Chapter 216 Mutiny

This Ukrainian border military camp is not too large, and it is only a battalion-level unit. It is said to be a border military camp, but the Republic of Romania next door is also a member of the Warsaw Pact, so the main responsibility of the border defense force here is nothing more than to check for smuggling and other things.

Hou Wenjun looked at the Soviet soldiers chatting in groups outside the barracks, shaking their heads and asked at Kosov beside him, "Is this the regular Soviet army?"

Kosov heard the contempt in Hou Wenjun's words. As an old soldier who had experienced the honor of the glorious era of the Soviet Union, Kosov found that his face was a little hot, and immediately shook his head and said, "They are just border guards. The regular Soviet troops are much stronger than this."

Hou Wenjun smiled and said nothing. Well, as we all know, the powerful regular army of the Soviet Union is trapped in the quagmire of the Afghan people's war, and of course their strength is not very good. Hou Wenjun, who was unwilling to continue to stimulate Kosov, immediately changed the topic and said, "We will go back to Kiev in a while to meet the Director Ivankov."

As he was talking, Kirov walked over and looked at Hou Wenjun who was standing side by side with Kosov and respected a military salute, "Mr. Hou, everything has been cleaned up." Of course, you can also say that this military salute was respected by Kosov, who was entitled Major General, after all, they were standing together.

Hou Wenjun nodded and looked at Kosov and said, "Let's arrange it, we'll go back to Kiev."

Before Kosov could reply, Galabel walked to Hou Wenjun and Kosov and said, "Chekov has caught your man, 6 dead and 2 injured. I have told him that the person who is secretly detained you."

Hou Wenjun waved his hand indifferently and said, "I understand, let's talk about everything when I return to Kiev. Oh, by the way, you can go with me to meet your superior Ivankov."

Galabel nodded and stood behind Hou Wenjun consciously.

After seeing the two of them finish their conversation, Kosov said to Hou Wenjun, "Let's go, let's go to the air force base, where there is a transport plane I arranged to take us back to Kiev."

Ivankov, who knew that Hou Wenjun and Kosov were arrested, had been staying in his office at the Kiev headquarters, waiting for the latest news from the front - Kosov and Hou Wenjun confessed, and were on the way back to Kiev, and there were some situations that Kosov needed to explain to him separately.

For Ivankov, Hou Wenjun is just an optional little role. On the contrary, Major General Kosov, the Minister of the Ukrainian Logistics Department, was his biggest goal. For this reason, he sent his most capable swallow to approach Li Xuewen, the counselor of the Chinese Consulate in Ukraine.

Now is the time for him to get the reward. The evidence is conclusive and moved to a major general, which means that Ivankov, the most destined leader of the Ukrainian authorities in the secret Soviet police department, means he is one point closer to the throne of the General Director.

Waiting is always anxious, and at 3 a.m., the door of Ivankov's office was knocked open.

Galabel and Kirov escorted Hou Wenjun and Kosov into the office, which was hailed by the Ukrainian people as "human skin butcher".

Ivankov looked at Hou Wenjun who was escorted in by Galabel. He looked at Galabel with some surprise. He wanted Kosov rather than Hou Wenjun.

Before Ivankov could speak, Hou Wenjun took the initiative to speak out and said to Ivankov, "Director, don't be too surprised, I asked them to bring me here."

When I heard Hou Wenjun's words, Ivankov instantly thought of a word "rebellion". Yes, in their industry, rebellion is a word that often appears.

Kosov smiled and continued Hou Wenjun's words, "Ivan, don't be too nervous, Hou and I have no malicious intentions. I just want to talk to you."

Ivankov looked at the two of them with disdain and smiled, "Just this traitor? Don't look at it anymore. This is my territory."

Kosov nodded and looked very much in agreement with Ivankov's words and said, "You are right, but I also advise you to listen to the bargaining chips you are waiting for. This is something that is good for everyone."

After hearing Kosov's words, Kirov, who was standing by, quickly took out a document on his body and handed it to Ivankov and said, "Mr. Hou is the honorary consul of Thailand and enjoys all diplomatic immunity." He said that, put the document on Ivankov's table.

Hou Wenjun looked at Ivankov with a calm face and said, "You don't really think I am a spy from the Chinese government, my comrade. I think I am qualified to negotiate with you now."

Ivankov is not a small character. He has seen many Hou Wenjun's tricks, and he himself doesn't know how many such people have been secretly executed. Do you think that if you have diplomatic immunity, you can do whatever you want in my great Soviet Union?

Ivankov didn't look at the documents on the table. He waved his arm gently and swept Hou Wenjun's identity document on the table to the ground before looking at him and said, "It's useless, this is in the great Soviet Union."

As soon as Ivankov finished speaking, Kosov on the side continued his words, "No, Ivan, this is on Ukrainian land." As he said that, Kosov raised his hand and looked at the watch in his hand, then said, "My special mission regiment of the Logistics Department has set off, and the order I, General Andrei Kosov, gave them is to attack and annihilate your secret police Ukrainian branch. You have 10 minutes to listen to Mr. Hou's proposal."

Ivankov knew Kosov's subtext and died together. Yes, if he had not cared about Kosov's special mission regiment, he would not have had to work hard to trick Kosov into Izmer to arrest him there.

Looking at Ivankov with an angry face, Hou Wenjun laughed and took out a note from his body with an Istanbul bank account and password. Hou Wenjun gently placed it in front of Ivankov and said, "There is $5 million in cash here. The right to choose is in your hands. Of course, what I need to remind you is that Comrade Kosov next to me is already extremely dissatisfied with you."

Ivankov looked at Hou Wenjun very angry and said, "You bastard, you have taken out this note, nothing will happen." As Ivankov said that, he carefully opened the note and then put it into the lining pocket of his police uniform.

Hou Wenjun was stunned for a moment before laughing. It seemed that the degeneration of the Soviet Union's top leaders was even more corrupt than they thought. The Soviet Union had great potential.

In front of Hou Wenjun and everyone, Ivankov picked up the phone and called his best Swallow Haebova.

Kosov, who was quietly relieved, also picked up his communicator and issued an order to cancel the mission to the leader of his special mission regiment.

Galabel turned his head and looked at Kirov beside him with thanks. If it weren't for Kirov, he would have been assassinated on the street one morning.

Didn't anyone think that the four defenders of the Soviet system in Ivankov's office think they did something wrong? Or was the Soviet Union and his people and his officials so far away from each other? Hou Wenjun found that this trip to Ukraine was becoming more and more interesting. (To be continued.)
