These twelve great vows: the first vow, his own light shines on the boundlessness... Just this first vow, let his Buddha power shine throughout the entire Pure Glazing World, make this world a pure Buddha land, and make Medicine Buddha one of the three Buddhas in the world."

Continue to say: "The second vow, the body is as clear as the inside and outside of the glass; the third vow, all sentient beings are perfect; the fourth vow, all sentient beings practice the Mahayana Dharma school; the fifth vow, all sentient beings are pure in practice in the Brahma Dharma; the sixth vow, all those who do not possess all the senses are dignified; the seventh vow, all sentient beings are happy in body and mind and even Bodhi; the eighth vow, all women are turned into male bodies and men; the ninth vow, all sentient beings are eliminated from the evil views of heretics and practice the practice of Bodhisattvas; the tenth vow, all sentient beings are free from all worries and sufferings; the eleventh vow, all sentient beings are full and comfortable; the twelfth vow, all sentient beings have all kinds of wonderful clothes and no sufferings... Which vow do you think is the cause of the gradual absence of humans in this world?"
