Chapter 9 Come on, come on, meet ninety-eight

English is more difficult than expected. I was confused about the grammar questions. Fortunately, I remember the words well and got all the points I deserved. I was also mistaken for a few small difficult questions. There should be no problem passing the exam. Suzuko was sure of it.

The Chinese and history of the next day were a little bit good, and the exam went smoothly, especially in Chinese. The composition title was "I Ten Years Later" and the subject matter was not limited. The poem was written by Suzuko, and the lines were full of desire for the future. She didn't know how many points she could get, but she thought it was pretty good.

Geography is also a subject that makes Suzuko headache. She often can't remember the names of the provincial capitals and their geographical locations. For Suzuko, she has never been to Phoenix City, the prefecture-level city in front of her home. She has been in the county since she was born and has never been to any place. She thinks that the world is so big, it is a bit scary.

zz made her even more dizzy. Those boring theories made her doubt her life for a while, but in order to get good grades, Suzuko kept memorizing until the second half of the night, which was so hard!

The three-day exam was over. Suzuko was never as nervous as this exam. She had accepted her fate before about the things she was at the bottom, so she never knew she was nervous. Since she had hope, she felt pressured. Now she finally understood why Liu Lili studied so well, but she always shouted that she was under a lot of pressure.

No matter what, the summer vacation is going to be. After all, he is a child. Lingzi stays at Liu Lili's house with her "baby" every day. The two of them watch TV together, discuss the style of clothes for those fashion models, although no one has the conditions to dress up.

Liu Lili's family is in good condition. Aunt Zhang works at the train station and works as a clerk. Lingzi feels that her job is more decent than her father Li Yibai's job. She heard that her salary is also higher. Uncle Liu works in the county party committee and heard that she is a section chief. She always speaks majestic and kind.

Liu Lili's only child is her family. Aunt Zhang has spared money to dress her up beautifully, but for some reason, Liu Lili wears school uniforms all year round. Except for the Chinese New Year, Aunt Zhang will buy her a new down jacket, and she usually wears old-fashioned old clothes. Liu Lili said that it was all worn by Aunt Zhang, which made Lingzi incredible.

Lunako doesn't wear Ji Xueying's old clothes. Ji Xueying is tall and strong, and Lingzi is thin and small and can't wear her old clothes at all. Ji Xueying always buys clothes for Lunako at the big market, the kind that costs ten or eight yuan.

When the first grade of junior high school first started, school uniforms were not issued at that time, and other girls were wearing them in a magnificent manner, for fear of being compared by others.

Especially Jiang Yingying in the class, she wore the most fashionable Georgette dress at that time. She was light yellow on top and a top with black ears, an orange-red gauze dress underneath, a long black ponytail, and a beautiful white face. She was like a blooming tulip.

Linzi looked down at what he was wearing. He was a white shirt with green wavy vertical stripes and a blue railway uniform pants underneath. In Liu Qiang's words, he was simply a thin watermelon.

The classmates were amused by his metaphor and said that the bellzi was so vivid like a watermelon, and it was a watermelon that had not grown.

Lingzi wanted to find a crack in the ground to get into it. She thought it was not good-looking, but Ji Xueying said that this was the new clothes she just bought for her, worth ten yuan. A student should focus on studying. Comparing food and clothing is not something that students should do.

Suzuko secretly curled her lips. Xiaobo was also a student. Why did her mother buy him clothes in the building? It was still the same kind of sportswear. I heard that it costs more than 100 yuan, but it looks so beautiful.

"Oh! We can only enjoy the pleasure of watching it on TV," Liu Lili sighed. "It's okay in winter, at least we can wear new clothes during the Chinese New Year, unlike in summer. My mother said she would stay at home during the summer vacation and wouldn't go out. She was wearing her old railway uniform for me."

"Just be content. I am worse than you. I wear railway uniforms in summer and winter. My mother said that I can wear my grandmother's floral cotton jacket when I don't go out in winter." Linzi sighed.

"I think you did a good job in the exam this year. Didn't your mother say you would give you a reward?" Liu Lili asked.

"She never asked me how I did the exam. My brother did well, Chinese 98 and math 99. My mother wanted to reward him with an electric toy." Lingzi was hoping to get less scolded. She didn't even dare to think about such a thing, let alone the grades had not yet come out.

"Your mother is too partial! With your brother's grades, do I always get two hundred exams in the first grade of elementary school?" Liu Lili looked at her disdain.

"Anyway, it's better than me. I'm just passing the first grade math." Reinko stroked the cat with her hands, and the "baby" was sleeping rudely. Sometimes people are not as good as cats. They only eat and sleep, which is extremely comfortable.

"Oh, I don't know if I can win the first place this year. Qiu Chenchen is so awesome. I lost to him eight out of ten times. It's too difficult to be the first." Liu Lili also has her own worries.

"The second place is also very good. My highest goal is not to be at the bottom. Why is the gap between people so big?" Suzuko comforted her.

The two girls comforted each other and got the final exam results. Liu Lili really got the first place this time, and her math scores also scored 20% plus additional questions. It is said that this score was also the highest score in the whole grade that year. Aunt Zhang was so happy that she praised her daughter whenever she met everyone.

Suzuko scored 80 points in Mathematics, which was the highest score since the third grade. Although Ji Xueying's mouth was like a waistband, she said that the full score of 120 points was still a failure, but the smile that could not be hidden on Ji Xueying's face still exposed her happiness.

The Chinese test was 100 points, especially the composition teacher only deducted two points. When I handed out the paper, I praised Lingzi and said that I should be used as a model essay when school starts.

History 83 English 68 Politics 61, all of these three articles passed the first time. Only geography scored 42 points. Suzuko felt that she had not used her skills, so she might have passed the exam even if she worked hard a little bit.

There were 45 people in the class, and Suzuko ranked 36th, which was a surprising improvement. Chen Chunyan was so happy that she kept saying that she bought the fried dough sticks well that morning, but she did get 100 points in one course.

"Grandma is the best! It's all my credit for grandma." Suzuko herself was the happiest. She was already very satisfied with this ranking. She decided to work harder next semester and strive to pass every subject, especially in mathematics. She must get above 90 points to be considered passing.

This New Year is very happy. Ji Xueying came out to the west and bought a pink down jacket for Lingzi in the building. It is said that it cost 100 or 200 yuan. Lingzi put it on and looked around in front of the mirror, but she couldn't bear to take it off.

On New Year's Eve, the family squeezed into Lingzi's hut to watch the Spring Festival Gala. Na Ying and Faye Wong sang the popular song together: "Come on, come on, meet 98, come on, come on, meet 1998..."
