Chapter 178 Ghosts and Dragons

Time passes day by day, and in the mid-eastern winter, the atmosphere of war becomes stronger every day.

After a few days of short rest, the army was dispatched from Aleppo. The powerful Syrian government forces launched several small-scale battles in a row after the great victory in Aleppo, almost completely eliminating the rebels on the north bank of the Euphrates River. After capturing the riverside town of Laka in one fell swoop, the Damascus army's front was aimed directly at Sabha, less than 100 kilometers away from Deirzur to the east.

The Northern Front was advancing steadily. The government troops who liberated Kudem in the previous stage also made rapid progress. These Damascus troops who did not participate in the Battle of Aleppo marched all the way on the south side of the Euphrates River, and the front line also advanced 80 kilometers east of Deirzur.

Faced with the rapid offensive in Damascus, the Syrian Liberal Party, which originally claimed to have a million troops and actual strength was about 500,000. It had a large number of technical weapons and staff, combat command, intelligence and logistics systems, but the low-spirited rebels surrendered to the government forces in many places. Some of the supervising teams that blocked the "rebellion" were also shot directly by the mutiny soldiers.

On one side, he was marching forward, but on the other side, it was collapsing. The military operations in Damascus went smoothly. It was not until he approached Deirzur that he encountered tenacious resistance from the elite Liberal armed forces.

The situation of the war changes every day. The ground offensive in the west has been compressing the Liberal Party's living space. The fighter jets of the US and British forces ruled the Syrian sky. The Alsa, who was ready to fight in the south, continued the air strangling battle on the edge of the no-fly zone. The military pressure from all directions has increased day by day. The Liberal Party, whose support has been completely cut off, has been forced into a desperate situation.

Desperate situation is probably a very cruel narrative. However, on the eve of the final battle, the misfortune that came to the Syrian rebels was far more than this.

For a few days, while Nata had made every effort to fight unremittingly to defend the war zone in the no-fly zone, another air force that was ready to go was also engaged in the air strikes against the Liberal Party. This time, the Liberal Party in the eastern part of the Syrian occupied area fell into the purgatory of steel and fire.

In recent days, the Mosul regime, with limited strength, actually wanted to continue attacking and burn the war to the Syrian rebels' nest Deirzur. However, several FSA fighter jets flew from time to time to launch air strikes on the New Party armed forces. The weak Nata could not completely stop the infiltration of these black "ghosts". There was no extra force to carry out air strikes on the enemy, relying solely on ground warfare, and facing the desperate Liberal Party and becoming more crazy, the Iraqis were really helpless for a while.

In other words, the battle has reached this point, and the Liberal Party is in a situation where it is surrounded by enemies, almost cutting off all external supplies and any form of support. For eastern Syria, which is located in the inland and has a mess of industrial supporting conditions, even if all forces remain unmoved and maintain a siege that is waiting for work, the war will soon end.

We just need to hold on like this and persist for three to five months. The Liberal Party in the encirclement, let alone wars. Even if we don’t starve to death, we may not be guaranteed!

Besieging the enemy and letting them survive on their own is also an idea to solve the Middle East problem.

However, at the beginning of the decision to implement the intervention, a consensus was reached. The multinational troops determined to "cut the mess with a quick knife" naturally would not accept such a slow routine. Seeing that the Baghdad regime in the south was no longer worth worrying, the Association of Eastern States aircraft carrier battle group lingering in the Persian Gulf seized the time to replenish fuel, ammunition and supplies. At the same time, they contacted Iran and requisitioned several backup airports. After making all preparations, they officially launched an air strike against the Syrian Liberal Party.

Originally, the US-British Allied Forces were blown up in the Western Front. Now a powerful enemy appeared in the sky in the east. The Liberal Party, covered in heads, was almost collapsed. Perhaps he was regretting the original decision of the "leader". However, now the army is approaching, it is too late to repent.

On the sixth day after Damascus liberated Aleppo, he used night cover to pass through Iraqi airspace that achieved a ceasefire. Dozens of Su-50/J-30 fighter jets that took off from the Tbilisi and Zhejiang aircraft carriers were fully loaded with ammunition, flying over a distance of nearly 700 kilometers, and launched a fierce air strike on the Liberal-occupied area on the Tresuval line. With the help of a huge belly bullet bay, the Eastern United carrier-based aircraft carrying several tons of air-op opposite weapons still maintained good radar stealth performance. After approaching the war zone quietly, they threw a large number of guided ammunition. Gliding bombs that used satellite navigation to return fell in batches. The explosions were one after another, almost all of which reflected the heavy night sky in the Middle East red.

Since the multinational forces joined the war, it has encountered an air strike from the east for the first time. The Liberals, which had not received any information in advance, were completely caught off guard. Important targets such as command centers, airports, fuel tanks and power plants were directly hit by bombs of various types. Spreaders carrying a large number of smart sub-munitions flew over the airport, blocking several main runways to the airport. FSA fighters who wanted to take off the air can only lie on the apron together in a daze, or, unfortunately, they were directly bombed by the Momin sub-munitions and completely lost their combat capabilities.

Previously, it had been bombing in Iraq, but now the finger has turned to Syria. The air offensive of the Sino-Soviet forces was completely beyond the expectations of the Liberal Party.

It was not until the first batch of gliding bombs hit the target, exploded with flames and flames, and the chaotic rebel air defense command system was arranged to receive some reports. The anti-aircraft missiles deployed in the suburbs of Deirzur, and anti-aircraft artillery troops opened fire one after another. However, time had been missed. This wave of fierce air firepower did not pose any threat to the air strike formation.

Faced with large-scale air strikes, the ground air defense firepower with poor maneuverability retreated without a single blow. When the FSA fighter jets in other combat zones emerged and flew towards the eastern front, the Su-50/J-30 fleet that had completed the air strikes cleanly had already returned. The YF-23 "ghost" with poor radar performance was eager to pursue and crossed the boundary of the no-fly zone and attacked eastward, but met the Unsa fighter formation that was ambushed here in advance.

An encounter that suddenly broke out in the heavy night sky was not ordinary bad for the Liberal fighter jets that rushed up recklessly.

It is completely different from the Nata that I encountered some time ago. The Unsa, which took over the airspace of the Liberated Area, is completely incomparable to the New Party Air Force, whether it is weapons, equipment, or personnel quality; a large number of J-20a "Viron" painted with gray low-visibility camouflage, and the gray-white "U" on the wings is like a ghost in the night sky. The early warning aircraft in the rear issued a series of commands for combat. In the dark midnight battle, visual reception of the enemy is of course the second choice. With its abundant quantity advantage and quality of fighter jets that surpass the Liberal Party, it passed by the return Eastern United carrier-based aircraft formation under the command of an integrated combat system. The "Viron" formation, which was selected from the beyond-visual range, quickly attacked and used a dense pl-15c/pl-15k missile rain to face the "Ghost" fleet that rushed into battle.

For stealth fighters, one of them has neither combat system nor advanced missile weapons. It is obviously certain to be taught to be a human being by the unsa every minute.

Just after a round of rapid air strikes, the important target on the ground was blown up by the troops of many countries. The furious Liberal Party seemed to believe that this was the prelude to the Iraqis' attack. On the one hand, it mobilized troops into the front line, but on the other hand, it also sent twenty or thirty huge yf-23 troops to follow and pursue.

In Syria, where wars are frequent, I don’t know where these "ghosts" come from. The commander cursed and gave orders. Black bats dragging bright tail flames were passing through the night sky quickly. RWR quickly captured the radar radiation signal from the eastern sky. The cockpit was pitch black outside the cockpit. The rebel pilots who were nervously staring at the display screen were shaking slightly, and they were still calling each other in the channel to confirm the tactics.

The fourth-generation fighter jets flying radar stealth (of course the level of some subsystems is questionable), but they are still using voice call signs. Liberal pilots who temporarily recruit and conduct hell training will easily take the onboard information system as a decoration as soon as they take off, which actually destined them to be tragically slaughtered.

In the night sky, as the distance between the two sides of the war continued to shorten, the "Ghost" fleet carrying the Aim-120b missile was still accelerating and climbing head-on, preparing to approach the missile's range and launch a batch of volleys. The onboard radar vaguely discovered the traces of enemy aircraft flying sideways. The rough identification of the number quickly made the FSA pilots react. Tonight they encountered the Unsa, not the weak Nata!

However, before they could chew the chill that entered their bone marrow, a "ghost" and "dragon" in the dark night suddenly broke out.

The "ghost" group of "slammer" mounted on the smuggled in and with the advantage of radar stealth, was not afraid of rhaam (radar_ho_air_to_air_spinned air-to-air missiles) divided into three formations to separate from each other, preparing to engage in an over-visual range confrontation with the unsa fleet that was unfolding in the sky.
