Chapter 17 Two Strange Men

Uncle Wu is not an unreasonable person. Jiang Ping has done this, so what else can he say? The original intention that he originally wanted to question finally turned into understanding and trust. Especially when he saw the deep love between Wu Xiaoqi and Jiang Ping, he was even more happy and drunk.

With his sister's life, Wu Xiaoqi's life has changed drastically, which has made a group of friends envious. Because of Simazi, he is even more eager to become Jiang Ping's younger brother. He keeps calling each other, and is even more close to Wu Xiaoqi. From time to time, he follows Wu Xiaoqi to Jiang Ping's place to eat.

As the treatment of the Military Commission's special service staff, there is naturally no pressure to support himself and these two and a half-year-old boys. Jiang Ping even took out money and took Si Mazi's mother to see a doctor, but the result was not satisfactory. She was ill and could not return home to recuperate. Jiang Ping did not dare to tell Si Mazi and Wu Xiaoqi the truth, but told them that the aunt was not seriously injured and just recuperated at home. Only when facing Si Mazi's mother alone, she showed a trace of guilt. Jiang Ping was still a little uncomfortable if she failed to cure her.

Although Jiang Ping repeatedly asked Wu Xiaoqi to move to her, he refused in the end, on the excuse that the dilapidated house was left by the old man and he could not waste it. In fact, he did not want to defame Sister Ping's innocence. After all, she was still an unmarried girl and she was half-large. Although she was a sibling, she was awesome and could not ruin her reputation.

Sister Ping also wanted him to quit her job. She really didn't need the money to support her family, but she was also rejected by Wu Xiaoqi. He was a teenager with self-esteem. How could he be willing to keep her sister like this and do nothing? Wouldn't that become a borer? Sister Ping said it several times, but she was pushed and dragged it with the same reason: I can't stay idle, and I also like this job.

In fact, if it weren't for the little bit of pitiful self-esteem, he would have really listened to Sister Ping and threw away this smelly, dirty, tired, and extremely disgusted work.

More than a month passed quickly, and the Chinese New Year was about to come.

Wu Xiaoqi has never been looking forward to the New Year as he has now. When Sister Ping is not there, he is very lonely. Although Uncle Wu invites him to celebrate the New Year every year during the New Year, Uncle Wu’s family’s life is not very good. Every time he passes, the children in their family look at him like robbers, which makes him very uncomfortable. He often runs back with excuses without taking a few bites. Simazi will also invite him to celebrate the New Year, but the mother and son still rely on him to help him. How can the New Year be better? But when he goes to his house, he can finally smile and make the poor family angry.

However, this excitement came to an abrupt end in the first few days before the New Year because Wu Xiaoqi accidentally discovered a mysterious man coming out of Sister Ping's house.

That day, he was lazy and didn't want to take half of the feces. He used to do this a lot, but he always turned a blind eye, so he developed the habit of being lazy when he would steal it even less than a long time.

When she was walking home in the dark and looking at Sister Ping's residence habitually, she suddenly found that the gate of her house was opened and a man in a dress walked out from inside.

The man first looked around and seemed very alert, but he seemed to have not had good vision. Wu Xiaoqi, who was motionless in the darkness in the distance, did not see it. After confirming that there was no abnormality, he walked quickly. After walking a distance, a light suddenly appeared in front of the man. Wu Xiaoqi saw it clearly. It was a flashlight, a flashlight like a Japanese.

A strange man came out of Sister Ping's house, which made Wu Xiaoqi very worried. He was afraid that this person would come to be unfavorable to Sister Ping. Just when he wanted to run over to take a look, he saw Sister Ping's head poking out of the door, looking around, then closed the door.

Sister Ping's action undoubtedly told Wu Xiaoqi that she knew this strange man, and there seemed to be an ulterior motive between the two.

The first thing Wu Xiaoqi thought of was that this person might be from Sister Ping. She must be more than the only one in the Iron Blood Anti-Traitor Group, and there must be other helpers hiding in this city. So he did not deliberately take this strange man to heart.

But the next day, something happened that puzzled him. Sister Ping, who rarely went out, was dressed very fashionable today and even called a rickshaw to wait for her at the door.

Wu Xiaoqi was curious at the moment, so he took a shortcut to the street where the rickshaw had to pass. In the midst of the crowd, he followed the rickshaw to a cafe a few streets away without showing any sign of dew.

Wu Xiaoqi has been good at running since childhood and is very smart. He has never been exposed to tracing techniques before, but he has his own set of methods. Whenever he can determine the whereabouts of the rickshaw, he will take a small path and go to another street first. Moreover, he has not run a single step from beginning to end, which will better conceal his purpose. The seemingly simple method really made Wu Xiaoqi follow the rickshaw here, but he was not exposed by Sister Ping and the people who covered her. You must know that they are all trained agents.

When he entered the cafe, he naturally had no trouble getting in. However, through the window glass, he could vaguely see her sitting at the table with a middle-aged man in a gray gown. The two of them kept talking, obviously they were very familiar people.

Wu Xiaoqi is sure that this middle-aged man in a gray long gown is not the same person as the stranger in a dress last night, but Sister Ping is very familiar with these two people.

Wu Xiaoqi had a feeling in his heart that the person last night and the person today would definitely not be in the same group. As for why it was not in the same group, he couldn't say it, it was just his intuition.

The two talked for at least two incense sticks before they walked out of the cafe one after another. When the man in the gray gown was gone, Sister Ping slowly walked out of the cafe and called a rickshaw again.

After only a short walk, Wu Xiaoqi had already guessed that Sister Ping was going home. Since she was going back, what's the point of following the rickshaw? Wu Xiaoqi simply stopped following her. After crawling through several alleys that could only pass by, she came to the stone bridge where she first met Sister Ping. He was going to wait for Sister Ping to come back and asked her who were the two men.

But after waiting for a while, he didn't see Ping's return, which made him feel a little worried and anxious, worried that she had encountered any danger.

Just as I was about to look back and search, I saw that Sister Ping was taking a rickshaw back. She was still holding a fish in her hand and hung outside the car.

It turned out that she was going to the vegetable market. Wu Xiaoqi breathed a sigh of relief, and all his worries and anxiety were wiped out. He got up and patted the dust on his butt, walked over to the rickshaw, and shouted intimately: "Sister, have you gone to buy fish?"
