Chapter 1438 Wallace is invincible

Early in the morning of the next day Zhou Ming's speech, a private plane took off from the private airport in Kansas, headed north, and finally landed at a private airport in San Cardo, Minnesota.

The plane stopped on the apron, the cabin door opened, and an old man with glasses and gray hair came out. He was Fred, the leader of the Cotter family, the second largest private enterprise in the United States. An old man with white hair was waiting on the apron. He was McCellan, the leader of the local Wallace family in Minnesota. The world's number one private holding company, is the industry of the Wallace family.

Fred got off the plane, and McClass stepped forward and gave him a big hug.

After parting, McClane looked up and down at Fred and smiled and said, "Fred, you are old again. It seems that the mines in Kansas are really not good. They are obviously not as good as my Minnesota ranch."

Fred was not convinced: "I thought you would pick me up on a horse and wearing an Eskimo cloak, and I even brought a bottle of special perfume because I was afraid of smelling cow shit on you."

After the two old men choked each other for a while, McClane invited Fred and his assistant to get on the bus and then set off to the Wallace family's manor.

Along the way, the two old men were just talking about the various current affairs of the United States and the world. No one took the initiative to mention Fred's purpose in coming to Minnesota. It was as if Fred had just passed by occasionally. McClane was just an old friend who had not seen for a long time, and he just gave a little bit of the friendship of the landlords.

But the fact is not the case. When they talked about Zhou Ming’s speech on TV yesterday, Fred suddenly asked McLaren: “Do you know who Zhou Ming’s speech is going to take revenge on?”

McClane said quietly how could he know: "From yesterday to now, many people have called me to talk about this. It seems that you are all panic about this person's revenge?"

Only then did Fred shook out what he really wanted to say: "It's not that we panic, but that we want to tell you that Zhou Ming's revenge is you."

Fred then told McClan that he was not groundless to say this: "On the day of the Yugoslavia air strike, it was said that the bomber carrying out the mission used the wrong coordinates given by the Kaki Group."

The Kaki Group is the industry of the Wallace family. If the air strike was caused by the use of the Kaki Group's coordinates, Zhou Ming's revenge would directly fall on the Kaki Group.

But McClass was not worried: "The coordinates of the Carkey Group will be retaliated against? The bomber is still called Kansas Ghost. It seems that your Cott family can't stay out of it, right?"

After deliberately joking Fred, McClan then said, "But more importantly, I don't understand why we are afraid of him? He is just a helpless Chinese. He can only scream in anger like a groundhog, and he can't do anything."

Fred looked at McLaren deeply: "That's because you don't understand this Mr. Zhou Ming. He is not your past opponent. I advise you to be more cautious."

"I think it's Fred, you don't know me, nor the Wallace family."

McClane said while turning the driver, telling Fred: "It seems that I need to let you re-understand the Wallace family."

McClane first took Fred to the University of Minnesota, a very large university town. McClane told Fred: "Minnesota San Cardo University Town is the largest university in the entire United States and even the world. Its area can be directly regarded as another San Cardo."

"Of course, my University of Minnesota is not just as simple as big, it has more technology."

McClline introduced that the University of Minnesota has a very comprehensive department and top agricultural laboratories in the United States, which can produce the best seeds and fertilizers. Of course, in addition to agriculture, black box technology on the planes has been developed, as well as pacemakers and ventilators and other medical devices, which are all gems on the crown of the University of Minnesota and his Wallace family.

Listening to McClane's familiar introduction, Fred didn't feel much. After all, education and medical care are something that any wealthy family must hold tightly in their hands. Similarly, Fred also relies on the strength of the Carter Group to monopolize the education and medical care in Kansas.

Perhaps McClane kept introducing how advanced the education and medical system in Minnesota was, but it was not enough to cause any trouble to Fred. After all, everyone was in a quarrel with each other.

McClane himself understood this, so he didn't look at the introduction, but in fact he just hurriedly passed by in the university town and did not stop to take a closer look.

McClane then took Fred to his farm, which was a large wheat field west of San Cardo. Looking around, the golden field was invisible at all, as if it could extend to the horizon.

McClane told Fred that this is the intersection of the Minnesota River and the Mississippi River. The land here is very fertile and the Thousand Mile Plain is very suitable for agriculture. It is also combined with the seeds and fertilizers cultivated by the Kaki Group itself, making it the most important wheat-producing area in the United States.

Fred was moved for the first time at this time. He asked McClass: "Is this thousand-mile wheat field the Kaki Group relied on?"

McClane was proud and said that he was just a small part of the Kaki Group. Then McClane took Fred to the eastern suburbs of San Cardo to see his ranch, which was a very large hilly area with a power grid around it to prevent wild animals from entering.

In the middle of the ranch is a large house. McClan told Fred that it is a place for large-scale concentrated breeding, and on the outside, there are special breeders to raise it.

"These breeders are Indians who have worked for generations. They have very advanced grazing skills. The meat they grazed will be more compact than the ones in the farm, and more importantly, health."

McClane introduced to Fred, and finally drove to the hill not far away. McClane and Fred got out of the car. Looking around, San Cardo was about to become a little white dot in the distance.

"How is it? My Wallace Empire is still quite spectacular, right? But this is only a small part of the industry. In the whole of Minnesota, I have more and more extensive investments and industries, involving all industries. But the most important of them is that what I am different from you is the basic industry we are proud of is agriculture!"

McClane told Fred: "Food is the first priority that no one can avoid. People don't have cars to take taxis and buses, and they can use electricity without gasoline, but there is nothing in food.

It can be replaced, and I can even influence the United States. Just imagine if the wheat harvest in Minnesota this year is out of stock, thousands of companies on Wall Street will go bankrupt next year!"

Of course Fred could understand that, in addition to minerals, Kansas is also a major agricultural state. Fred even joined forces with McClass to take advantage of the large-scale wheat harvest caused by the spring cold that year, and long for futures of wheat and other agricultural products, which caused various prices to soar that year. Later, the surge in agricultural futures attracted the attention of other capital, resulting in large-scale capital outflows from the stock market, and even caused a very serious plunge. People called that event "Black Monday".

Although Black Monday ten years ago was just a coincidence under multiple conditions at once, it was enough to prove the impact of agriculture on the entire US economy.

"It seems that McClellan, you are completely ready to deal with that Zhou Ming." Fred said.

McClane shrugged: "Actually, if I can, I don't want to do this, not because I'm afraid, but because it's a completely unrestrained disaster for me, and I don't want to have more trouble."

"I know you think I'm nagging, but I still need to tell you not to underestimate Zhou Ming, he can always do things that you unexpectedly." Fered told him.

McClane told him confidently that he was ready, and even made a wild statement: "I'm afraid Zhou Ming is a coward!"

There is no reason for McClass’ confidence. He occupies one of the three most fertile black soils in the world, producing enough food to feed the whole world. More importantly, the Kaki Group is a private company. He does not go public, does not need to disclose his financial reports, does not need to compromise the market and shareholders too much, and does not have the risk of being maliciously sold off stocks.

It is precisely these reasons that have left McClass and his Wallace family in a state of invincibility. For a long time, he has always been the only one who attacked the US economy and used food as weapons to short and plunder the economies of other countries. Where can anyone affect him?

Even though they joined forces to conspire to make a "Black Monday" out, the US government and other wealthy families could not do anything to them, just because their companies are private and do not need to be responsible to anyone.

Fred hurriedly left after dinner at McLaren's manor, but McLaren personally took Fred on the plane.

Sitting in the seat of the plane, Fred looked at McLaren through the window, feeling a little regretful that Zhou Ming could not deal with him: "If Zhou Ming could find a way to do it, maybe my Cott Group could become the world's number one private company."

Fred, who was regretful, didn't know that when his plane took off from the private airport, McClane, who had been waving to him on the apron, the smile on his face disappeared immediately. He immediately ordered his assistant: "Go, let William find a way to contact Zhou Ming immediately. We must explain that the matter has nothing to do with us, and at the same time, we must keep an eye on him. He must tell me any action he has!"
