287 I'm going to do it

287 Concealing the truth

Using an overseas company as a cover is a method to deal with international public opinion. This method can be said to be unable to hide it from anyone. It is just a layer of shame-covering window paper. But this is how it is done internationally. As long as you can find a reason for being high-sounding, no matter how unauthentic the things you do, others can't say anything. It is said that this also conforms to the principles of doing things in Western countries, that is, procedural justice is higher than substantive justice, and it doesn't matter whether you do a special industry or not. What is important is that there must be a chastity arch.

It doesn't matter how it is done internationally, and domestic procedures still have to be gone. Unless Lin Zhenhua only wants to do a one-time transaction, all transactions between him and the Myanmar company must be reported to the "relevant departments" that exist like a god, and must be started after approval.

Before going to Beijing, Lin Zhenhua submitted the idea discussed with Lan Wufeng to the high-level meeting of Hanhua Heavy Industry. Xie Chunyan, Zhu Tiejun, Xiang Zhe, Wei Dongqi and others repeatedly pondered this idea and finally formed a relatively safe plan. Then, Lin Zhenhua took Wei Dongqi, Xiang Zhe, Lan Wufeng and others and rushed to Beijing again.

When they arrived in Beijing, Lin Zhenhua first made an appointment with Chen Tian and Qi Yue. When they talked about this, both of them laughed and claimed that everyone was a hero and had similar views.

As the main body of transit in Myanmar, Qi Yue’s suggestion is not to use the existing company of the Educational Youth League, but it is better to place another company alone. This is to avoid political troubles in the future, and it is a bit like not putting eggs in a basket; the other is that the company itself only serves Hanhua Heavy Industry, and it is better to give Lin Zhenhua the decision-making power completely, so that everything has to be discussed through the board of directors within the Educational Youth League.

In addition, it is not difficult to register a company, just in the name of Lan Wufeng. Lan Wufeng's loyalty to Lin Zhenhua is completely unnecessary. The company under Lan Wufeng's name is equivalent to the company in Lin Zhenhua's hands. In terms of registered capital, Qi Yue agreed to take out millions of dollars from the industry of the educated youth company. If it really doesn't work, you can find the most luxurious office building on Yangon Street and cover the next floor. This always looks like a company that can supply oil equipment, right?

Lin Zhenhua also agreed with Qi Yue's suggestion. However, when submitting specific plans to relevant departments, this does not need to be written. Lin Zhenhua's identity is still the head of a state-owned enterprise, and it is taboo to start a company abroad in his own name.

In the following period, Lin Zhenhua and others began to communicate frequently with various ministries and commissions. Wahir was also summoned to participate in various talks as a representative of the Siya tribe. Since there is no suspicion of the Chinese government interfering in other countries' internal affairs in this new plan, the resistance to various departments was much smaller, and the progress of the entire negotiation was very smooth.

All relevant departments can also find their own interests in the project of the Siya Tribe. On the Mechanical Commission, it can regard this project as a typical example of China's machinery industry going to the world; On the Ministry of Foreign Trade, it is eyeing that this project has brought huge foreign exchange income; on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it hopes to regard this project as a card available in hand and use it in diplomatic events involving the African continent. As for the security agency, let alone, Chen Tian specially invited Vashir to have a simple meal, and even Lin Zhenhua had no right to know what he said during the meal.

Although the obstacles were cleared, the entire process took half a year to make a decision, and the dust finally settled. The superior department approved the oil refining equipment transaction between Hanhua Heavy Industry and the Xiya tribe, and the entire project was officially launched.

The specific transaction process of the project is as Lin Zhenhua and others designed: First, Lan Wufeng registered a company called Fenglin in Myanmar and signed a contract with the Xiya tribe to provide refining equipment, with the contract amount of US$300 million. Then, Fenglin Company signed a contract with Hanhua Heavy Industry and purchased a set of refining equipment from Hanhua Heavy Industry for US$250 million. At the same time, Hanhua Heavy Industry was responsible for sending people to install it at the designated location. This designated location is naturally the Xiya tribe in southern Africa.

The 50 million USD difference in the two contracts is the operating cost of Fenglin Company, which includes hiring an armed force to go to the construction site to protect the safety of the site. In addition, this armed force is also responsible for supervising the repayment of the goods by the Xiya tribe. If the Xiya tribe intends to pay back the debt, the security company will transform into a professional debt collection company.

As a Myanmar enterprise, Fenglin Company can purchase a batch of weapons and bring them to the southern Sudan, which will be distributed to the workers of Hanhua Heavy Industry there. A considerable number of these workers are veterans, and their combat effectiveness is above the team of Lanwufeng.

According to the contract, before the project is started, Fenglin Company will pay Hanhua Heavy Industry a payment of US$25 million, which is approximately RMB 86 million. This payment is equivalent to the entire cost of Hanhua Heavy Industry's manufacturing of this set of refining equipment and sending people to install it. In other words, if there is a problem with future transactions, at least Hanhua Heavy Industry will not suffer actual losses in this project.

This is also a helpless arrangement. Hanhua Heavy Industry is a company that includes state-owned shares. It requires a series of approvals to conduct such risky investments, and these approvals are often difficult to pass. Lin Zhenhua simply asked Fenglin Company to advance the payment first, so that Hanhua Heavy Industry will have no risks and departments at all levels will not find a reason to stop them.

As for the risks that Fenglin Company may suffer, Lin Zhenhua believes it is worth taking. Anyway, he has 20% of the shares in the educated youth, so it is really not possible, so he can use these shares to compensate for the entire loss. Lin Zhenhua now has some wealth and is able to support such a gamble. Wealth and honor are sought in danger. Lin Zhenhua understands this truth.

The reason why the name of this company in Myanmar is Feng Lin is very obvious, that is, the name of Lan Wufeng and Lin Zhenhua are pieced together with one word. The company's registered capital mainly uses Lin Zhenhua's shares in the Educational Youth League, so its real owner is Lin Zhenhua, and of course it is still under the name of Lan Wufeng.

Qi Yue and Lan Wufeng did not participate in the negotiation process of this project throughout the whole process. They stayed in China for a few months before returning to Myanmar. During their stay in China, Qi Yue and Lan Wufeng visited the families of the comrades who died in their arms, and gave each household a generous pension, which fulfilled their wish.

Only a small number of the educated youth soldiers who returned to China with Qi Yue and others chose to settle home. After settled down at home, the others returned to Myanmar. Most of these soldiers have lived in Myanmar for more than ten years and are even more accustomed to Myanmar than their hometowns. In addition, Yan'an Bang is currently a big family and the educated youths are either company managers or some smart people in Menggu County. They are also well-known figures. This is much better than returning to China to be unemployed young people.

An Yan was reluctant to leave Lan Wufeng's return to Myanmar. Although Lan Wufeng said that he would come back at least twice a year, and An Yan could often take her children to Myanmar for travel, An Yan still didn't understand.

"Fengzi, why do you still want to stay in Myanmar? Didn't your father have already said that he didn't report the case at all. Moreover, now we have obtained the marriage certificate and the past has been written off. Isn't it good for you to stay in China?" An Yan asked Lan Wufeng like this.

Lan Wufeng said: "Yanzi, my comrades are all in Myanmar, and my career is also in Myanmar. If I stay in China, I can't do anything, so I feel so frustrated."

An Yan said: "Fengzi, why are you fine? You can come back and work on your old business. In fact, I did this Jiankang home appliance store for you. Now that you are back, you should take over. If you become the general manager, I will be a housewife when I go home."

Lan Wufeng shook his head and said, "Yanzi, I can see that you are very talented in business. You are 100 times better than giving it to me. You have always known that I don't know how to do business at all. I prefer the life of leading troops to war in Myanmar."

An Yan said, "What do you and mine? If you need it, I will help you with it."

Lan Wufeng said: "I can't do it. I can't let others say that I'm a soft-hearted person. My wife has made a career, and I come back empty-handed to eat ready-made ones. Xiao Hei has grown up day by day, so I have to let him see that his father is also capable and has his own career."

An Yan knew that Lan Wufeng had decided, so he stopped persuading him. They were both young now, only twenty-four or twenty-five years old, and it was the time to start a business, so it would be okay to separate for a while. Lan Wufeng is the vice chairman of Yan'an Bang in Myanmar, and is in charge of the armed forces of Yan'an Bang. He is a vague prince. If he was asked to return to Nanjing to do business in the shopping mall that he was not good at, it would be depressing enough. An Yan was also unwilling to see his man live a cowardly life.

"Fengzi, how many years are you planning to work in Myanmar?" An Yan asked.

Lan Wufeng thought for a while and said, "It's hard to say now, but Brother Lin is about to do a project in Africa, so I have to help him get it done. Brother Lin went over to help me, and has been taking care of you for many years. I can't ignore his affairs."

An Yan nodded repeatedly and said, "That's for sure. Brother Lin has helped us so much, so we can't be ungrateful. But Fengzi, do you really want to take people to Africa in person? Will there be danger?"

Lan Wufeng smiled confidently and said, "What's the danger? I'll bring 100 soldiers over, who dares to fight with us? Yanzi, don't worry, we either go to war, we'll threaten others, there will be no danger."

"Then you go, don't worry about the family, I will take good care of my mother and children." An Yan said with tears in her eyes.
