(One hundred and fifty-four) after the second hall

On the morning of the third day, my third brother and I were sitting on the floor chatting. The iron fence door of the cell slammed, and the Wang government stood outside the threshold with a bunch of keys.

"Wu Ping, come out." The detainees at that time had no number clothes or numbers, and they all called their names directly.

When I heard the Wang government call me, I quickly stood up and responded. I had been holding it in here for two days, and now someone has finally come to care about me. My heart couldn't help but thump, and I couldn't tell whether it was my inner nervousness or a relief that the boots finally landed on the ground.

The third brother followed me to the door. When I walked out of the threshold, he whispered in my ear: "Don't throw a tantrum, a hero will not suffer any loss in front of him. Be more careful and don't believe their words."

"Lao San, what are you muttering?" Before I could agree, the Wang government glared at the third brother in dissatisfaction, "You have found a few people and go to the toilet to get the feces out today."

When I arrived in the corridor, I heard my third brother cursing in the iron gate: "Caoshan Mine, you are a damn god, haven't you heard what the Wang government said? Today I went to the toilet to work with the rapist."

Following the Wang government out of the prison area, walking through the cement yard where the air is released every day, passing through a large iron gate where someone stands guard with a gun. We came to the front yard of the detention center. There is a row of interrogation rooms with corridors, each door has a number. I was taken to the far left by the Wang government, and pushed open the small iron gate and sent it in.

The interrogation room at that time was very simple, with an office desk, two case handlers sitting in the back, and a square stool in front was for the person being interrogated. On the wall above the investigator's head, a large slogan "Frankly be lenient and resist strictly." Both of me were wearing green police uniforms and big caps were placed on the table in front of me. One of the two policemen had gray hair and was smoking listlessly. The other seemed to be a young man who had just joined the job, who was about the same age as me, sitting upright and looking like he was righteous.

"What's your name? Age? Hometown? Workplace?" The gray hair sprayed a mouthful of smoke, and the eyelids did not lift up.

"Wu Ping, 22 years old, lives in Wuwa Village, XX Countryside, and works as a preservation worker in the spinning workshop in front of the county yarn mill." Although I was fully prepared, I still felt a sense of speechless tension when I experienced such a thing for the first time.

"Are you from Wuwa?" Huabaihai raised his face and looked at me with chaos, "Then... have you heard of the original Mr. Wu in our province?"

"He is my third grandfather, and he is a cousin with my grandfather." I said truthfully.

After answering this question, I suddenly felt a little funny. I lived so much that I seemed to have dealt with the word "three". Grandpa, Sanhong, and now another third brother is here...

After hearing what I said, the gray-haired frowned slightly without notice. The young policeman who was recording looked at him, and the two of them exchanged their gazes inadvertently.

Gray-haired took a sip of cigarette and continued to ask, "Do you know why you came in?"

"I don't know." I shook my head.

"Why did you beat Director Wang's mother-in-law... Oh, Director Wei Ronghua of the County Health Association?" The gray-haired hair still looked like she was doing business, but her tone eased a lot.

"Who is Wei Ronghua from the County Aiwei Association... Director? I don't know him." I asked back with a pretended ignorance.

"Director Wei Ronghua, it's... the wife of Director Zhao of the Health Bureau, and our Director Wang's mother-in-law." The young policeman couldn't help but feel a little angry and stared at me with wide eyes.

"I didn't hit her." I looked away and looked at the slogan above my head and denied, "That night, we went to Senior Brother Xiao Cai's house for dinner. I met her by chance at the door. She insulted Sister Hong, and we replied to her a few words."

"Two women quarrel, why do you, a man, participate? Find something for yourself." The gray-haired scolded me dissatisfiedly.

"You may not know that Sister Hong's husband is a martyr in southern Xinjiang, and this Wei... What about Hua's nephew. She has made things difficult for and humiliated the martyrs' family many times. We have also reported to the relevant departments many times, but no one came forward to take care of her." I almost stood up when I was excited.

"What do you want to do? Sit down well for me." The young policeman had a clear purpose. Now he saw that I looked dissatisfied and was a little angry. He slapped the table suddenly, and his two big blocks jumped up in shock.

"Now we are going to interrogate you again. Think about it carefully. What else have you done besides this? I heard that you were shooting a good slingshot..." The young policeman threw down the pen recorded in his hand, stared at me angrily, and couldn't help but roar.

My heart skipped a beat, and a cool breeze burst out from my spine. Then I realized why Caoshan Mine had been trying to trick me yesterday. It seemed that he had a purpose. Did they know that I broke the name Zhao? It was dark and windy at that time, and no one saw it. They should have heard the words of Caoshan Mine and knew that I would play slingshots. They thought about it from a subjective guess. They did not have any real evidence. I remembered the advice of the third brother when I left the house and gritted my teeth hard.

"What did you say? Play a slingshot. I played it when I was a child." I tried hard to resist the thumping heartbeat, but there was still a little uneasiness on my face, and the young policeman realized it.

"Hey-Xiao Zou, forget it, don't ask about this." The gray-haired hair suddenly spoke, "Our Director Wang's father-in-law said that his head was beaten, but his one-sided statement was not true. Besides, Director Wang has been checking this for a long time, and it is not that he has found it. Now I feel that they are a little nervous, and when they see someone coming in, they ask this."

His words made the young policeman's eyes wide open in surprise, and he didn't know what to do for a moment. The gray hair seemed to not notice his embarrassment. He picked up the big cap on the table, pressed it on his head, pointed to the young policeman's record book, and greeted me at me: "Okay, we basically know your affairs. Come here and press your handprints, and punish them as much as you should."

When I walked up to the table and was about to press my handprints, the Wang government came in after hearing the news. When he saw everything in front of him, he was a little surprised: "Director Liu, you... are you finished the review now?"

"After the trial, there is nothing big, just a quarrel and a small dispute. This old Wang is really true. Why did he lock people in? Isn't it enough for both parties to educate and educate me?" The gray-haired hair did not avoid me and said a little impatiently.

"But, the above said he was a major suspicion..." said the Wang Government in a stutter, still looking like he didn't believe it.

"The above said? Then let the above examine it, don't push these broken things down. I, a scout, have also fought in southern Xinjiang, and have been rolling in blood and fire. I can't figure out such a small thing." The white-haired hair was a little dissatisfied in his tone, and glanced at me when he said this.

"Of course, of course, Director Liu, you are a combat hero. You are a deputy battalion-level transfer to our bureau and then arranged to be the deputy director of the Chengxi Office. It is a bit inappropriate." The Wang government quickly gave a smile.

"Young man, please learn from your lesson. Don't be impulsive in doing things in the future. Don't cause trouble. Did you hear that?" Xiao Zou, who was still trying to speak, patted my shoulder meaningfully.

"Well, I remember..." At this time, I knew that I had met a good person again, and I couldn't help but feel warm and nodded quickly.

The iron fence door of the cell closed behind me with a bang. I stared at my blood-red eyes and searched everywhere. My third brother walked up to see my face turned pale. I didn't know what happened, and asked urgently: "What's wrong with you? Something happened? Didn't I tell you not to believe them?"

"They are so credible, but the goddamn Caoshan Mine is not credible. This kid always wants to blackmail me." I was furious and said fiercely.

"Caoshan Mine? He... was released just now and said he was released on bail and there was nothing serious about it." The third brother replied with a puzzled look on his face.

That night, I whispered about today in the quilt. My third brother didn't say anything for a long time after hearing it. My mood became much brighter. Thinking about the words of Director Liu from the gray-haired hair, I felt that I could go out tomorrow.

The third brother did not agree with me, but told me not to be happy too early. He said that things might not be that simple: "The Zhao family will not be able to talk to you just because of the third grandfather who has no power in your province. After all, they already suspected that you had slapped Director Zhao in the head. They would try every means to get evidence, but they would not be too tough on you in the short time. Today they put Caoshan Mine and must have some new ideas. They might ask him to find your friend and get some things from him."

"It's so fucking despicable." I thought the third brother's words made sense, and my mood became darker again.

The next day, as expected by my third brother, no one let me go out. When the Wang government came to look for prison during the day, I lay behind the iron fence door and asked him, but he seemed to have not heard it and ignored me. In the evening, the Wang government opened the door of our cell and asked me to go out to get things. I followed him to the front yard and saw a night school classmate blushing and a little fat basin in his hand.

"Xiao Qi, how could it be you?" I almost dropped my chin in shock.

"It was Yin Hong who found out that my second uncle was a teacher here and found me and asked me to find a way to send these to you." Xiao Qi looked at me with regret, "What's wrong with you? Why did you come here?"

"Hey--it's hard to describe, Sister Hong... Oh, is Yin Hong okay?" I asked urgently.

"It's okay to look at it." Xiao Qi said hesitantly.

"Can you ask your second uncle, when will this matter be over and when will you go out?" I grabbed Xiao Qi's arm, my voice full of expectation.

"This..." Xiao Qi looked at the Wang Government who was guarding the door in embarrassment.

"Okay, the time for meeting is up." The Wang government coughed hard, walked up to take the quilt from Xiaoqi's hand, stuffed it into my hand.
