Chapter One

The fate between Zhang Qishan and the Eighty-Two Villages was a fate between Er Yuehong and the Great Tusi. Back then, Er Yuehong disappeared in the Miao Village and avoided the pursuit. Because of accidental reasons, they were forced into the funeral procession of the Great Tusi to mourn her young son. At that time, the guardian of the village was already preparing to kill the Han porter after entering Guigu on the way, and dig out the eyes of the Great Tusi, and dismembered him in the depths of the Dead Valley, lying that the young son had turned into a life-taking position.

The great chieftain was already completely disappointed at that time, and no one expected that among the porters, there would be two or eight people from the old ninth gate of Changsha, who killed all the rebellious entourages in the reed marsh, and brought the great chieftain back to the village safely. At that time, the great chieftain had already developed love, but the second master had just lost his wife and was unable to move. The two of them were delayed, and as soon as they missed it, it would be impossible. Later, Yin Xinyue took Zhang Dafo, and was recommended by Er Yuehong to avoid the Miao village, and from then on, he began his fate with the eighty-two villages.

This is the past and present of this story. Years have passed in a flash. The battle of Changsha was blood-stained by Xiangjiang River. Most of the people in the Jiumen died in battle. The Japanese forced Wu Laogou to use his dog to clear mines. Wu Laogou thus led the Japanese into the mine pit and was preparing to take revenge on his death. Unexpectedly, the group of dogs he raised, all of them pounced on him under the leadership of the head dog, and saved his life at the moment when the mines exploded one after another.

In a battle, Zhang Qishan escaped into the mountains and continued to fight fiercely with the eighty-two villages against the Japanese army. However, at that time, Hunan was already the core of the Anti-Japanese War, and the front line was very long, so the historical environment and geographical location of the story took place very special. It took place in a short peaceful period between the two major battles, and the areas involved were almost all over Hunan.

There are three to four villages in the eighty-two villages, which are under the management of the great chieftains. Although this has already managed more than a dozen mountains, there are seven chieftains and thirty-six priests in the eighty-two villages... It is very complicated.

There were also constant disputes at that time. Japanese spies infiltrated many times and collapsed, hoping to gain the support of some people in the Eighty-Two Villages, thereby breaking the entire Hunan intelligence and supply lines that were as complex as capillaries. At that time, the key figure in this struggle was an old man. We cannot call him directly here, and he can be called the supreme leader of the Eighty-Two Villages. He has a title, which has a very high status in the Miao myth. Although he did not actually manage affairs, he had absolute supreme power among the Eighty-Two Villages.

In order to gain his support, it is said that Zhang Qishan and the leader talked in the secret room for three days. During this period, they reached an agreement. After the agreement, Zhang Qishan led the crowd into the mountain and went in for two months.

Later generations rumored that Zhang Qishan did something for this leader in the mountains, and thus received full support from the Eighty-Two Villages. But no one knew what this agreement was. This story was drowned in the splendid legends of the Republic of China, and no one knew how important it was. It should be the most important piece in the entire Old Nine Gate historical puzzle.

There are a few details here. Before Zhang Qishan entered the mountain, the leader was almost blind. Because no one recorded his age, no one knew how old the leader was, but someone said: I have never seen anyone older than this old man.

This is one of them. What’s even more strange is that this old man doesn’t sleep. Every night, the leader will sit down in the deep mountains, look at the mountain with his blind eyes, and keep seeing the sun coming out.

Year after year, no one saw him sleeping, and his behavior was considered to be waiting for someone. He seemed to have been waiting for someone who came out of the mountains. This behavior probably has lasted for more than fifty years.

In addition, Zhang Qishan enters the mountain, this story seems to have something to do with waiting. Does he feel that he has little time to ask Zhang Qishan to enter the mountain to help him find something?

However, in the results of my investigation, things became a little strange, because after Zhang Qishan came out, the old man began to stay away. Zhang Qishan sent people to guard the leader's door, and this incident was also circulating in the village that Zhang Qishan seized power and wanted to control the village.

The children in the village were very naughty and did not obey the discipline, so they went to peek. Some children actually walked around the guards. When they arrived at the window, they saw that there was no light in the leader's room at all. They could only see a huge mound of soil piled in the middle of the house. Something was moving in the mound.

The color of these soils is not the soil near the village, but has a strange blue-gray color.

There is a legend of the Miao people. It is said that there are women who are naked but only live in the soil. They appear as naked corpses, seduce peddlers along the way, drag them into the soil, and suck flesh and blood. There are mudslides in western Hunan. There are records of rotten female corpses rushing out, but the belly is full of human nails. These are usually considered dead village girls, but some people say that some are earth girls who are killed by gravel due to the collapse of the mountain.

So rumors began to be heard in the village that a mud girl was caught in the leader's room. A month later, the leader came out of the room and the mound disappeared. Zhang Qishan also became a guest of honor.
