Chapter 235 The emperor of flowing water, the iron-clad family

Since the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Shandong has been a military tyrant that the Yuan army and the Red Turban Army have repeatedly fought for. When Zhu Laosi started a war, Shandong was once again hit by a military disaster. The most direct consequence of the continuous war was that nine out of ten rooms were empty and thousands of miles away were uninhabited.

"Ask my ancestors where they came from, the big locust tree in Hongdong, Shanxi. What is the name of the ancestors' hometown? The old pike nest under the big locust tree."

This folk song that Shandong people are very familiar with is because of this.

Because from Zhu Chongba to Zhu Laosi, he has been spared no effort to immigrate from Shanxi to Shandong.

However, there is a problem here.

The most serious casualties in the war were often the common people, while the rich and powerful gentry were rarely affected and even took the opportunity to expand their business.

The easiest way to play is to place bets on both ends.

For example, Dugu Xin married his three daughters to the following three people: Emperor Ming of Northern Zhou, Emperor Ming of Tang Li Bing (father of Emperor Gaozu of Tang), and Emperor Wen of Sui Yang Jian.

Going closer, there is also a famous music, "The Song Dynasty", also known as "The Three Sisters of the Song Family".

This kind of gameplay has always been very good at the aristocratic families in the Central Plains. For example, Zhuge Liang was born in Langya, Shandong, and Zhuge Liang was loyal to Liu Bei, while his brother Zhuge Jin was an important official in the Eastern Wu and became a general.

As for the family that Yang Shaofeng planned to get rid of with the rebels, he was even more of the best, the most aristocratic family.

As the saying goes, the emperor is a flowing river and a strong aristocratic family. Before Emperor Zetian takes action against the aristocratic family, the Central Plains dynasty almost controls the aristocratic family group. No matter how the situation changes, the aristocratic family is still aristocratic family, and even the emperor doesn't take it seriously.

For example, the legendary Five surnames and Seven Wangs have always looked down on His Majesty Li Er from Longyou, but His Majesty Li Er, who killed his brother and was happy, had no choice but to take the Five surnames and Seven Wangs.

For example, Xue Yuanchao, the prime minister of the prosperous Tang Dynasty who was born in the "Four surnames of Guanzhong", still couldn't get married to a woman with five surnames, so Xue Yuanchao sighed: "Those who regret this life are unable to marry a woman with five surnames!"

In order to reduce the influence of the aristocratic family, Li Xiaojiu, the son of Li Er, also strongly banned the five surnames and ten families including the five surnames and Qi Wang to intermarry privately.

However, there was no use for birds. The five surnames and Qi Wang committed crimes against the wind and still intermarried with each other. They did not take Li Er seriously and they did not take Li Xiaojiu seriously.

It is precisely because these aristocratic families are so fucked that the four generations of emperors, Yang Er, Li Er, Li Xiaojiu and Wu Meiniang, spare no effort to suppress the aristocratic families.

However, what's fucking is that even after Yang Er, Li Er, and especially Wu Meiniang's three generations of ruthless people spared no effort to suppress it, even if the Li family had been in the throne for more than two hundred years, Emperor Wenzong of Tang proposed to Zheng Qin and wanted Zheng Qin's granddaughter to marry the crown prince, but Zheng Qin was still rejected.

Aristocratic families are aristocratic families, and you won’t look down on you just because your family is an emperor. It’s basically a solution to Zhao Da’s emperor, because all the aristocratic families died almost from the late Tang Dynasty to the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms.

The wars in the late Tang and Five Dynasties exceeded the historical world understood by the aristocratic families. Although Cao Cao's poem "White bones are exposed in the wild, and no roosters crow thousands of miles away", it was ultimately a catastrophe for ordinary people. In the same poem, there is also "There are righteous men in Guandong, and they raise troops to fight against all the evil spirits." The aristocratic families in Guandong are still launching troops to fight against evil spirits, but they have not been destroyed on a large scale. However, in the late Tang and Five Dynasties, there is a poem by Wei Zhuang as evidence, "There are all the bones of the ministers and ministers in the sky."

As Tan Kai said, the Huang Chao Rebellion is essentially different from the Anshi Rebellion before the Tang Dynasty and other wars. Even if she is vulgar and unwilling, An Lushan was looking forward to relying on his familiar aristocratic families and existing bureaucracies to establish a feasible rule as soon as possible; while Huang Chao and his later generations launched a large-scale organized killing of the bureaucratic group.

At the end of the Tang Dynasty, Li Zhen killed more than 30 ministers from the gentry, including Pei Shu, and threw the bodies into the Yellow River, saying, "This kind of person calls himself a clear stream, and should throw it into the rivers, and it will always be a turbid stream."

Most of the wars in the past were concentrated in the north, and the great families could at least cross the south to cultivate and survive in the south. The wars at the end of the Tang Dynasty affected all the large population gathering places in the empire, and there were few places in the late Tang and Five Dynasties that could serve as safe havens.

However, no matter whether it is the five surnames and seven surnames or the four surnames in Guanzhong, they are still not known as the true thousand-year-old family.

The true thousand-year-old family is in Shandong, Yanzhou, and Qufu.

In the first year of Yuanshi of the Western Han Dynasty, in this era when the nobles were basically in decline, the family had not yet appeared, Emperor Ping appointed Confucius' descendants as Baohou in order to promote ethics. In the thousand years afterwards, the title had changed many times, and the title was continued until the second year of Zhihe of Emperor Renzong of Song Dynasty, after the title was changed to Yansheng Gong in the second year of Zhihe of Emperor Renzong.

After the Jingkang Incident, the forty-eight generations of Yansheng Gong Kong Duanyou followed the army of Song Gaozong's Pian'an in the name of "worshiping the Holy Emperor" and moved south with the army of Song Gaozong's Pian'an, the Jin soldiers entered the Central Plains and established the pseudo-Qi regime. In the second year of Fuchang, Liu Yu signed Kong Duanyou's son Kong Duancao, the son of Kong Duancao, as Yansheng Gong, and presided over the sacrificial service of the Confucius Forest Temple in Qufu.

In this way, although Confucius's legitimate descendant Kong Duanyou went south to worship his ancestors and Mrs. Qi Guan's statue, the incense to worship the ancestors was still lingering in the four seasons of Qufu.

Later, the pseudo-Qi regime collapsed, and Jin Xizong still enfeoffed Kong and Yan Shenggong in the second year of Tianjuan. At this point, the Northern Sect of Kong's clan was officially formed.

Later, Kong Yuancuo, the Yanshenggong of the Northern Zong, moved to Bianzhou with the Jin regime, and his brother Kong Yuanyong presided over the sacrifices of Qufu.

In the first year of Baoqing, the Song army recovered Shandong and used Kong Yuanyong as Yanshenggong. In the second year of Baoqing, he was appointed Kong Yuanyong's son Kong Zhiquan as Yanshenggong. After the Mongols occupied Qufu, he also recognized the identity of Yanshenggong Kong Zhiquan.

In this way, during the same period, the Southern Song Dynasty, the three courts of the Jin and Yuan dynasties each had a Yanshenggong. The Yanshenggongs were both honored by the saints and were at the same time ate the salary of the Southern Song Dynasty, Jin and Mongolian Yuan, without any mercy.

After the Mongol Yuan destroyed the Jin Kingdom, the Confucius Mansion judged the situation. Under the leadership of Yansheng Gong Kong Yuanyong, he turned to Kublai Khan with a righteousness. In order to show his innocent heart, Kong Yuanyong personally led his clan members to join the Yuan army and eliminated the "rebels" of the Han people and died "unfortunately" in the army.

After Kong Yuanyong's death, Kong Yuancuo and his team took the opportunity to seize power. The Kong family fought for the title of Yansheng Gong, which lasted for several generations until Yuan Renzong ruled Kong Yuancuo and his team were completely defeated.

In the spring and summer of the second year of Emperor Xianzong of Yuan Dynasty, the Confucius Mansion also sent great scholar Zhang Dehui and Yuan Haowen to meet Kublai Khan. He was the one who asked what love was in the world and was the one who made people agree with life and death. He knelt down and asked Kublai Khan to be the "Great Master of Confucianism."

After all, it was sent by Yan Shenggong, "representing" Confucianism in the world, so although Kublai Khan was surprised, he was very happy to accept the title of "Master of Confucianism".

Yuan Haowen took the opportunity to propose that he hoped that the "Great Master of Confucianism" would consider more Confucian scholars in the world, improve the lowly status of Confucian scholars, and exempt the military taxes of Confucian households. This proposal was also agreed by Kublai Khan.

After Kublai Khan accepted the title of "Grand Master of Confucianism", the descendants of Confucius rushed to express their congratulations, saying that this was "real return of honor", "name and truth", "sages of sages open their faces", and "my emperor's wise and wise."

As for the tragic situation of ordinary Han people like hell? As long as you cover your eyes and don’t see it, it doesn’t exist. Some bandits with ulterior motives must slander me, the Emperor of the Great Yuan Shengming!

In short, I blinded my eyes and deaf ears and pretended to be deaf and dumb, and there was no word for protest, just treating them as "Yan Sheng Gong".

After the Jiashen National Incident, the little emperor Miqing instantly held a ceremony to ascend the throne in Beijing under the protection of his "uncle regent" Little Badger. Kong Yinzhi, the descendant of Confucius who was named "Yansheng Gong" by Emperor Chongzhen Zhu Youjian for more than ten years, immediately wrote a letter to Emperor Shunzhi to submit to his sanctions the next day, and by the way, he wrote to "First Commentary" and "Black Shaved Memorial".

Of course, Kublai Khan was regarded as the great master of Confucianism. Kneeling at Jiannu's feet and calling him dad is not unacceptable, it's a tiny thing.

However, this is not the end. Because the mites are cool, the Japanese slaves in Japan stand up.

In 1937, before the Japanese invaders attacked Peiping, Confucius' 77th generation grandson Kong Decheng suddenly became popular in poetry, advocating that China and Japan have the same writing and species. The poem says: "The origins of Jiangchuan, Zhusi and Si are combined, and even if they are in the same state, how can they be different from people."

On February 8, 1938, Japan had launched a national war of aggression against China for more than half a year. In Qufu, an occupied area occupied by Japan, Kong Lingyu, the Confucius Mansion acting as a "sacrificial official" of a Japanese invaders stationed in Jining, invited a group of leaders such as the "corporate commander", "captain" and "adjutant" of a Japanese invaders to have dinner and drink, chat, and take a happy photo with a smile.

Based on other things, such as "Kong Lingyi initiated the establishment of a temple for Zhang Xun", "Kong Lingyi supported the restoration of the Qing Dynasty", "Kong Lingyi persuaded Yuan Shikai to ascend to the end as soon as possible to restore the constitution", "Kong Lingyi supported Yuan Shikai to become emperor", "Kong Lingyi sent a telegram to congratulate the third anniversary of the establishment of the Wang Jingwei government", "Kong Decheng still used the Xuantong reign title to thank the Qing Dynasty for rewarding the abolished emperor" and so on.

If Principal Jiang had not ordered someone to bring this Yansheng Gong to his side in 1938, it would have been estimated that Yansheng Gong's Mansion would have sent another telegram to welcome the Japanese army to China to prosper together, and by the way, he would have accepted the enthronement of Japan's licking porn!

It’s just such a thing. It’s more realistic to expect them to have some conscience, be better to treat tenants, and be considerate of the people.

...

After a while of silence, Zhu Laosi said, "You have thought about it. Once you move that family, corrupt scholars in the world will swarm. Even if I can protect you on the surface, I don't know how many people hate you for not dying behind your back."

Yang Shaofeng spread his hands indifferently and said, "From the family of three Yansheng Gongs at the end of the Song Dynasty to the title of "Master of Confucianism" by Kublai Khan in the Mongolian and Yuan dynasties to Kong Fanzheng's case of official grain in the past two years, his grandson had long been unhappy about them.

The grandson always felt that Confucius was Confucius and Yan Shenggong was Yan Shenggong. How fucked this scholar was? It can be seen from Yuan Haowen and others that, no matter how kind his grandfather was, they would only pick up the bowl and eat, put down their chopsticks and curse.
