677. The Farmer's Party (3/5)

Mondo Johnson's farm is not far from Wang Bo's farm, only five or six kilometers away, which is quite close to the countryside.

There is no pure farm in Kulao, and there are farmland next to the road, but there will be mixed farms in it. Farmers will raise some livestock to earn some extra money.

As the car was driving, Wang Bo looked out and saw some giant-like iron cans erected on the flat ground. This is the grain storage tank, which is an indispensable equipment for every farm.

There are mountains and lakes in Kulao, and there are many lakes. Wang Bo doesn't remember that the last time he came to Kulao, he saw so many wetlands, swamps, and some wild ducks and water birds staying in these places in the cold wind, which seems to add a lot of vitality.

The terrain gradually increased and undulating. With the speed of lightning, the pickup truck turned from the expressway into the country road. They quickly reached the target farm, a piece of land surrounded by pine and poplar trees.

This farm looks a bit old. The wooden house has dark and dull colors. There are also water gathering in some places. From a distance, it looks like a small lake. When you look close, you will find that the water is very shallow. This can only be said to be a wetland.

There are more than 20 various vehicles parked randomly on the farm, mostly pickup trucks, but there are also off-road vehicles and SUVs, and none of them are sedans.

Their car drove in, and a few sled dogs ran out screaming. The strong man showed his head and stared. The funny guys immediately ran away, only daring to stay away and shout.

The army commander stood on Wang Bo's shoulder and looked out, saying disdainfully: "Ah, the idiot has no medicine to cure!"

"It's a guy." Luo Bo got out of the car with a smile.

Wang Bo stood on the land and stepped on the soft ground. He said in surprise: "Does Kulao want to create an environment for New Zealand's lungs? Why are there so many swamps and wetlands?"

After hearing his words, Luo Bo sighed and wanted to speak. Hani said first: "You misunderstood, boss, this is not a swamp or wetland. The snowfall is a bit heavy this winter. A few days ago, the warm air came and the ground thawed, and some farmlands were flooded, which turned into such an environment."

Lao Wang was embarrassed, he was an amateur.

"Yes, this gentleman is an expert," said Luo Bo, "This is also an issue for our party. Damn, these waters flood the farmland, and it will definitely not be sown in spring, and we will suffer a lot of losses."

There are actually not many places flooded by water, but Wang Bo understands Luo Bo's meaning.

New Zealand relies on mechanized operations to engage in agriculture and animal husbandry, while machinery requires work in the whole country. When the farm becomes like a pockmarked face, it cannot be planted here and there, the power of the machine will be greatly reduced.

Hearing the barking of the dog, several people walked out of the room. An old white man walked in front in high spirits and recruited: "Welcome, welcome, welcome our new and old friends."

The reason for this is that the association's assessment of members is land, and the land on the farm has never changed, so it is an old friend, but this is Wang Bo's first time coming and he is considered a newcomer.

Robo introduced him: "This is Mondo Johnson, our big brother, this is Wang, and Lao Wensi's territory belongs to him."

Wang Bo shook hands with these people one by one. The palms of these people were very rough, all of them were calluses, and they were dressed in old-fashioned clothes. They wore sweaters with rough needle eyes or simply had a long-sleeved T-shirt and boots on their feet. Lao Wang looked different from them.

This made him a little depressed. The farmer is not a farmer. Even if these guys are not worth hundreds of millions like him, they will be worth millions or even tens of millions.

So, it is absolutely unnecessary for them to wear this way.

Of course, farmers dress like this not just for frugality or independent business, but for this kind of farm culture in New Zealand, which is mainly about comfort and convenience, and there is no need to pursue anything.

But he dressed differently, especially because Wang Bo had no calluses on his hands and his skin was exposed to the sun, so he would not easily integrate into the circle of these farmers.

On the way into the house, no one spoke after another except when he introduced each other.

Unlike warehouses and mechanical rooms, the house is a relatively rare stone and wood villa in New Zealand. The area is estimated to be more than 2,000 square meters. Not to mention anything else, the area is definitely large enough.

New Zealanders are very good at enjoying life. Regardless of the texture, location and surrounding environment, the house must strive to be the best.

The front of the house faces a piece of land, next to it is a small lake, surrounded by a large well-maintained lawn, with several fruit trees planted on both sides of the door, and a group of wild ducks will fly over and over, landing on the lake and swimming, and turning a blind eye to people not far away.

Wang Bo raised his hand and made a hunting posture. Meng Duoha laughed and said, "No, they cannot be hunted. They are my friends. They will come every year at the end of winter and stay until the end of autumn."

"The Chinese are too greedy and want to eat everything." A fat man said in a muffled voice. He thought he was a little voice, but his body shape and voice were too loud, and everyone around him heard it.

Someone laughed, and Luo Bo glared at him and said, "Sula, don't talk nonsense!"

Wang Bo was a little angry. His words just now made people feel uncomfortable. And why do Chinese people hunt so many wild animals and birds to eat? Isn’t it that the population is large and the resources are small? If you exchange status, he feels that with the New Zealanders’ urine properties and the soil in Chinese arable fields, they can eat them!

The granaries are full and you know etiquette.

China's per capita resources are incomparable to New Zealand. For example, China's electricity costs 50 cents per kilowatt-hour. What about New Zealand? The prices vary from place to place, but in Sunset Town, it's less than 20 cents per kilowatt-hour.

Chinese people use air conditioners in winter, and people leave the house and turn off the house immediately. New Zealanders are different. The air conditioners are open 24 hours a day, regardless of whether people are there or not, especially in public places.

Fortunately, New Zealand has launched an initiative to save energy and environmental protection, requiring people to use electrical appliances, but they do this not to save money and resources, but to protect the environment!

For the sake of friendship, Wang Bo did not directly attack the fat man, but did not show weakness. Instead, he turned around and glared at him coldly, meaning that I remember you.

As a result, the fat man had a bad temper. When he saw him looking back, he immediately raised his voice and shouted, "What are you looking at?"

This made Lao Wang laugh, his tone was a little familiar, so I would play with you: "Look at what you are doing!"

The fat man walked over with his chest angrily and said, "I think you don't want your teeth anymore!"

Luo Bo, Mondo and others hurriedly inserted into the center of the two, and everyone spoke one after another to relieve the two:

"Hey, Fat Sula, don't show your bad temper here!"

"My decisive thing, don't be as knowledgeable as this guy."

"Take this foreigner into the house first, don't cause trouble here."
