Chapter 14 Merry Christmas
During these Christmas holidays, the whole school is filled with a festive atmosphere.
Professor McGonagall and Professor Frievey arranged the auditorium in a gorgeous and beautiful manner.
Brian was a little out of place with the lively and joyful atmosphere around him. He tried to find the Eris Mirror every night.
He didn't remember where the magic mirror was. He only remembered that in the original work, Harry ran out of the library and finally found the classroom with the magic mirror.
He could only search the library as the center for a few days, but he couldn't find the magic mirror.
He guessed that maybe Dumbledore hadn't put out the mirror yet, because Harry hadn't received the invisible clothes and wandered around in it.
It is obvious that this is a part of Dumbledore's savior cultivation plan.
Brian likes to sit in front of the warm fireplace of the Slytherin Lounge, flipping through the books borrowed from the library, and enjoying the quiet and lonely atmosphere at this moment.
That's it, Christmas is here.
On Christmas morning, Brian woke up from bed. He was the only one left in the dormitory, which seemed very deserted. Malfoy and the other two went home.
There were a bunch of packages placed at the foot of the bed on the ground, all of which were his Christmas gifts.
Brian looked at the package on the ground and smiled slightly. This was the first time he had received a holiday gift, which was a good feeling. He first put on his clothes and then took off his package one by one.
Malfoy gave him a gorgeous set of wizard chess. The chess piece on it ran and shouted, and the tip of the magic wand in the hand emitted colorful sparks.
Crab and Gole thought of going together, and each of them gave him a large bag of various candies.
In fact, what Brian gave them was also candy.
Daphne gave him a handsome brooch with the Slytherin logo on it and also changed the color and shape.
There was also Hermione's gift inside, and she gave him a large package, which contained a full set of textbooks from Muggle Junior High School. The little witch had been trying to reverse the bad impression of Muggle in his pure-blooded wizard family.
His mother, Mrs. Fley, gave him a very warm green pajama, which was simple and stylish, and her aesthetic was always impeccable.
The most speechless one is his father, Mr. Fley, who gave Brian two books: "How to Seize Wealth and Power" and "Pure Blood Glory".
"But is this a book that children of this age should read?" Brian said speechlessly. Perhaps Mr. Fry was just supporting a book published by his friend.
As for Brian, he also prepared different gifts for his friends.
He gave Malfoy a model of his favorite Quidditch team, and all the players were wearing uniforms and flying around the model on a broom.
He gave Daphne a beautiful bow, and he hoped his aesthetic would not be too bad.
At the same time, he gave Hermione a carefully compiled book, which records some improvement methods of magic potions and some small knowledge in magic that is always misunderstood and violates common sense.
...
The Christmas party in Hogwarts was held with a particularly festive atmosphere.
The place is decorated with gorgeous Christmas decorations, and it is no longer four long tables, but a wide and long table, as well as the teachers' guest seats.
Everyone gathered at a long table with a full of food on it, at least in terms of the appearance, it was extremely rich.
There were also piles of colorful bags and firecrackers on the dining table. Brian drew one, and a gorgeous top hat burst out from inside, and a snow-white rabbit appeared from time to time.
Brian put his hat on his head, although he felt a little silly.
Slytherin's students rarely stayed in Hogwarts, and most of them went home. There were young wizards from various academies sitting around, but in this cheerful festive atmosphere, everyone also let go of their usual prejudices and competitive spirits and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere together.
Brian was sitting upright at the table, his back was straight and he didn't touch the back of the chair, and he was out of place with the cheerful little wizard around him. He held a fork in his hand and carefully tasted various foods to prevent himself from having a strange dark dish.
After being here for so long, what he was most dissatisfied with was the food.
Think about it, the food here is either roasted or cooked, and there are even many strange combinations that you can't imagine, which makes Brian dare not take it.
"Why can't they learn how to cook?" Brian slowly ate the roasted turkey, and had a strong urge to teach the Hogwarts' house elf cooking.
The Weasley twin brothers set off fireworks and drove away the hat on Brian's head. They seemed to be unable to stand Brian's meticulous look.
Brian glanced at them, wearing long and tall hats with a fake owl and an eagle flapping its wings, and they had to free up a hand to grab the brim of the hat to prevent it from flying away.
Harry and Ron were there, and they were happily smoking colorful bags of firecrackers, blowing up blue smoke. Several tiny mice rushed over from them, forcing Brian to pick up the plate in front of him.
The professors were very happy in the guest seat. Dumbledore was wearing a women's top hat decorated with flowers, which looked a little funny. Brian even saw Professor McGonagall giggling and his cheeks were red. Professor Snape was eating food meticulously and did not notice that the decoration of the hat on his head had been turned into a large and colorful flower.
In the afternoon, Brian sat on the side of the playground and watched a group of young wizards playing snowball fights. The Christmas here really made people feel happy and relaxed, and Brian's mood became clearer.
Several snowballs that emerged from behind interrupted Brian's thoughts, and they hit Brian's face one after another, making him frown and look over. The Weasley twins were pointing at him and laughing.
Brian felt that the two brothers had been targeting him.
He cast a spell and rolled two big snowballs, which became bigger and bigger, and finally buried the two brothers inside.
They emerged from the snow piles, looked at each other and laughed. Then they formed more and bigger snowballs and threw them all at Brian.
Brian avoided a few and hit some snowballs back, but in the end he did not completely avoid them. Snowballs blindfolded his eyes. Harry and Ron also joined in, and Brian was buried in the snow pile.
Brian pushed away the snow in front of him and looked at the group of people laughing in the distance. Somehow, he felt a little funny and laughed. His smile began to be small, but then he became bigger and bigger.
"oh!"
Another pile of snowballs hit the top of his head and buried him in the snow again.
Bryan never dreamed that one day he would waste his whole afternoon on boring snowball fights and have fun.
The Weasley twins always seem to make everything unexpectedly interesting.
After dinner, the little wizards were tired of playing and went back to the lounge in groups of three or three.
The Pipi ghost laughed sharply in the corridor and threw snowballs at the passing little wizards.
When Brian passed by, Pipi Ghost seemed to recognize the little ghost head who had let the blood man Barrow teach him a lesson. He gave up on other little wizards and focused on chasing behind Brian. While laughing loudly, he kept throwing snowballs into his head.
The little wizards around were all happy to watch the fun, and were guessing in their hearts how he messed with Pipi.
Finally, Brian had to use a spell "Wadivassi" and stuffed a chalk into Pipi's nostrils, then drove him away.
Of course he remembered the spell, and it wasn't difficult.
Harry and the others laughed at Brian's unprecedented embarrassment.
"By the way, George, why do you have to provoke him?" Harry asked the Weasley brothers with a smile.
"You recognized the wrong person, I'm Fred."
"No, this set doesn't work, your first letter is written on your sweaters." Harry said.
"How do you know we haven't changed our sweaters?"
"Maybe we were wearing each other's sweaters from the beginning."
The two brothers looked at each other and said with a giggle.
"Well, whether it's Fred or George, why do you have to provoke Fry?" Harry said with a blank look on them.
"Don't you think it's annoying to be there alone?" George said.
"It smells lonely and deserted, and this is not suitable for Christmas at all." Fred said.
"Little lonely like a pitiful child."
"I just want to look like a little adult."
"As just as serious as Percy."
"No, he's more serious than Percy."
"So it should be fun to provoke him."
"No, it should be said that it is really fun."
The two brothers sang and reconciled, as if they were talking about their talk show.
