Chapter 38: Three Guns Surprise

Even though You Shenglan, who had heard the wind behind her and was about to roll to the side to avoid the fallen sword, was also startled by the thunder. After getting out of the way, she quickly looked up, but found that the strong martial artist who was attacking with the knife suddenly had a clear chest at this moment.

He looked up at You Shenglan in disbelief. The strong martial artist opened his mouth and couldn't say anything.

Then, his body shook slightly for a few times and finally fell to the ground with a bang.

The initiator then blew the stick-like object on his hand like a hammer, and walked towards the strong warrior who had fallen to the ground and had already returned to heaven with a cold face.

Looking at the god who had just shot a man from the martial arts world in front of the future British Duke, but it seemed that it was not a big deal. He walked around in the garden, the three guards of the royal palace subconsciously took a few steps back.

Until this time, You Shenglan finally recognized what the hammer in Zhu Yijing's hand was.

That is the magical artifact developed many years ago and has been used to this day - the Three-Eyed Magic Gun.

The three-eyed magic gun is about 120 cm long and has three barrels with protruding gun tips. The entire gun is made of pure iron and can be fired in turn when shooting. It is the standard equipment of the border iron cavalry. When launching a charge, the border iron cavalry rushed into the battle formation and launched a volley on the war horse. Basically, after three rounds, it can destroy the enemy.

You Shenglan also used it frequently when she killed the enemy at the border.

But in fact, at the beginning, everyone had this problem - what should I do after three shots are shot?

Generally speaking, changing weapons is inevitable, but the wisdom of the Chinese has been perfectly verified here. The reason why this musket is made of pure iron and the barrel is protruding because after the blow, blowing the smoke from the muzzle, changing the grip method, and erecting it up, that is, a very standard iron hammer is used.

The man rushed in on a horse, fired three shots first, and didn't need to load the bullets. After the release, he would hit him. After a few ways, the gods could not bear it, and the name of the Iron Cavalry swept the world.

(By the way, this kind of three-eyed gun still exists today, right in the Military Museum. Every time I see those iron hammers, I can’t help but sigh: Science and technology are really the first combat power.)

After exchanging eyes with each other, the three guards of the royal palace moved their steps and quietly walked towards the sword, intending to use their lives to block the other two shots and protect Zhang Yuangong's life.

However, Zhu Yijing did not even look at them at all. He waved the three-eyed magic gun and signaled them to get away:

"I'm not interested in tormenting the son of the British Duke, you can get started first!"

Fortunately, Zhang Yuangong is different from the two young men behind him who dare not make a fortune. He stood up after hearing this:

"Listen to Mr. Huang, come back."

The guards of the royal palace immediately breathed a sigh of relief, picked up their swords and retreated to Zhang Yuangong.

Zhu Yijing ignored them, walked to the strong martial artist under You Shenglan's complicated gaze, and raised his hand and shot him:

"Draw your sword, right?"

Bang!

The right hand holding the knife flew in response.

"Sneak attack, right?"

Bang!

The left hand also broke as the gunshots.

"Holding hostage, right?"

Bang!

While everyone was paying attention to Zhu Yijing, the short man not far behind him came to see his broken calves. He cried and fell to the ground.

And with the gunshot, You Shenglan's eyes finally became bright.

(According to the "Ming Hui Dian" and "Wu Bei Zhi", since the Longqing period, the firearms used by the Ming army are excerpted as follows:

The name of the firearm: Five Thunder God Machines, used in the early years of Longqing, has five barrels, each with one foot and five inches long and five kilograms. Each muzzle has a sight, and the handle is equipped with a general door and a copper tube. The barrel can rotate and can be fired in turn in a flash.

From this point of view, this thing is roughly equivalent to today's revolver, and it is still shot continuously.

The above is just a pediatric department. According to historical records, there are more than 20 types of muskets equipped by the Ming army, and most of them are multi-tube firearms. They are so buzzing that they don't even need to aim, let alone loading.

Mr. Lu Xun once said: After the invention of gunpowder, Westerners used it to load bullets and Chinese people used it to set off firecrackers.

It can be said that at least in the Ming Dynasty, this sentence was very unreliable.

However, muskets were not used in the Ming army.

Their favorite weapon is now called the Bazooka, and its real name at that time was called the Francisco.

In the early years of Jiajing, in a sea encounter, the deputy envoy of the sea channel, Wang Yu, defeated his enemy, the Portuguese fleet. After the war, he came to the other party's destroyed warship and found a batch of firearms that he had never seen before. After demonstration, he found that this thing was very powerful and worthy of promotion, so he decided to hand it over to the central government and suggested imitation.

This is a turning point in the history of the development of firearms in the Ming Dynasty.

Since in the Ming Dynasty, most people from foreign countries were collectively called Folang Ji people, all firearms coming in from foreign countries, whether smuggled, stolen, or robbed, were all called Folang Ji.

The batch of Fran aircraft (i.e., ship cannons) seized by Wang Wei were the most advanced artillery in the world at that time. The court attached great importance to it and immediately sent people to conduct research.

You should know that Chinese people have always been good at research. Whenever something new is created in the world, no matter whether it is developed by themselves or not, they can be produced in a few days. Not to mention the imitation, the quality is often better than the original.

This is the case with the Franco aircraft. It was unloaded from the Portuguese ship, loaded ammunition and shot two rounds. Not to mention, it was really easy to use, so it was used first and then changed, first and then used again, then used again and then used again. The big guys originally used on the ship were smaller and smaller in size, and the more types they changed.

By the 26th (1547), the Ming Dynasty Franc machine was successfully domestically produced, using domestic parts, independently developed, filling the domestic gap, and mass production, reaching the international advanced level in the 16th century.

The Ming Dynasty military workers also proved with practical actions that the quality of domestic products is guaranteed.

For example, the large-scale Folang machine equipped by the Ming army is only two meters long, with a sighting star for aiming, and the cannon body can rotate left and right. It has extremely powerful lethality.

A two-meter cannon can be used by one or two people. It is said that it is almost the same, but the Chinese people's spirit of transformation is really powerful. Soon, the Ming Dynasty developed the Little Folang machine.

The Little Ferlang machine is only 90 cm long and has a steel ring attached to the cannon body, which can be carried with you. When fighting, you can walk alone. When you go to the place, you can drive the cannon to the ground. You can hit it with a target, which is even more a rocket launcher than a rocket launcher.

This thing is still available now, and it is stored in the Beijing Military Museum. I have visited it. It is really not big. I guess normal adult men can carry it on their way. If you are interested, you can also check it out.

In addition to these infantry cannons, the Ming Dynasty also invented the cavalry cannon - the Mashangfolang machine. This cannon was smaller in size than the small Folang machine, only 70 centimeters long, and could fire cannons while moving quickly with the cavalry, which had a strong deterrent effect.

In short, the Folang machine in the Ming Dynasty was very easy to carry and easy to operate. It was really the only choice to attack cities and villages and kill people and smash walls. With this thing, it was really a genius who used muskets.
