Chapter 12 Vitamins 【Part 2】
The others nodded and watched Charlie slowly leave in the elevator. Everyone on the entire underground floor seemed to have lost the strength to speak. This damn doomsday will end.
Seeing the elevator door slowly close, Charlie thought about it and directly pressed the button on the third floor underground. He and John were college classmates and had a very good relationship. Now that John is injured, he naturally has to go and take a look.
Upon reaching the third floor of the underground, through the white passage, Charlie gently rang the doorbell, "Dr. Kahn, it's me. I want to meet John."
"Get out! I said not to bother me when I was doing the experiment! Hell, don't you understand human words?" Dr. Kahn yelled irritably.
Charlie was scolded and could only smile bitterly, shake his head, turn around and leave. From his tone, he knew that Dr. Kahn had fallen into a state of rampage. If he continued to disturb him, maybe Dr. Kahn would come out and fight him desperately.
Moreover, he also knows that when scientists do experiments, they are most taboo to be disturbed.
After taking a few steps, Charlie suddenly stopped, "I'm just going to see John."
Charlie whispered and walked back to the door of the laboratory. He didn't know how many days Dr. Kahn's experiment would last, but he knew that if he couldn't be sure that John was intact, he might have been in mind these days, and it would be a bad thing.
Taking out the tactical tablet, Charlie skillfully invaded the laboratory's access control. The laboratory door opened silently, and Charlie walked in quietly.
He wanted to go see John without disturbing Dr. Kahn.
The door of the laboratory was silently closed behind him, and Charlie then realized that the entire laboratory was much bigger than he thought. The white corridor was a little depressed. Charlie took a lighter pace and walked in the corridor.
When passing by the third room, Charlie saw the defeated Terminator inside, who was not dead yet, and was locked on the ground by alloy chains. When he saw Charlie, he immediately struggled to get up, which scared Charlie.
"Damn it, isn't he afraid that the zombie will escape?" Charlie was still scared and quickly accelerated his pace. Walking forward, he could see dissected zombies in several rooms, with their belly broken, and their limbs were dismembered, and their numbers were numbered, and their flesh was blurred, but the most terrifying thing was that the zombies were still alive.
Seeing these scenes, Charlie felt a little nauseous. He knew that these zombies were all captured by Dr. Kahn as they ordered. He thought they should have been dealt with by Dr. Kahn long ago, but he didn't expect that he would still be alive.
I don’t know what was wrong, Charlie pushed open a door and walked in. The zombie tied to the operating table with alloy chains began to stir up.
Charlie covered his nose, resisted the smell of stench, walked forward, picked up the experimental record book hanging in front of the operating table, and turned around a few pages, all of which were recorded by Dr. Kahn.
"Specimen No. 9. Ordinary zombie, no evolutionary trend. The genes completely collapsed..."
Charlie couldn't stand it after reading a few pages. It was full of Dr. Kahn's experimental records, reactions after cutting off the nerves, healing time after cutting off the knees, impact after cutting off the heart, etc. If it weren't for a zombie in front of him, Charlie felt that just looking at these records, he might want to kill Dr. Kahn ten times.
"He's what. Scientists are indeed crazy."
Charlie cursed and dared not look again, and closed the door. Although he knew that Dr. Kahn's experiment was of great significance to the survivors, Charlie still felt a little uncomfortable.
After all, those zombies are probably anyone you met on the street before, they are father, son, boyfriend, and relatives.
Without wanting to see the tragic phenomena of those experimental zombies, Charlie accelerated and began to find John's position, "Damn. Is Dr. Kahn ready to treat John in such a place?"
This is simply hell on earth. Even if the experiments are zombies, Charlie believes that any normal person will not want to see the cruelest side of this science.
He only hopes that John will not suffer from depression in this environment. After walking through several rooms in a row, Charlie did not find John, and there was a hint of urgency in his heart.
When we reached the corner of the corridor, the room was finally no longer covered the hideous and miserable zombies, but a somewhat familiar machine. Charlie knew that this was the capsule production line that Raul and the others had for Dr. Kahn last time.
Charlie stopped, gently pushed open the door and walked in. The production line was not complicated and was obviously removed from many places. Charlie took a look and knew how it worked.
On one side is the feeding port, then stir and crush, and then the capsule filling is the end of the runner belt. There are still a few inconspicuous capsules left.
Charlie secretly put the capsules in his pocket. Although they often laughed at the ridiculous vitamins, Charlie knew that perhaps these capsules mean survival for the survivors on the underground layer.
Charlie was not interested in studying the raw materials for the production of vitamins. Anyway, he couldn't understand it after reading it. After searching for the remaining vitamin capsules, Charlie was about to leave.
"Silly!"
A long sound suddenly sounded, which shocked Charlie. He thought he had been discovered by Dr. Kahn. He was about to explain, but he raised his head but did not see anyone, and he felt even more panicked.
"Silly!"
Another mocking swear word, Charlie looked at the sound and was stunned. There was a big red bird in the room opposite, like a parrot, but it should have been mutated, about the size of an eagle, and was also locked by alloy chains, half of its wings were bare, and there were many cut scars.
"Hell."
Charlie was a little disbelief. He knew the parrot could speak, but he sweared that he would definitely see the naked ridicule in the eyes of the mutant parrot.
"Shh, don't shout." Charlie didn't care whether the parrot could understand or not, and quickly signaled to silence.
The mutated parrot screamed even louder, "Silly, you haven't pressed the button or drilled into the hole, you can't change it."
Charlie was stunned. He saw a sense of pride from the mutant parrot, which he often showed before, and it was a sense of superiority to suppressing other people's IQ.
"Silly!"
The mutant parrot screamed even more proudly, and the voice turned into Dr. Kahn's voice, "Throw the person in, press the button, and the vitamins will come out automatically... Hell, can't the nerves be removed? The computer chips can't control your greed for humans?"
Then the voice of the mutant parrot changed, and it turned into the voice of John that Charlie was very familiar with, "No, Kahn, you devil! You are crazy! No, don't...please, don't kill me. I just broke my leg, I still have some help, I can get better!"
Then there was Jerry's voice, "Carn, I beg you, let me go. I don't want to die, my wife is still waiting for me to go back, please..."
"I don't have enough medication to treat you, so this is the best choice..."
What else did the mutant parrot say? Charlie could no longer hear clearly. He felt like he was struck by lightning and his whole body was stunned. Then Charlie ran to the feeding port of the capsule production line and drilled in like crazy. The smell of blood was so strong that even though he had been cleaned many times, Charlie could still smell the pure sin and the smell of blood.
"This is not true! This is not true!"
Charlie screamed in pain and pushed down the feeding port hard. A layer of fine white powder mixed with some white bones and blood fell all over the ground. Among them, Charlie saw a broken ring.
With his trembling hands, Charlie couldn't help vomiting, and he used his fingers to sniff his mouth. He tried so hard that he wanted to tear his mouth and take out his stomach, because the ring said it was written to my favorite...
"Damn it! You damn mutant parrot, maybe I should have completely dissected you!"
Dr. Kahn roared in anger and walked out of the laboratory with big strides.
"Damn. How did you come in? Why are you here? Get out of here!" Dr. Kahn saw the changes in the capsule production line at a glance, his face changed drastically, and he spoke angrily.
Bang!
With a gunshot, Charlie trembled and shot Dr. Kahn's thigh directly, and pointed the gun at Dr. Kahn's head with smoke, "You bastard, you damn bastard! I want to kill you! I must kill you!"
"Hell. You injured my leg, hell!"
Kahn covered his legs in pain, feeling a little disbelief, "Are you crazy?!"
"You're crazy."
Charlie was in great pain and took out the vitamin capsules and threw them on Kahn's face, "What have you done! You bastard, you actually made John and the others directly into capsules! Vitamins?! I'm awesome and your whole family!"
When Charlie thought of this, he rushed up angrily and kicked Kahn to the ground. Kahn kept silent, but just silently rang the alarm, and soon the harsh alarm sounded.
"You don't know anything, this is science. I forgive you, put down my gun, I can not pursue this matter." Kahn spoke slowly without much fear.
"Hahaha!"
Charlie smiled in pain, his laughter was extremely suppressed and painful, "If you do this, don't you feel guilty at all? They are humans, not your testimonials, not those zombies!"
"You lunatic."
Charlie took a deep breath and slowly clenched the gun in his hand. He swore that he must blow Kahn's head and let the damn bastard go to hell to repent for his sins!
"Charlie, what are you doing! Put down your gun!"
Alarmed by the alarm, Raul and others rushed into the laboratory immediately. Seeing Charlie holding a gun and pressing Kahn's head, his face suddenly changed.
