Chapter 81 Violent Cleanup

Facing Asia Minor, whose coastline is long and almost unprepared, the Red Navy landing fleet that crossed the entire Black Sea did not adopt the same landing combat method as its Western counterparts, but advanced straight south under unprecedented air support firepower, and directly landed on land at a weak location where NATO defense forces were not as good as reinforcements.

On the undulating Black Sea, the 12322 "small" air cushion landing ships launched a high speed of 50 knots, and occupied the beachhead under the baptism of ship guns of various caliber of the Red Navy and the volcanic eruption of the shore-based aviation volcanic. This so-called "small" super air cushion landing platform with a full load displacement of more than 500 tons was stormed violently. As soon as it jumped to the land, three-color camouflage Marine T-80b main battle tanks and btr-80 wheeled armored vehicles emerged from the huge opening. The fully armed soldiers carried their equipment and quickly established the beachhead stronghold, and used engineering equipment to clear the ashore passage for subsequent troops.

From Constanza, Romania to the coastline of Türkiye, the distance of 300 kilometers seems like a natural barrier, but it only takes six hours to travel back and forth for the 12322 air cushion landing ship.

The six-hour landing wave was a complete overestimation for the NATO Tactical Air Force; however, the current heavy troops under the US Central Command had no effect because of the loss of air superiority. The frightened Usaf, including Navy, could only watch the crazy Ivans' ships shuttle back and forth, watch the Warsaw iron streams that built a pontoon bridge rolled over Yusqudar across the other side of Constantinople, watch the dark green steel giants rushing towards Izmit in groups, and watch the soldiers of the free world shouting and struggling in the overwhelming smoke of artillery fire, scattering without a trace in the violent sweep of 125 mm smoothbore cannons and five-four-caliber guns.

It was like a typhoon of 18 sweeping across the earth. The red iron flow rushes in Asia Minor with complex terrain. The storm-like air raids almost stop for a moment. Turkey, covered by gunpowder and dust, has become a huge millstone filled with steel and fire, mercilessly swallowing everything on this land.

Bearing a terrifying firepower density that has never been seen before, struggling to survive in the shadow of the whistling VVS fighter-bombers. After a bomb plow, it was endless "t-head" crushed. The powerful Soviet mechanized troops advanced along the narrow plains around the Anatolian Plateau. After summoning air forces to flatten NATO garrison positions at the entrance of the narrow plains, they drove straight in and cooperated with the assault of the aircraft-landing troops to disintegrate the defense of NATO troops.

Faced with such a rapid armored impact, the NATO second-tier troops stationed in Asia Minor had never seen such a formation. They never thought that one day they would really face the polar bears and hold their positions under the erosion of the red iron stream. Seeing that the Soviet tanks "Bang Ping Ping Ping" were bombarded with smoothbore cannons, and missiles were coming like locusts. The old Turkish M60 tanks exploded everywhere on the battlefield. The panicked soldiers threw away their guns and ran around. The originally planned fire support and air strikes were all vain. The NATO coalition forces, who had no power to fight back, could only retreat in a hurry and crawled into the ravine, and cursed loudly on the marching road that was retreating like a tide.

When the Russians launched a massive invasion and were almost invincible, where were the air force fighters that once showed their might and had nostrils facing the sky?

Just when the ground was conquered and was chased by the Warsaw Cavalry, the NATO Tactical Air Force, which suffered heavy casualties in the battle a few days ago, was not idle; it was just compared to taking off the air to carry out missions. They now have some more important tasks, which is to repair a large number of fighter jets damaged in the war, replenish personnel, and train the team. In addition, it has to be said that many combat units need to evacuate from the forward base immediately, because the Russian tanks are getting closer and closer to these bases.

The sight turned east hundreds of kilometers, and before the fierce attack on the western coast of Turkey, it was launched a series of southward offensives by the "Rostov" front. They were all filled with people and the morale of the Soviet mechanized army broke into pieces in the mountains and ridges of the Caucasus, relying on the frontier reconnaissance and fire support of the aviation army to quickly intersperse and attack the enemy.

Faced with the rapid offensive of the Red Army, the NATO coalition, which was caught off guard, was preparing for a large-scale offensive operation, but was suddenly forced to turn into defense. The huge and bloated logistics and command system was even more overwhelmed by the "assembler", "frog foot" and even the tu-16 "badger" who were overwhelmed with terror.

The pressure on the ground was unprecedented, and the Tactical Air Force aircraft were rarely seen. Now the coalition forces had no way to continue to support them. They had to retreat in a mess along mountain roads or valley paths. They were driven back to Turkey within a few days.

The battle situation on the front battlefield is already bad enough, but this is not all that NATO encountered in the Middle East War Zone.

With the strong counterattack of the Warsaw Pact army, Iran, who had been preparing for war before, or watching coldly, has now joined the battle group. Although their main attack direction was not Turkey, but Iraq, which went south, I don’t know if it was to avenge the Iraq War. However, this offensive was completely a "backyard fire" for NATO, which was very busy, and the rear was also full of smoke, causing the generals of the Central Command to smoke, but they could not spare their hands to teach these hateful Persian beards a lesson.

The base was hit by Russian fighter jets on the front line, and the base was about to be searched by Ivans. Such a bad situation was a nightmare for the NATO Tactical Air Force.

Not only that, there is no sign of the nightmare ending.

In Diyabakir in southeastern Turkey, a dull mission briefing is underway in the suburbs of the city at the southern foot of the Anatolian Plateau, the uppermost part of the Tigris River, and in the temporary barracks of the US Air Force Base.

After the previous "Typhoon" campaign was fought hard, but on the first day of the Russians' crazy counterattack, U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Fletcher Harris stood expressionlessly next to the projection screen. He was leaning on an aluminum alloy crutch in one hand and a laser pen in the other, and his eyes were scanning a large number of new faces on the seat. The words he spoke in his mouth did not have much emotional ups and downs, but just explained the details of the task in his business.

While speaking, Lieutenant Colonel Harris felt dizzy when he saw these pilots coming from and looking like a rookie. To be honest, he wished he could see a few more old comrades in this conference room, but where are their bodies now in these poor people who sacrificed their lives for the country?

Damn it, why don’t you sacrifice your life for the country? It’s a long way to travel thousands of miles to fight with the Russians? How can you sacrifice your life for the country?

When he thought of his comrades in the 15th United, many people have disappeared from this world now, and Fletcher Harris' ankle has begun to hurt again. He has indeed had enough of this damn war.

Looking back on the scene a few days ago, he was hit directly by a missile that flew from somewhere. Lieutenant Colonel's partner Harper was lucky enough not to be injured. He has been temporarily sent to act as a fighter pilot. Although his skills are so ordinary, he is not familiar with how to fly a single-seat F-15i fighter. As for Harris himself, his ankle was severely sprained when he landed on the ground and a piece of skin was knocked off his elbow. It was impossible to fly the plane in a short time, so he could only go to Diyabaker, a place where the birds were not shitted, and just plan some missions for the 41 and 42 squadrons.

Hehe, talking about this task planning...

Now that this is a bullshit, what else is there to plan? How to die if you plan?

In recent days, Lieutenant Colonel Harris, who had seen his comrades fly into the airplane again and again, had never landed again. Perhaps because he was too mentally stimulating, Lieutenant Colonel Harris, who seemed to have become a disabled person, opened his eyes wide open in anger, and the tone of explaining the projection content also increased a little.

He was naturally very difficult to control his anger now, but yesterday he received layer-by-layer combat instructions from the headquarters, and his mentality was a little stable. As a veteran, he could easily see that the commanders were indeed changing tactics according to the bloody lessons of front-line combatants, and finally realized that the Russians' "demonic technique" was actually anti-radiation air-to-air missiles - something like this, which would have been criticized by the lieutenant colonel as a joke a few days ago, but now it has really appeared on the sky battlefield and caused such terrible casualties to the NATO Tactical Air Force.

Now, whether it is casualties or fear, Ivans have been fighting like they have been slaughtering drugs. As one of the air force that the coalition forces rely on to maintain, the 15th Regiment naturally has no choice but to bite the bullet and take it forward.

In the past few days, a large number of fighter jets have been lost, and precious pilots have been temporarily replaced by half of the fighter jets of the 15th Regiment, replaced by the F-15i "David Eagle" that Israel urgently supports. This made Fletcher Harris feel very unhappy. Why don't these calculating stingies pack the pilot and the fighter jets together?

In order to defend the interests and dignity of the free world, why do we have to let the United States block the gun in front? The lives of the Israelites are so precious, and the blood of the Americans is not blood!

After thinking about it indignantly, the lieutenant colonel finished the explanation and came to the table to pick up a stack of paper. He walked around the front of the conference room with a cane. While feeling the pain in his ankle, he grinned and gave a speech to all the pilots in front of him:

"Well,——Ah, that's the case anyway, guys.
