The entire underwater combat and explosion-removal course can be divided into three stages - the first stage is basic diving training, which lasts 2 months to complete light diving, diving with open gas cylinders, lifesaving, boating, swimming and other courses.

The second phase is basic combat training, which took 4 months to complete the learning and training of diving, coastal defense, shooting, bomb dropping, field tactics, blasting, concealment and camouflage, field survival, map recognition, and GPS operation.

The third stage is explosion-removal training, which lasts 5 months to complete the introduction to explosion-removal and the removal of mines, torpedoes, shells, mines, bombs, fuses and bottom fires. Finally, the learning and training of homemade bombs, chemical defense and other courses.

What is different from the training received by Zhuang Yan in the domestic special forces is that the training of domestic special forces often starts with basic physical training, focusing on rigorous elimination training for the physical fitness for a period of time, or hell-like torture in the final stage of the training, and crowding out people with weak willpower as much as possible. Professional training is generally placed in the middle.

The training camp here is more comprehensive.

For example, the physical training of the training team is 5-6 hours a day. These times are divided into two stages: 6:00-8:00 in the morning; before 3:00-7:00 in the afternoon, there is no lunch break at noon, and classes will continue after lunch.

Every Friday is the limit day, also known as Black Friday. In addition to the physical training time in the morning, this day is physical training from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, and the intensity will increase a lot.

Most physical training and solemnity are not very different from the super-large field troops teaching teams where they were before, such as 10 kilometers of armed cross-country, push-ups, back ups, belly-ends, horizontal bars, parallel bars, etc.
