Volume 8, Chapter 19, Battle at Sea(2/2)

The soldiers on the warship were all ordinary soldiers. Although they were well-equipped, they were still full of tension in the face of unknown monsters.

Everyone pointed at the sea with the weapons in their hands, afraid that a monster would jump out at any time to drag these people into the sea.

"Squad Leader, do you know what kind of monster we are going to deal with this time!" An elderly soldier asked in a low voice to his squad leader.

His squad leader reached out and patted his head: "You are just talking too much! What monsters are you afraid of when holding a gun in your hand? What monster can block a shuttle bullet now?"

The little soldier dared not speak much.

Drop! Drop!

At this moment, it began to rain in the sky.

The sea breeze blew, making the soldiers feel cold.

At this time, two helicopters were hovering above their heads, and the door of the helicopter was open. You could vaguely see a girl lying at the door of the plane, holding a large sniper rifle in her hand, aiming at the deep sea.

"Why are you still using anesthesia bombs? The leader doesn't want to capture this monster alive, right?" the squad leader murmured to himself.

At this moment, a black light shone out from the bottom of the sea and shot towards the squad leader's neck.

The speed of the black light is too far away, and ordinary humans have no time to react.

"Squad Leader!" the little soldier shouted, but it was too late.

The squad leader's pupils contracted extremely, but he was powerless.

"Bang!"

A gunshot suddenly came from above his head.

A bullet hit the side of the black light without any bias. The black light was impacted by the bullet, left the original trajectory, and rubbed through the squad leader's ear.

"Zheng!"

The black light stabbed to the deck behind the squad leader. Only then did everyone see clearly that the "black light" turned out to be a black harpoon.

The squad leader was scared and sweated, but his years of combat experience made him react immediately: "Fire! There is something in the sea! Fire!"

Suddenly, all the soldiers around opened fire into the sea.

Unfortunately, nothing was hit.

The squad leader remembered the gunshots of saving him just now. When he looked up, he saw that there was still a curling blue smoke in the girl's gun on the helicopter.

The squad leader swallowed and applied it. No matter what, he owed someone a favor.
