Chapter 65 Angels are Demons

It is undeniable that Molia is a very chaotic slum, and everyone living here is extremely poor. The houses here are built as they want, and there is no plan at all. However, even so, Molia still has a main entrance, which is where Zhou Ming and the others parked in before. From there, it is the only straight street in Molia. This street leads directly to the location of Molia's security committee. ΔΔ Chinese Δnet.

The house that Zhou Ming and the others rented was facing this street. I still remember when they arrived here, the street was still relatively empty. After all, it was at noon, and everyone was hiding at home to escape the summer heat. In addition, those who have work still had to work during the day; but now it is different. Zhou Ming opened the window and looked around and saw that the entire street was full of people.

"What's the situation?" Zhou Ming turned his head in confusion and asked the hyena.

"That's probably the Angels' people are here." Hyena replied. Regarding Zhou Ming's doubts, he then explained to Zhou Ming, "Sir, this Angels' society is from a church in Mexico City. They often send people to Molia to give alms and give some bread and clothes to the poor people in Molia. They have a high prestige in Molia, and almost everyone likes the Angels' society."

"This is of course. There are free things to eat and free clothes to take. This is simply a gift from God to the poor people in Molia. It is strange that they don't like things."

Zhou Ming looked at the hyena and asked him: "But you don't seem to like this angel because of different beliefs?"

The hyena shook her head: "My faith is not that extreme. I just simply feel that they will not help the people of Moria so kindly. They must have some ulterior motives, such as taking away the kind souls of these Moria people!"

Zhou Ming laughed and said, "Although I don't believe it, your previous thought is right. There is no love for no reason in this world, and I don't believe that the angel is really doing good deeds without any benefit."

"It's a very simple truth. Their travel expenses and the food and clothes they donate every time are not worth it, and when these things accumulate to a large amount, it will be a considerable expense." Zhou Ming continued, "I can believe that these missionaries are for the peace of their own minds, but what about the Angels organization? If an institution wants to grow, it is not enough to spend money like this meaninglessly. After all, faith cannot be consumed."

Zhou Ming finally said: "I am a businessman, and I want to consider it from a business perspective, or it can be said that I judge a gentleman with a villain's heart. In short, if I had a department under my command that spends money every day but cannot bring any benefits to the company, I would have laid off this department long ago. I believe that the bosses of the Angel Club must have thought so."

The Hyena agreed excitedly: "Yes, sir, that's what I think, but I'm a stupid person, I don't know how to describe it!"

Just as Zhou Ming was chatting with the hyena, the noise below was rising and falling, and it seemed that some changes had occurred.

The members of the Angels were dressed in ordinary clothes, led by a priest in monk's uniform, and set up a table to put bread and clean drinking water to each of the people in line, as well as a clean set of clothes.

"The people of Molia, your suffering today is because you were born with more sins than others, but God is kind and he cannot bear to watch you suffer, so we were guided by God to save you, but our power is limited. Only God can truly liberate your souls. You must believe in God, and only then will you be allowed to serve God in heaven!"

The priest was chattering and preaching, while the poor people of Molia were very piously crowded in front of the Angels table. They were all squeezing forward like hungry ghosts, and they also reached out their hands to the priests and other members for food and clothes. The scene was like the ticket windows of domestic railway stations in this era.

But not everyone is so pious, because suddenly, a child jumped out of the crowd and shouted at the angels: "You liars, you are not giving alms at all. You are actually cheating, using your dirtyest means to steal the last money left in the Moria. In fact, you are the real demons!"

The child's shout shocked everyone like a thunder rising from the ground, and everyone looked at him in amazement.

The child was very thin, but at this moment he stood there very firmly, like a sapling alone fighting a hurricane.

The priest said to him: "Poor child, I don't know what kind of bewitching you have been, and why you say such words, but this is forgivable, because you are just a child and should be punished, the poor man behind you who dares to hide in the shadows and slander God."

Finally, the priest stretched out his hand to the child: "So kid, forget about those bewitching, as long as you throw yourself into God's arms, you can still be forgiven and enter heaven!"

"I don't want to enter any paradise, and I don't want to believe you liars!" the child shouted again, "Gentlemen, don't believe what they call free alms. This is actually the money you took out by yourself!"

If the child's previous words only shocked everyone, then his words at this moment subverted everyone's normal concepts and immediately caused an uproar in the scene. However, no matter how surprised everyone was, most people still had great doubts about his words. After all, don't the Angels people put food and clothes for free? Why are they still taking out the money themselves?

"I know it's hard for you to believe it, but it's absolutely true!"

The child continued very persistently: "You must all remember that the Angels will come to Molia to carry out a fundraising campaign every month, right?"

"But that wasn't it voluntary fundraising? It's not forced, it's a way for us to believe that God redeems ourselves." Someone retorted, and others followed suit.

"But does the so-called voluntary fundraising need to take away one tenth of all our wealth? What's the difference between this and robbery?" The child still insisted on his point of view, but this time he was refuted more.

"This is not a robbery. It is all explained in the Bible. All the wealth in the world, whether it is agricultural and pastoral products or other wealth, is given by God. We just return this tenth to God."

It is such a priest who has extremely piousness on his face, but he says such words. If he had not seen it with his own eyes, it would be hard to believe it.

The atrocities lasted for a long time. In the end, I don’t know if these people were tired of fighting or the child’s voice was gone. In short, those people just scattered, and the child was thrown there casually like a cat and dog that was beaten to death. No one cared about it, and no one even wanted to take a look at it, as if this was a normal thing.
