Chapter 5 The Crisis After Landing

The soldiers from both sides of England and Germany stopped shooting and all looked at the scene in amazement.

The impact of the plane just touched the ground almost killed Xu Jun. He felt his internal organs tremble, and the safety belt tightly strangled his body. He almost fainted because of the pain. The plane jumped on the ground first, and then glided forward all the way forward.

Xu Jun felt like he was being shaken like a bean in a wok, dust and sand and various gravels rushed towards him from the hole in the broken windshield glass, making his face hurt. Hans's face was so scared that he was so white that he pulled the cāo lever and refused to let go of his side arm.

Suddenly, Xu Jun saw a tank parked in front of his right. Xu Jun remembered that he didn't see it when he landed. "Collision preparation!" Xu Jun shouted. Then the wing on the right hit the tank hard. With a sharp metal tear sound, the wings broke from the engine, and the violent impact also made the plane turn to the right. The huge centrifugal force almost threw Xu Jun out of the pilot seat. The plane finally stopped after gliding horizontally for more than ten meters.

Xu Jun sat in the driver's seat and took a deep breath. He felt that all his strength seemed to have disappeared, his legs were shaking uncontrollably, sweat soaked in the military uniform, bones all over his body were moaning, and the wounds on his head began to feel a faint pain.

Suddenly a rustling sound followed by a loud voice in the headphones: "General! General! How are you? What's the situation? Are you not injured."

Xu Jun replied weakly: "Land safely, I'm fine."

"That's great, General, what a perfect landing."

"Thank you, Lieutenant Colonel Wolf. You have completed your mission and can return. You don't have much fuel."

"As for orders, General. I will report your situation to the headquarters immediately after I go back. They should send a plane to pick you up immediately. Please rest assured."

"Thank you, Lieutenant Colonel, I wish you peace all the way."

"I wish you peace, General."

Xu Jun took off his headphones and telephone, pulled the goggles around his neck and hung them. Then he patted Hans, who was still sitting blankly. Hans shivered and turned his head to look at Xu Jun in a daze. "Is it over?" Hans asked.

"It's all over, we're landing."

Then Xu Jun untied his safety belt and stood up and said, "Now we are falling in the middle of the battlefield, we must leave here quickly. Why don't you go and sort out our things?" Hans quickly untied his safety belt and followed Xu Jun out of the cab.

Xu Jun came to the business class and took his military cap, then opened the door and walked into the rear cabin. As soon as he entered the rear cabin, Xu Jun found that everyone was staring at him blankly. He felt very strange?

"Is anyone injured?" Xu Jun asked. Suddenly everyone cheered.

"Long live the Deputy Head of State!"

"We are still alive! Praise God."

"Report to the Deputy Head of State, except for those who were injured in front, everyone else was fine," Daogen reported.

"Then what's ahead of you?"

"We can't believe this fact, so..."

Xu Jun waved his hand: "I understand, but we are not at the time of cheering yet. We are now in the battlefield. Everyone is sorting out their own things and bringing the wounded. We are leaving here."

As soon as I said this, a sudden gunfire sounded like fried beans, and bullets hit the casing like rain. Several of them even penetrated the casing and fell on the carpet.

"British people, the British are shooting at us!" Hans shouted in the front cabin.

Everyone in the rear cabin began to panic. Although the aircraft's case can resist ordinary rifle bullets from afar, if it is a machine gun, the hard aluminum layer is not defensive. If the British fired with machine guns or machine guns, everyone would be killed in the aircraft, not to mention that the other party had tanks...

"General, the cabin door is facing the British position, we are blocked inside," Randolph shouted. The others hugged on the floor with their heads in their arms, and the two orderlymen looked almost crying.

"Don't panic! Everyone followed me to the cab, where there was an escape door for pilots, which opened to the left. Then everyone used the fuselage as a cover and ran towards our position. Now listen, take the wounded, take your things, and let's take action!"

Captain Muller stood in a trench and looked at the bomber with a telescope.

He noticed the plane just as soon as it appeared above the woods. When he saw the 20 machine gun on the slope shooting at the plane, he almost fainted on the spot. Did those guys get confused or what happened? Can't even see his own plane? He just hit several of his air force's me110s, which was quite a wish. At least the plane looked too much like the French Breguet br.690, and had been bombarded by French planes these days. But now he can't even recognize Heiii, that's really damn.

Just as Captain Muller was about to call his communications soldiers to stop the idiots on the hillside from doing stupid things, the plane was already on the ground.

"Hell, hell, something happened now. Those idiots have caused me a lot of trouble. I hope the people in the plane are fine." Captain Muller prayed secretly. He thought the plane was shot down by his anti-aircraft artillery.

He stared at the plane tightly, and when he saw the plane colliding with the tank, he almost fainted. "It's over, it seems that the casualties are heavy." Then the plane slid across to his position. Mueller saw the sign on the plane clearly. In addition to the ordinary Luftwaffe aircraft emblem, there was also a large silver empire eagle and a bright Nazi party flag on the fuselage. Mueller had seen the plane with the same logo and was so scared that he almost had a heart attack.

"Emperor...Emperor...Imperial Command Base Camp..."

Mueller felt that today must be his difficult day. He was first attacked by the British and lost his armor and suffered heavy losses. Later, he relied on his own desperate efforts to resist and finally repelled the enemy's tank charge. He originally thought that at least one second-level Iron Cross Medal would not be able to escape, but when he turned around, he actually shot down a special plane from the Imperial Command Base Camp.

The words "military court", "verdict", "death punishment" and "hard labor" kept circling in Muller's mind. Muller stared at the plane with a telescope, hoping to see signs of people living in the plane. When he saw that there were still people moving in the cockpit, he breathed a sigh of relief. Then he heard a burst of fierce gunfire, and the British began to shoot at the plane.

"Damn it! What are you still being stunned?" Mueller shouted to the soldiers standing beside him and looking at the plane stupidly: "Don't shoot quickly and cover the plane. Mortars! Fire smoke bombs at the back of the plane to block the enemy's sight!"

The German soldiers reacted and quickly shot wildly at the British position. Four rapid-firing smoke bombs hit the side of the British, and rolled white smoke began to emerge.

Mueller then picked up his telescope and looked at the plane. He saw a fast glass windshield beside the cab of the plane. A group of people jumped out of the cab and ran towards his position desperately.

"He's a general!"

Muller screamed, and he clearly saw the man running in the telescope the wide red stripes on his rocky gray military trousers and the golden epaulettes on his shoulders.

"Start continuously, don't stop and cover them with all your strength!"

Mueller yelled at the soldiers: "Fire at the enemy with all your weapons! Suppress the enemy's shooting no matter what!"

Author's words:

I was so dizzy. I actually saw their reposts on this article on Tiexue and the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. They had just posted a new one. It was simply terrifying. Even if I wanted to repost, I would like to help me make an advertisement here to increase my click rate. There were not a single post, but it was a bunch of them. My articles were not that cheap. The Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period simply added all their copyrighted links, so I should notify me.
