Chapter 004 Reorganization of the Troops

Chahar, the first battalion headquarters of the 11th Independent Infantry Regiment of the 26th Division of the Japanese Army.

The captain, Major Inoue Dadi, was very depressed. One of his squadrons was silently wiped out.

I had just received the news, which made Major Inoue Dadi unable to explain to the superiors. After all, if the losses of a squadron are pursued, my team leader will bear certain responsibility.

"Captain, according to our observation, many Chinese people were found nearby. I think it should be the work of the Chinese troops." A captain and staff officer from the brigade headquarters came over and said to Inoue Dadi.

Looking at the staff's gaze, although Inoue Dadi was a little confused, he did not believe that the Chinese troops could kill his own squadron silently, but he could only let the staff continue to speak.

"Captain, why not report to us, saying that the Third Squadron discovered a battalion of the Chinese troops. After fierce battle, the Third Squadron suffered heavy casualties and wiped out the Chinese troops and requested to replenish their troops. In this way, I think the superiors will not pursue us any more." The staff officer narrowed his eyes and said to Inoue Dadi with a smile.

Inoue looked at the map of China not far away. He knew that the war had just begun, and the huge China had to wait for its own conquest. He could not affect his future because of this matter. Perhaps the advice of the staff was the only way to escape punishment.

"You send a report to the superiors. In addition, we will send troops to investigate the surrounding area carefully. We must find this hateful force for me." Inoue Dadi said to the staff officer on the side.

The staff officer said excitedly and began to generate electricity to the above.

Inoue Dadi stood up and looked at the scenery outside the window.

There was dust everywhere here, and the earth in the Inoue no longer had the excitement of just getting here, but instead it was boredom.

Thinking of his classmates on the front line, the honors they received were very envious.

He would rather go to the front line to fight than enjoy the tranquility here.

The dust outside flew up again, and Inoue closed the window in disgust.

Inoue Dadi would not know that Yang Junran had arrived here and would eventually destroy him.

Yang Junran was very depressed at this moment, although he didn't know this detailed history.

But he still knew that the guerrilla column was organized at the division level, and naturally there would be no shortage of people.

But now I am facing a guerrilla column with less than 2,000 people.

The other two detachments had arrived, and the combined number of the two detachments was less than 1,500, which disappointed Yang Junran.

"Is this the general establishment of the guerrilla column?" Yang Junran looked at the list in front of him and couldn't help but feel a little angry.

Fang Hanqin nodded: "Yes, although the other two detachments have a smaller number of people, their equipment is still good, and they are all newly launched official rifles."

"Without sending some new weapons, who would like to come here? The brothers have walked a lot along the way. Some have defected to local bandits, and some have run back. I used to have a reinforced battalion of 800 people, but now there are less than 600 people. It's so fucking bad luck." Long Yan, the captain of the second detachment, complained.

Yang Junran looked at Long Yan standing in front of him. He seemed to be around 24 years old. He had a standard national face and two big eyes that were very eye-catching.

"Isn't it because we are all miscellaneous soldiers? Whoever commands the Central Army? Let's not say that they come here to fight guerrillas. Even if they are asked to come here to inspect, they will not be willing to bully us helpless miscellaneous soldiers." Jin Mingzhen, the captain of the third detachment, immediately said.

A handsome face became distorted by anger. After seeing Yang Junran staring at him, he fell silent.

"Since everyone has arrived here, our brothers must work together in the future, otherwise they will be destroyed by the Japanese army sooner or later. Captain Fang Hanqin also serves as the chief of staff of the guerrilla column. He immediately counts all the soldiers' weapons and reports them to me. Don't move the weapons seized by the Japanese army. I will allocate them to you again." Yang Junran looked at everyone and said seriously. He knew that he had to establish his prestige among these people, otherwise these people would soon be in a split-part.

When everyone saw Yang Junran speaking, they saluted and said, "Yes, Commander Yang."

"Chief of Staff Fang, you can arrange all your brothers first. Once you have arranged it, you will immediately sort out the military weapons. You must report to me before night." Yang Junran looked at Fang Hanqin and said with a smile.

Fang Han nodded and led Long Yan and Jin Mingcheng out to the outside.

Yang Junran sat on a broken chair, looking at his ring, but now he could only count on it to supply the weapons of his people.

"Commander Yang, where are you going?"

Just as Yang Junran was about to investigate the surrounding situation, several soldiers surrounded him and said to Yang Junran.

Yang Junran smiled helplessly and said to the soldiers: "I will investigate the situation around me. Now our troops are in a dangerous situation. We must move as soon as possible. Only by expanding our influence can we gain the support of the people. In this way, many of our problems can be solved."

The soldiers looked at each other in embarrassment. Although they knew that everything Yang Junran did was for the guerrilla column, the orders they received were to monitor Yang Junran's every move and could not allow him to move independently and freely.

"This is how you go, follow me." Yang Junran looked at the embarrassed soldiers and put forward his own ideas.

With Yang Junran's words like this, the soldiers naturally don't have to make things difficult for them and follow Yang Junran with rifles on their backs.

Chahar is actually a part of Inner Mongolia in later generations. Almost everyone from the north can know that he is often troubled by sandstorms.

Although the land here is not as damaged as in later generations, most of it is made of sand and soil.

The grasslands made Yang Junran, who had seen such a scene for the first time, liked it a little, but when the military boots were covered in sand, Yang Junran began to curse again.

After an afternoon of investigation, Yang Junran finally figured out the situation here.

This is just a remote small county town, with a battalion of the pseudo-Mongolian army stationed in the county town, responsible for seeing and sending out the Japanese army supplies stationed on the border between Outer Mongolia and Chahar.

Although there are many difficulties here, Yang Junran knew that as long as he made good use of it, he could make a world from here.

My grandmother doesn't love my uncle or love her, and she won't be valued wherever she goes. It's better to work alone.

What's more, according to your own personality, if you join any army, you may cause death.

Yang Junran has already figured out his future. What he needs to do now is to expand the guerrilla column.

Now the troops of more than a thousand people do not play any role. Only when they are expanded can there be a way out.

At night, inside the small village.

Fang Hanqin looked at Yang Junran who had just returned and reported the number of people he counted.

"The first team has 500 people, the second team has 600 people, and the third team has 700 people, with a total of 1,800 people. The entire column has a total of 1,500 official rifles, 10 Mauser pistols, 15 Czech light machine guns, nine Maxim heavy machine guns, five 20mm machine guns, and 10 82mm mortars." Fang Hanqin looked at Yang Junran and reported the situation of the guerrilla column.

"When the weapons are hit, the personnel must also hit them. I will redeploy the equipment and organization of each department, and immediately concentrate these weapons on the open space outside the village. I will check these weapons." Yang Junran looked at the ring in his right hand, and the other party Hanqin said.

Fang Hanqin hesitated for a moment, nodded and said, "I'll make arrangements right away."

After seeing Fang Hanqin leave, Yang Junran took out his short sword and put it on the ring and tried it, but it had no effect.

Yang Junran knew that the things copied by the ring and the things copied could not be copied, but he just didn't know if he could copy the cannons.

At twelve o'clock in the evening, Yang Junran came to the open space outside the village.

The soldiers were already standing around, looking at the commander in front of him in confusion.

Long Yan and Jin Mingcheng were even more confused, not knowing what the commander was going to do.

The surroundings were already quiet, and Yang Junran pretended to check every weapon.

Until more than an hour passed, nothing changed.

Most of the soldiers around had already returned, and Long Yan, Jin Mingcheng and Yang Junran also said goodbye.

"Commander, what are you doing? If there is nothing, I will go back. There are still many things to be dealt with tomorrow." Fang Hanqin came over and said to Yang Junran.

Yang Junran nodded and continued to observe the changes in these weapons.

Fang Hanqin shook his head helplessly and walked towards the village.

"You should watch him well, especially those weapons, there should be no accidents." Fang Hanqin said softly as he passed by several warriors.

The soldier nodded and looked at Yang Junran in the distance with alert.

Not only Fang Hanqin was worried, Long Yan and Jin Mingcheng also sent their confidants to look at these weapons.

The soldiers responsible for guarding the village use Japanese equipment as temporary weapons.

At three o'clock in the evening, Yang Junran couldn't hold on anymore and began to fall asleep while lying on the ground.

The soldiers dare not feel sleepy at all, these weapons are their lives.

Time passed slowly, and some soldiers couldn't help but dozing.

Yang Junran was awakened by everyone's chattering and Yang Junran opened his eyes in a daze.

I looked at my watch and it was just past five o'clock and the surroundings were still very dark.

The weapons around have changed a lot, and weapons are everywhere on the open space.

Yang Junran was very happy and yawned to the soldiers beside him, "Immediately notify the troops to transport the weapons away and let the captains of the detachment come to me for a meeting at dawn."

The soldier hurriedly saluted and ran towards the village.

Yang Junran rubbed his eyes and walked towards the village.

Yang Junran, who returned to the village, did not rest, but compiled a compilation table.

He set the number of people in each detachment to be five hundred, four companies (one machine gun company and three infantry companies).

Machine cannon company (five 82mm mortars, five Maxim heavy machine guns.)

Infantry Company (three Czech light machine guns, 120 medium-term rifles.)
