6. Chapter 6

When Kevin jumped off the roof, he happened to meet the Black-eared Wolf who was leaping over.

He quickly braked suddenly, but because of the speed too fast, he staggered several steps in accordance with inertia before barely stopping. As soon as he raised his head, he almost touched the tip of the black-eared wolf's nose.

Kevin: “…”

One person and one beast were frozen in place at the same time, and they didn't react for a while.

Kevin held his breath and felt that the short day he had been so thrilling that he might as well stay underground!

The black-eared wolf's blood-red eyes suddenly rose, and the steel lizards flashed with a cold light, and they shouted towards Kevin.

Kevin raised his head, bent his knees, knelt on the ground and bowed his waist and avoided it, and he almost avoided it. But before he could stand up again, the black-eared wolf clawed again.

“Get out of here!”

Just as he heard the dull sound of the ** impact, Kevin subconsciously narrowed his eyes, and a flash of flowers suddenly appeared in front of him.

The black-eared wolf howled angrily and fell heavily on the stone wall beside it. The huge and strong body collapsed directly on the corner of the stone wall, and the gravel fell straight.

Osvid wiped the corner of his mouth, rolled up from the ground, rolled back to Kevin, and mocked: "Dear Mr. Fassbender, who has a short knife, will you still climb over the wall next time?"

"Are you still excited?" Kevin pushed him violently, and the two tried to penetrate the alley next to them and leave the Black-Eared Wolf's sight.

Unexpectedly, after the thing fell on the wall, a rhythmic low sound was rumbling in the bottom of his throat, and he raised his head and let out a loud voice.

Kevin was stunned and grabbed Osvid who was about to run into the alley and shouted: "Don't move!"

He couldn't hear it clearly before in the casino, but now he finally heard the names of "snoring". He was very familiar with this rhythmic low voice and howling. This is the unique method of information exchange for the giant orcs on the battlefield. It is like a password. No one can completely understand the beasts except the beasts of their clan.

He only knew that since the black-eared wolf made such a sound, it meant that they could not penetrate the alley-

Sure enough, the dark shadow in front of Kevin shook, and the blind lion shrank its front paw and landed on the low wall, just blocking their only way out.

"Fuck!" Osvid did not have the pride or self-consciousness of being the emperor at all. He sweared and subconsciously turned his back against Kevin.

The lion's eyes were invisible and his expression was still a little confused. Kevin even suspected that it was stupid. Only when he heard the black-eared wolf snoring and howling, it reacted a little, almost conditioned reflexively following the signals.

Keep Kevin and Osvid's way out tightly.

The black-eared wolf almost dripped from his eyes, and he was so crazy that he could still bring his other half-silly lion together. When he stood up, two beasts with tall men approached Kevin and Osvid little by little...

The thick soles of feet stepped on the ground silently, but it was like a deadly countdown.

Five meters, three meters...and then rushed!

Kevin cut his hand and cut off the black-eared wolf's belly with one knife.

Just as the black-eared wolf's sharp claws were already pressed on Kevin's face and Kevin's blade had already hit its abdomen, a scream cut through the night and penetrated into the ears of the two beasts.

"dad!!!"

Kevin's hand immediately shook, thinking that wasn't that little bastard who ran away with Mio! Which father is he recognizing?!

The next second, he was hit by a shell-like object, staggered backwards, and rolled with Osvid.

At the same time, the sound of chaotic footsteps rang out, falling one after another around the two of them.

Kevin climbed up from the ground and saw the Bronze Army squad that was coming surrounded the two beasts. The little bastard turned back into a beastly shape, slapped the black-eared wolf's face to the ground with one claw, and pushed the blind lion aside, rubbed it hard for a while before he calmed down.

The way of greeting each other was a bit cruel and rude, and even the claws were confiscated, and a layer of flesh could be cut at any time.

"..." Mio led a horse eagle into the alley, stared at the chaotic situation for a long time, and finally found a point of entry: "So... these two beasts are following each other, but you are thrown away by His Majesty?"

Bronze Army Squad: "…"

At this time, the shadow area in their hearts could cover the entire city.

Osvid didn't bother to train the Bronze Army team. After all, Kevin's move that was indiscriminately guarded against us was normal to be thrown away. At least he and Kevin were still sitting here alive, without any danger. Compared to these, he cared more about the three large beasts rolling in front of him-

The little boy of unknown origin was indeed from the giant orcs. He even called the blind lion dad.

Osvid said "tsk" and turned his head to Kevin and said, "It seems that this guy is looking for... How many years have the family members picked you up and taken care of? Hum?"

Kevin was slapped in the face by the facts, and he suddenly threw himself away and started to be fooled: "Well, what, you solve the one in front of you first and then pull up something else."

"You always have something to say." Osvid snorted from his nose to express his conscience, then turned his head to the Lion and said, "Let them change their form, otherwise my people will not be able to withdraw their weapons with confidence. Can you understand?"

The little lion changed back to the boy's appearance in a blink of an eye. He glanced left and right, shook his head repeatedly and said, "I'm afraid it won't work now, they can't change it."

"Why?" Osvid frowned.

Kevin replied for the little boy: "One is too hungry. As far as I know, the giant orc will instinctively maintain the beast shape when it is extremely weak, with stronger attack power, which is easier to protect itself. The other... I suspect that I was fed some medicine, not far from madness, and too excited, so I can't get back."

The little lion nodded "Yeah" and said, "Give me some meat, I'll call you second dad!"

Kevin: "..." Your biological father is right next to you. Are you really not afraid of being beaten when you speak like this?

"What a mess!" Osvid was amazed at the shamelessness of the little boy. He waved and asked the people from the Bronze Army to help the little boy get two beasts into the crow's nest and the abandoned temple.

"How did you meet my dad like this? How did you meet my dad?" The little lion shook his tail, counting the wounds on his dad one by one, completely forgot that there were still a pile of poisonous wounds on his body that had not been completely eliminated.

Kevin and Osvid looked at each other and recalled Bot's words at the same time - "We caught a wandering lion in Skeleton Valley. It was probably lost and lived by eating garbage."

No one would feel good about this description, let alone a child of seven or eight years old, so they both chose to shut up and threw the topic back: "How did you get separated from him?"

When he was with Kevin and the others, the little boy was quite stunning his house and untied his tiles for three days. Now that he has found his father, he has become obedient, and even the scattered hairs that look like bird nests have become much more obedient. He held a handful of sticks and dried meat, and stuffed them into the lion's mouth one by one.

It was not until the lion swallowed the last little bit of meat and shaking his ears tiredly and took a nap that he wiped his hands and ran to Kevin.

The little boy sat down on the carriage, swaying his legs, and whispered: "Mai-oh, it's my dad. He... has a bad memory and can't remember many things, including what he did just now, who he met, and even where we live. But he would snore when he heard the sound of snoring, so we often get apart, but fortunately I can always find him back. I bet that he won't remember seeing you after this nap."

Kevin chewed the meat with the dried meat in his mouth twice, suddenly frowned, and broke up with his hand, "Wait, what did you say just now that your father's name?"

"Mai." said the little boy, "What's wrong?"

"I've seen someone before, also called this name..." Kevin hesitated.

He did not deal with the giant orcs as many as the sand ghosts, but he also knew a lot. For example, although they were a complete group, they did not like to live together and preferred to settle down on their own. Only when they entered a state of high alert would they gather together to prepare for the war.

Because they are not close to each other, they are quite perfunctory about the name "a synonym used to distinguish each other". As far as Kevin knows, they all like to take monosyllable names, which can be called with open mouths, which saves effort and is perfunctory.

The name "Mai" happens to be one of the few that Kevin has impressed, and it is the one that has the deepest impression on him.

Because this is the name of the previous leader of the Behemoth Clan.

About ten years ago, Kevin once saw another human form in the battlefield against the sand ghosts.

He was a tough guy with golden brown hair and broken stubble. Due to his racial blood, he could stand up to more than two meters high, like a strong muscle giant, steadily in front of the giant orc army. Then he led the brave and fierce warrior behind him to join forces with Kevin's Bronze Legion to wipe out the Sand Ghost Army.

The impression of that scene was so profound that Kevin could not associate the name with the dozing lion in front of him.

He did hear some rumors later that Mai was plotted against by a sand ghost during a battle and might not be able to go to the battlefield again. The giant orcs have always believed in the most primitive laws of survival, so Mai changed from a leader to a former leader and disappeared afterwards...

The little lion scratched his head and said, "It's also called this name? No, among the tribesmen I know, there is no one who has the same name as my father."

That's it.

Kevin looked at the lion and felt complicated for a moment.

The black-eared wolf beside him was drinking water with sedative medicine juice. The taste must have been not very good. After taking a few sips, it couldn't help but shake its head, making an irritable snore from the bottom of its throat, and then habitually answered a howl.

The lion, who was originally dozing, suddenly raised its head. Its eyes, which were pierced by the scar, were unnaturally bonded. The lame leg struggled to support it for a few times, and finally stood up from the ground.

Just as it arched its waist and wanted to distinguish the information conveyed in the snoring so that it could meet the challenge, the little lion jumped out of the carriage and ran over to comfort it, "Dad is me, class. There are no sand ghosts and no one is injured. I just snored. Can you rest for a while?"

The lion took back his claws in a daze, and after the little lion class leaned over, he slowly settled down, patted him with his claws twice, and leaned back to the ground.

Osvid squinted at them, not knowing what he remembered. After a while, he raised his eyebrows and whispered: "Yes, I still remember my son."

It was blinded by two eyes, lame with one leg, and its head was stupid and its memory was blank, which was very different from ten years ago. The only thing I remember was only two things:

He is a warrior.
