Chapter 494: Well frogs can't speak to the sea, summer insects can't speak to ice
"Shameless, naughty, mean."
Looking at Huang Yifan's response to the doubters in the newspaper, Fang Xingjian was so angry that he vomited blood.
At the beginning, Fang Xingjian was also disdainful of Huang Yifan's answer.
Isn't it just writing a poem?
Could it be that Huang Yifan can write poetry, but others can't?
Fang Xingjian, who is also a lecturer in the Chinese Department, considers himself a good poet.
However, when he saw the poem written by Huang Yifan, Fang Xingjian surrendered instantly.
The wind is whistling and the water is cold.
The wind rises and the clouds fly.
The strength is to spread the mountains and the spirit is beyond the world.
Although there are only three poems, the three poems are all imposing. Not to mention that they are comparable to them, even if they read them, they will be admired. How can you write this? Fang Xingjian asked himself that he was good at writing poems, but when he saw these three poems, he also abandoned his pen.
However, although he abandoned his pen, Fang Xingjian was dissatisfied. What's the point of writing good poems? Since ancient times, those who write good poems have not been considered true great scholars. Including Li Tianxian, if you really want to talk about it, Fang Xingjian also compared Li Tianxian to a best-selling novelist at that time. He was similar to the novelist today. He only knew how to write lyrics, and only his poems were popular. However, no matter how dissatisfied Fang Xingjian was, Huang Yifan's three poems were indeed written too well.
Not only is it awesome, but it does have some taste of Chuci.
However, no matter how smells it is, it is absolutely impossible to make Fang Xingjian admit that this is Chu Ci.
After thinking about it, Fang Xingjian walked out of the door and went to the instructor's residence.
The doctoral supervisor of Fang Xingjian is called Cheng Li. Cheng Li is a professor in the Chinese Department of Yan University. He participated in the study of "Chu Ci" more than 20 years ago. His "Chu Ci Xue" has always been regarded as the most authoritative Chu Ci research book in China. Moreover, Professor Cheng Li is also a native of the North Lake of Chu State and is deeply influenced by Chu State culture. A few years ago, Professor Cheng Li also took his research on Chu Ci to CCTV's Hundred Schools Forum, which caused a craze for the research on Chu Ci.
At this time, the instructor Cheng Li was practicing calligraphy in the study.
"The whole world is turbid, I am clear, and everyone is drunk, I am awake alone."
This line of poem is written on calligraphy.
Seeing this poem, Fang Xingjian said, "It turns out that the instructor is also paying attention to that Huang Yifan."
"Um?"
Hearing Fang Xingjian's words, Cheng Li stopped: "Xingjian, what do you think of Huang Yifan?"
"I think what Huang Yifan wrote cannot be considered Chu Ci, and even the style of Chu Ci cannot be considered. He can only be considered a sentence with some momentum."
"Oh, then, what's the reason?"
Cheng Li put down his pen and took a sip of tea calmly.
"This, this..."
Fang Xingjian said awkwardly: "Although there is not yet, how can a single poem be called Chu Ci?"
"Xingjian, your attitude towards academics is not good."
Cheng Li shook his head, as if he was not satisfied with Fang Xingjian's answer: "I have known that Huang Yifan. This person is not only talented in writing poetry, but also good at writing articles. Even when he was studying abroad at the University of California, he created something called the psychology of the twelve constellations. This thing seems to have nothing to do with us. However, in fact, the world philosophy is all about it, and it has reached such a high level, whether it is writing poetry or writing articles, it is actually the same."
"Then teacher, do you mean that what Huang Yifan wrote is really Chu Ci?"
"Haha, I didn't say that."
Cheng Li smiled and then looked at the poem he wrote: "The world is turbid, I am clear, everyone is drunk, I am awake, there are only little guys, but they are too arrogant. The world is turbid, everyone is drunk, as if he is the only one in the world who understands it. Xingjian, you go back first."
After waved his hand, Cheng Li asked Fang Xingjian to go back first. Then, he picked up his pen and wrote: "Chu Ci, what is Chu Ci? There has always been no conviction in the academic world. Most scholars only call the grand, beautiful, self-contained style of poetry Chu Ci. However, if the real Chu Ci is judged from this point alone, any style of poetry may be called Chu Ci.
The Tang poet "Sun Hongjing" said: Chu Ci is also written as Chu Ci, which belongs to the local poetry of Chu State, which emphasizes that Chu Ci is local. The name of the Han Dynasty historian class: Chu Ci should be Chu Song, which looks the same as the collection of hymn poems, and they are all about the contents of the lyrics and verses of the songs of Chu State.
The author has been doing research on Chu Ci. Although I have never read Chu Ci during my lifetime, I have summarized a trace of the characteristics of Chu Ci from some documents. In a word, it is: writing Chu language, making Chu sounds, recording Chu land, and being famous for Chu things.
A few days ago, I watched Huang Yifan create three masterpieces, Yishui Song, Gaixia Song, and Dafeng Song. If we look at the lyrics alone, Huang Yifan's poetry skills have reached a great level, and I am also impressed. However, if we only regard these three songs as Chu Ci, I do not agree.
I think that although these three works are classic, I think they can only be considered works that imitate Chu Ci style. Of course, in a sense, they can also be called Chu Ci. However, there is a considerable gap between this kind of Chu Ci and what we have always believed in. This gap may not be just a gap in artistic processing, but this gap is a difference in historical and cultural background. Even though Huang Yifan is a genius who can write such a poem based on the historical background of the Han Dynasty, model defense can only be regarded as model defense.
If Mr. Huang Yifan said that he wrote a Chuci style poem, then the author would not say anything above.
But if Huang Yifan said that his work was Chu Ci, then the author would say anything he said.
In addition, the three poems of Huang Yifan quoted a very innovative character in his three poems. Although this style is extraordinary, the style of Xi is rarely quoted after the "Han Dynasty" and has not published any famous poems cited by Xi'an. I think that this kind of "style" is not a word in the Chu Ci format, but should be regarded as a self-cast fake word by Huang Yifan.
Finally, I would like to add to my sentence: "The whole world is turbid, I am clear, and everyone is drunk, I am awake alone." I underestimate the people of the world. Although I am old, my eyes are not blurred, my ears are not drooping, I never drink alcohol, and I have clean life. I don't know if I am a sensible person. At the same time, I don't know if my comments are satisfied with me?"
I have to say that an expert is an expert.
Although there is no Chu Ci in this world, a series of documentary records about Chu Ci can still be found.
Coupled with Professor Cheng Li's summary and processing analysis, this commentary article completely rejected Huang Yifan's three poems.
Originally, Huang Yifan thought it made sense for Cheng Li's article.
Songs of Yishui, songs of Gaixia, and songs of the great wind.
Among the three poems, "Yi Shui Song" is actually the most artistic charm.
There is only one reason for this artistic charm, that is, Yishuige was written in the Warring States Period.
The song of the Great Feng Song and the song of the Gaixia were written during the Han Dynasty or in the early Han Dynasty.
Although Chu Ci was still passed down in some description after the Warring States Period, it was missing the original flavor.
Just like many people nowadays, they can write classic Tang poetry and Song lyrics, five-character and seven-character lyrics, but it is difficult to write a style like the Book of Songs.
In fact, it is not that I cannot write the style of the Book of Songs, but that I cannot write the unique taste of the Book of Songs that originated in the pre-Qin period.
It has been thousands of years, let alone writing the poetry style of that period, it is difficult for you to understand the history of that period.
But in the end, Huang Yifan was a little annoyed about Cheng Li's evaluation of his "self-cast fake words".
Am I a "pseudo-word"?
I have truly shared the classic Chu Ci of my previous life with this world.
It would be fine if I didn't thank me well, but I actually said that I was a false word.
Of course, this is not the point.
The point is that "Cheng Li" teaches Huang Yifan a lesson with an old scholar's tone. Huang Yifan is really unhappy.
You should know that Huang Yifan is usually used to educate others in this pretentious style.
Now that he has been educated by others, it would be strange if Huang Yifan can feel good.
After thinking about it, Huang Yifan responded again: "I once remembered Mr. Qiu Shui telling a frog in a well. I think Mr. Qiu Shui may not have finished speaking. What Mr. Qiu Shui wants to express may not be 'a thousand miles away is not enough to lift it, and a thousand feet high is not enough to be extremely deep. Maybe what he said is 'a frog in the well cannot speak of the sea, and summer insects cannot speak of ice'."
