mistress of the family told the story to the people in the village, and no one would believe it. The village was saying that she made up random things and had to make up a scary story. Since then, there have been many bad luck in this family. Two children died one after another, and in the end, the mistress died. The family rushed to the underworld. After such a tragedy, the villagers began to believe what the mistress said during her lifetime. In addition to the compilation of some people, the story is extremely mysterious.

Most of these stories are heard from others, and I am just listening to them. Of course, I believe that there are many artificially fabricated elements in these stories. The main purpose may be to increase the weirdness and mystery of the story, so that the narrator's spitting stars will not be wasted. In fact, are there any ghosts?
