Ninety-five compilation scriptures, the owner of Yuanchen
Ji Yu, who was punished to face the wall for three days, finally left the seclusion and faced the wall cliff. Ji Yu's first thing was not to go to Jinglou to report, but to carry his exhausted steps through the Three Pavilions and Seven Courtyards and enter the Dianzhuan Courtyard.
At this time, Zaozhai had passed, and Dian Zao was commanding a group of fireworks Taoists to wash pots and dishes. When he saw Ji Yu, wearing an apricot yellow Taoist robe, Dian Zao came over and bowed and said, "When Wuzhai was not here, what are you doing here?"
Keeping the Zhongji Precept in the Small Taoist Temple is about the commander of all parties, and in the main hall, it is lower than the commander of the main. So Ji Yu dared not cause it and bowed back and said, "How is Dao, I am so happy, because I realized the mystery, so I faced the wall for three days. I came out today and was hungry. I want to come to the vegetarian hall to find some leftovers."
Hearing that Ji Yu claimed to be from the wall, Dian Zao looked stunned and said in awe, "Brother Dao is good at nature, so he is so bitter and has a wall. How can he use leftovers? What does Brother Dao want to eat? I personally cook."
Ji Yu did not refuse, bowed to thank him and said, "I'm sorry, I'll make some porridge, pickles are the ones."
After eating the luxurious vegetarian rice cooked by Dian Zao himself, longan lotus seed porridge, steamed vegetarian stuffed buns, and finally served a bowl of red date tea. Ji Yu rubbed his stomach with satisfaction and walked towards the Jinglou, whispering in his heart, "As a matter of this temple is worthy of respect. This sounds like enlightenment and facing the wall, and the treatment is different. This... should not be considered a violation of the precepts..."
After passing through the Eighth Courtyard of the Palace of the Palace, Ji Yu walked all the way to the Jinglou area. Shangqing Palace of the Jinglou Tower was not a tall building, but a tall building covering an area of dozens of acres, including gardens, water pavilions, Huating, Jingtang, Jingtang, Buddhist scriptures, and Palm Sutra Division.
Ji Yu looked at the plaques of the big and small gatehouses, followed the words and walked to the plaque of Jingdianshi. He first inserted sandalwood into each of the three large tripods. Ji Yu walked through it like an inner hall. After seeing a few yellow-clad Taoists sitting on the table, they would communicate a few times.
"Good good friends, I am Yushu, I have been transferred to the Sutra Tower. May I ask Master Zhisheng Dao." Ji Yu bowed and bowed first when he saw this.
"It's fellow Taoist Yushu, Master Zhisheng Dao is in the pavilion, please come with me." A short-bearded Taoist priest also bowed. The leader Ji Yu walked straight into the attic, turned over a corner of a bookshelf, knocked at a small door a few times and said, "My Master Zhisheng Daoist, Master Yushu is here to get the errand..."
With a creaking sound, a Taoist priest pushed the door out, wearing a blue robe with a first ring on the bottom floor, combing his hair and pulling a jade hairpin, not wearing a crown, and a pair of turbid old eyes looked Ji Yu for a few breaths, and said lightly, "Can you write the purple palace jade talisman?"
Seeing Ji Yu nodding, Ji Yu, the old Taoist, walked to the vestibule, spread paper and pen on the table and said, "Write it for me, if you know the Zifu Jade Talisman, you will go to the Dianjing Pavilion..."
Ji Yu pondered for a moment, pressed the memory on Ji Yuntian's book, lifted the pen and wrote a few words on the desk, threw down the brush and handed it to Zhisheng.
Zhisheng took it and took a look, shook his head and said, "This is not OK, this is just the Shenxiao Sand Talisman, Lingxiao Dragon Chapter, and Jintai Phoenix Seal"
Seeing Ji Yu shook his head, Zhisheng simply asked, "How many kinds of purple palace jade talismans do you write?"
"Reporting to the Master of the Sutra, the Tao can only write the Shenxiao Sand Talisman," Ji Yu also said directly.
Zhisheng was disappointed when he heard this. He was short of interest and greeted the short-bearded Taoist priest who brought Ji Yu over, "Jingxuan, take Yushu to the Sanxuan Division, Yuanchen Tower."
"Fellow Taoist Yushu, you are mainly responsible for organizing books in Yuanchen Tower, summarizing them according to the category, and registering the scriptures with the catalogue. You must also be careful of the books being damp and damaged. If the books are damaged by tide, insects, fire, etc., you will be a serious crime. Jingxuan will tell you about the specific matters." After saying that, Zhisheng put his hands behind his back and went to sleep.
Jingxuan shook his head and led Ji Yu out of the Jingdian Department. Seeing that the buildings were closed and there were few people everywhere, Ji Yu couldn't help but wonder, "Fellow Taoist Jingxuan, didn't he say that there were more than a hundred people in the Jingdian Building? Why is it so quiet?"
Jingxuan walked in front and shook his head and smiled bitterly, "It's not that the Jingge Palm Hall sleeping every day. Some time ago, the abbot came to check the scriptures. Even the most precious scriptures, Dongxuan, Dongzhen, and Dongshen, were damaged by moisture or insect damage, which caused the abbot to be angry and urged the Palm Hall to practice the scriptures within three months, otherwise he would be punished to face the wall for ten years.
The hall summoned most of the people to go to revise the scriptures in three parts. Most of the three caves were maps, spiritual patterns, bird seals, etc. in the ancient sacred places, so the old Master Jinglou went to practice, and the rest were those who could not use dragon seals and phoenix seals.”
Ji Yu suddenly realized and felt very grateful. Fortunately, he didn't know how to write the dragon and phoenix seals, otherwise it would be bad if he was called to revise the scriptures.
Taoist Jingxuan led Ji Yu through many sutra towers and walked about hundreds of steps to a three-story building. The painted plaque was written: Yuanchen Pavilion
Jingxuan took out the key and rust the copper lock that was as rusty as the paint and mottled red door. He gently pushed open the door, and a stream of dust flew out and choked the two of them.
Ji Yu and Jingxuan swept open the spider web, and when they entered the building, a decadent smell of mold came. Looking at the first floor, which was about ten feet square, neatly placed twelve large bookshelfs about twelve meter high, according to Yuanchen. The bamboo rolls of spider silk were wrapped in bamboo and silk covered with dust in the cabinet.
"This is Yuanchen Tower. The first floor is the twelve Yuanchen Sutras. Each of them has 276 volumes of ancient scriptures, including the ancient star firefly map, divine talismans, star positions, Yuanchen Taoist interpretations recorded by experts from my Biyou Palace countless years ago, and some strange star worlds. However, this Yuanchen Tower has not opened a building to revise the scriptures for decades."
Jingxuan brushed his sleeves to block the dust and explained to Ji Yu. Seeing Ji Yu nodding, Jingxuan looked at the dusty stairs and said to Ji Yu, "Go upstairs, this one is nothing good to look at..."
Ji Yu was completely unlucky. He heard this and nodded silently and followed Jingxuan's footsteps to the second floor. The second floor was much simpler, including three houses, one tea room, one couch, and one quiet room. There were several books in the middle. Ji Yu opened it and looked at it. It was the directory where the scriptures were placed.
"This is what you will edit in the future. Check the serious scriptures according to the catalogue and sort out the messy scriptures. If there are any missing items, report them to the Palm Sutra Department, and the Palm Sutra Department will approve the original gold seal as appropriate. You can copy and fill in the gaps according to the golden seal." Jingxuan saw Ji Yu re-enter the catalogue and reminded him by the way.
"Even if there is the original gold seal, I think it will not be broken, so why do you have to copy the copy in the Sutra Pavilion? Isn't it just use the power to copy the sutra?" Ji Yu said with some confusion.
"Originally, all the golden chapters are in Biyou Palace, and they are treasured by the ancestors. Many true scriptures were written by the ancestors' disciples in ancient times, but most of the disciples have lived to live." Jingxuan replied for a moment and then explained:
"So the sutras we read are rubbings of treasured collections of ancestors. Otherwise, what should we do if the golden chapters are lost? Many of these original golden chapters are the ancestors' thoughts, so they can only be copied and passed down to the Taoist masters of future generations."
"It's true, I don't think about it. I'll go and see the third floor."
Ji Yu thought about it again and thought that this was true. He turned to the third floor. The third floor was smaller than the two floors below, and was eight diamond-shaped. There was a carved wooden window on each side. The ground was paved with hardwood. There was also eight bookshelfs with one person high against eight walls, which looked like the Bagua. There was only a dusty cushion in the middle.
Jingxuan also climbed to the third floor and saw the Bagua-shaped bookshelf. He casually took a book to read and counted breaths, put it back to his original position and introduced to Ji Yu, "The upper floor is full of strange stories, practice notes, rituals, fasts and rituals, etc. You can also come and take a look in your spare time."
After saying that, he led Ji Yu down the second floor and handed the key to Ji Yu, instructing him, "There is no limit on the time to organize the scriptures. If you are bored, you can wander around, but you just need to lock the door of the building. In addition to Biyou, the scriptures in this world should be the only one in this world. Don't be careless and lost."
Seeing Ji Yu take the key Jingxuan thought about it, "The Jing Pavilion also has three meals a day. There are classics for the Taoist children to deliver them in the morning, noon and evening. But your daily expenses, including lamp oil, pen and ink, must come to the Jing Palace Department to collect them at the beginning of the month, and I will deliver them with the children later."
Ji Yu nodded and sent Jingxuan out of the building. Jingxuan took a few steps. Suddenly, Ji Yu instructed, "Fellow Taoist Yushu, this sutra building is made of wood, and you must not get any sparks. You must pay more attention to the daily use of oil lamps. Don't leave the water. You are so tired that you can't destroy the treasure scriptures. You will die. You must pay more attention to it."
"Don't worry, fellow Taoist Jingxuan, I'm not here..." Ji Yu waved his hand to ensure that he waved to Jingxuan.
