35 "Legend of Gods and Ghosts"

The wind was flying, rolling up the yellow sand all over the sky, and there were no other things in Egypt, but there were many deserts. Since Gu Yunxi and the other two left, Link understood the key to opening the time and space, and traveled through the world of "The Mysterious City of Tombs".

"The Mysterious Tomb Raiders" is an action- and magical American blockbuster filmed by director Stephen Somos. It was released in 1999 and is also known as "Mummy" and "The Legend of Gods and Ghosts". This film fully shows the world the beautiful scenery of Egypt and a heroic love story, although the couple did not come together happily due to the obstruction of the protagonist in the final ending.

No matter which country it is, there is always a lot of onlookers whenever there is a prisoner being executed. Cairo's hanging grounds like an ancient Roman Colosseum are now surrounded by people, because someone is about to be executed. The guy who was executed is called O'Connor, a guy who makes the warden very upset.

Standing on a high wall and looking at the messy scene below, Link couldn't help but wrinkle his head. O'Connor can't die. If he dies, no one will take him to Hamnata. Link doesn't have time to find the Americans in the plot and the descendants of the pharaoh guards who guarded the tombs.

Thinking of this, Link looked to the side below and saw a beautiful woman with a very good appearance talking to the warden with an anxious face. She couldn't help but smile and her body suddenly disappeared from the spot.

"One hundred pounds, let him go." Evelyn raised her price to the warden.

"I'll give you one hundred pounds and watch him hanged." The warden curled his lips and said disdainfully. Although he was greedy for money, the small one hundred pounds could not impress him.

"Two hundred pounds." Evelyn increased the price, but the warden ignored her at all.

"Three hundred pounds." Evelyn increased the price again, but unfortunately the warden still ignored her.

"Five hundred pounds." Evelyn finally said the price that could move the warden, but that was not enough. The warden looked at Evelyn with a lustful look and said, "And I'm a lonely man." After that, he reached out to touch Evelyn's thighs. Unfortunately, Evelyn directly took the book and photographed it. This caused a burst of laughter and ridicule among the onlookers, which made the warden feel very embarrassed and immediately ordered O'Connor to be hanged.

The executioner suddenly smashed the mechanism, and the wooden board under O'Connor's feet fell instantly. He was hung up. Of course, the neck was hanging by the rope, and he would be strangled to death soon depending on the situation.

"No." Evelyn screamed, full of worry. The warden laughed and said, "His neck has not been broken. I'm sorry, we're going to watch him strangled to death now." The people around him became excited, screaming and slapped their palms, and even rushed into the place of the hanging ground.

"Tear" a golden light shone by, and the rope that strangled O'Connor's neck was instantly separated by the golden light. O'Connor fell directly to the ground, and a dog ate the shit and ate the sand and soil.

"Oh! What happened?" The warden immediately stood up and shouted angrily.

"O'Connor can't die. If he dies, no one will find Hamnata for me." Link slowly walked up the stairs, saying to the yelling warden with a smile on his face.

"Hamnata? The legendary city of death?" the warden was startled and shouted quickly.

"Yes, Hamnata, the legendary city of death, is also a place full of countless gold and wealth." Link smiled slightly and arrived at the warden.

"I'm going too." The warden seemed to see countless gold and jewelry waving to him in an instant, and shouted loudly.

"Of course." Link smiled.

...

O'Connor was rescued by Link and was hired by Link to lead the way to Hamnata. Evelyn and her brother naturally followed him quickly. In addition, the warden and his group came to the port of Giza in Cairo, boarded the ship and started heading towards Hamnata.

...

"I'm very surprised. You look very rich, why are you still interested in a dangerous place like Hamnata? You are not short of money at all." In the dark night, O'Connor, who was fiddling with guns on the ship, asked with Link, who was sitting next to drinking red wine. Link was very generous in his move, and the employment fee he gave him was a large piece of gold. It was hard for him to believe that a rich man like Xiang Link would want to go to a dangerous place like Hamnata.

"Of course I'm not interested in the treasures in Hamnata, but there are things I need in Hamnata, so I have to go to Hamnata." Link took a sip of red wine, smiled slightly, and explained to O'Connor.

"What?" Hearing Link's words, O'Connor was interested and quickly asked.

"Secret, I think a qualified mercenary won't ask about the secret of the employer." Link smiled slightly and looked at O'Connor with a smile on his face.

O'Connor touched his nose, feeling a little embarrassed. He really shouldn't have asked about these things.

"By the way, O'Connor, this ship may be attacked later, be careful." Link drank the wine in the wine glass, put the empty wine glass on the table, smiled mysteriously at O'Connor, and turned around and left the room.

"Will the ship be attacked? How do you know?" O'Connor was startled and shouted at Link, but Link's figure had long disappeared.

"This guy is so strange." O'Connor couldn't help but feel a bad premonition.

Then... as if the plot was developing, the descendants of the Pharaoh Guards suddenly attacked the ship in a small boat. In an instant, the ship became extremely chaotic. O'Connor and others finally escaped. Of course, the Americans who were also looking for Hamnata were also escaped.

"Where is Lin?" After Evelyn walked ashore, she found that there was no Link's figure, and hurriedly asked O'Connor.

"I don't know, I haven't seen him. But before something happened, he told me that the ship might be attacked, and he should be fine." O'Connor shook his head, feeling very mysterious about Link.

"Don't worry about him, we'd better leave this place and look for Hamnata as the most important thing." The warden wanted to lose one person, so that he would have more gold.

"Your Excellency Warden, you are so inhumane that you actually want to abandon me." A voice sounded, and Link appeared miraculously next to the warden, almost scaring the warden to faint.

"Oh, why are you here?" O'Connor looked at Link in surprise and asked with a puzzled look on his face.

"I just enjoyed the night view outside the room, and then I saw many people wandering in small boats. I must have come to these people, so I reminded people that the ship would be attacked. After reminding you, I left the ship and wandered all the way here." Link smiled slightly and explained.

"You are so amazing, you actually swam from such a far place." O'Connor twitched his mouth and shook his head. Who would believe it? He didn't even have his clothes wet. However, since Link was unwilling to tell the truth, O'Connor would not ask, after all, Link was his employer.
