One hundred and forty-ninth chapter short-sighted nobles

On the wasteland, Sir Will held a sharp sword in his hand. He shouted desperately that he wanted to bring the defeated peasants back to the battlefield, but the effect was very limited. The thousand noble private soldiers organized forward, and they were composed of barons who were originally curled up in their respective castles.

According to Sir Will's strategy, he controlled traffic from the beginning, tried his best to cut and surround the barons in various territories, and then continued to mobilize troops. It seemed that the peasant army was always several times higher than itself when he went up from the barons' castles.

But not long ago, the powerful Mecklenburg Legion joined the battle. Arod and his think tank quickly realized Sir Will's intention, concentrated their forces to open up the important road, and absorbed the Barons' army into the camp. Mason's war seemed to have become beneficial to the nobles, but is this really the case?

Continuous battles broke out in the Duke of Mason's direct territory. Arod held up Princess Josie's banner and gathered the originally scattered Mason's nobles with the slogan of restoring the aristocratic order. Although the peasant uprising army had people with military experience like Sir Will, it was a group of peasants who had just put down their hoes. They were soon defeated by the organized private soldiers of the nobles, and their range of activities became smaller and smaller.

"Salute to our savior, the Duke of Mecklenburg." On a wasteland, the nobles drew out their swords from their waists and paid tribute to Arod, who was surrounded by Mecklenburg legions.

"These nobles are probably not cheering from the bottom of their hearts!" Aruod smiled, but was whispering in his heart, but he still raised his hand to express his gratitude.

When the rebels were raging, these nobles hurried in their own strong fortresses, fearing that they would become targets of other nobles due to their damage to their troops. Without a great noble, nobles often kill themselves because of coveting other people's territory.

"Mr. Duke, Sir Will leads the bandits to retreat into the mountains. Please also ask the Duke to lead your Mecklenburg Legion to defeat these bandits in one fell swoop." A middle-aged nobleman with a gloomy face walked up to Arod, and he raised his head and said to Arod.

"I'm tired. Let's do it today!" But Aruod ignored the nobleman and turned his horse to leave the battlefield. The Mecklenburg Legion is Arruod's ace. He puts the noble's troops in front of every battle, and he just puts the formation and tries to avoid damaging the Mecklenburg Legion.

"Barle Ferred, what does this mean?" the nobleman with a gloomy face said to Barle Ferred in dissatisfaction.

"What, what does it mean?" Baron Fred asked with a frown.

"Are these Mecklenburg people really here to help us?"

"Of course. Don't forget who defeated Sir Will's troops, Lord Arod," Baron Ferred immediately defended.

"Hmph, every time we fight, the Mecklenburg people stay behind us. It is the victory we won by fighting desperately in front of us." The nobleman said dissatisfiedly.

"What do you mean?" Baron Ferred looked at the nobles and the others behind him. It seemed that the nobles Masons had reached an agreement in private.

"Mason is Mason from Mason, and cannot be dominated by foreigners." With the support of other nobles behind him, the gloomy nobleman said boldly.

"What a bastard? Lord Arod is here to help Mason on behalf of Princess Josie. Do you even agree with the Herman family?" Baron Ferred's father-in-law said with a grudge.

"But until now, we have not seen Princess Josie herself, all conveyed by the Duke of Mecklenburg, and we do not trust the foreigners."

"What do you think of?" Baron Fred said helplessly. He did not expect that with the victory, the nobles of Mason would be blamed for him to introduce outsiders into the territory.

"Let these Mecklenburg people leave quickly and leave our land. We do not recognize Arod, the nouveau riche." The Mason nobles said, completely forgetting that they were still cheering Arod just now.

"Dude, these Mason nobles are completely a group of bastards, they want to drive us away." Earl Ron reported to Arod.

Arod had long known that these Mason nobles were unreliable. Among the Mason nobles who were executed with horse hooves at Mason Fort, there were relatives of today's nobles. Therefore, Arod did not relax his intelligence collection of Mason nobles.

"What's so angry about? Since we are not welcome, then leave, look. The royal urge letter has just been delivered." Arod sat in his tent, and he handed a roll of parchment to Earl Ron, which was covered with the royal stamp.

"I am really unwilling to give up. I have quelled the rebellion for them, but now I want to drive us away." Earl Ron said angrily.

"Mason's nobles were just a group of short-sighted insects. I could see clearly when Count Lauziz rebelled." Arod said disdainfully.

"Dude, but without the joining of Barons Mason, our troops are not enough to fight against the Duke of Bavaria." Earl Ron said worriedly.

"Don't worry, I have my own way." Aruod said with a smile.

"Oh, Lord Duke, you have a solution?" Earl Ron said curiously, and at the same time he looked around the tent and found that Earl Yifu was missing.

"Go to him~." Earl Ifu rode on the horse, with three Teutonic knights behind him, galloping past the territory's road, but their direction was west rather than south.

"Dear Duke of Mecklenburg, in order to fulfill the royal order, decided to go south to the Principality of Bavaria immediately." The next morning, the nobles of Mason found that the camp of the Mecklenburg people was empty, and only one of the messengers read to the Barons of Masons with royal documents.

"Arod is gone?" Baron Fred was shocked. He never expected that at the last moment, Arod would leave him and wait for others to leave.

"What should I do? Sir Will and his troops were not all destroyed!" Baron Ferred's father-in-law touched his pendant and said worriedly.

"It's all those short-sighted bastards." Baron Ferred said angrily.

"Ferred's situation is not good!" Baron Ferred's father-in-law thought more. He realized that the atmosphere in the aristocratic camp was always wrong. The nobles who hated Aroud were afraid of the power of the Mecklenburg Legion, so they did not dare to act rashly, but it was hard to say that there would be no private fight after Aroud left.

"I understand. My father-in-law brought our people to catch up with Lord Arod. We will go to the Principality of Bavaria with him." Baron Ferred's forehead was sweating. He was now alone. If the nobles who covet their territory launched a private fight, then he and his father-in-law would die without a burial. (To be continued)
