Volume 1 The Road to Lingxiao Chapter 21 Ji Cang Retreat

The more Po Jun thought about it, the happier he became. He turned his head slightly and looked at Leng Xin beside him with the corner of his eyes, and a meaningful smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.

Leng Xin didn't have to turn her head and knew that Po Jun was looking at her. A layer of frost was covered with frost on her already expressionless face. Po Jun's eyes stayed on Leng Xin's face for a moment, and then passed her and looked quietly to the other side. Seeing the coward and Zheng Dao standing on the other side, Po Jun's eyes couldn't help but squint, and the joy in his eyes turned into a strong sense of hatred.

After the announcement, Ji Cang Zhenren waved his hand to the audience and said, "Okay, everyone has dispersed, let's go with them. Jun'er, Dao'er, you two come with your troops."

Everyone bowed and accepted the order and said, "Yes, Master, Master." Everyone dispersed one after another, and Pojun and Zheng Dao followed Ji Cang Zhenren to his room.

The two stood on the open ground in the room, and Ji Cang Zhenren said to Po Jun first: "Jun'er, during the period of retreat, you must take on the responsibility of the senior brother. You must not act recklessly and waste your expectations for you. You must not let the junior brothers and junior sisters waste their practice. When the junior brothers and sisters leave the teacher, they must take the exam for everyone's cultivation results. If there is any regression, you will only ask."

Po Jun immediately knelt down and touched the ground with his head, swearing: "Don't worry, Master, I will definitely live up to the Master's instructions."

Ji Cang nodded with satisfaction and smiled: "Okay, get up, there is nothing you have to do here. You can retreat first and watch them practice martial arts."

Pojun replied, "Yes, Master." After that, he stood up, turned around and walked out of the door.

After Pojun left, Ji Cang looked at Zheng Dao and said, "Dao'er, I know you are in a bad mood these two days, so I didn't ask you. Seeing that you are in a good mood today, you should have solved everything, right?"

Zheng Dao bowed and replied, "Yes, Master, the disciple has already solved it. Thank you for everything Master has done for your disciple."

Ji Cang Zhenren waved his hand and said, "Just do it all. Lingxiao Sect will be your home in the future. Practice here well and strive to grow up as soon as possible. Don't let Master down your expectations for you."

Zheng Dao was extremely grateful to Ji Cang, and remembered the frozen Mingxi again. He immediately replied with some red eyes: "Master, don't worry, even if you are crushed to pieces, your disciple will not let your expectations down."

Ji Cang nodded

He smiled and said, "Dao'er, I want to know what skills you learned in the Heavenly Book, but have you read the entire Heavenly Book?"

Zheng Dao replied: "By Master, because time is tight, my disciples have not conducted in-depth research. I don't know if what I saw is all about the Book of Heaven." He said to Ji Cang Zhenren.

After listening to Zheng Dao's narration, Ji Cang Zhenren looked up and thought deeply, muttered to himself with his hands, and repeated four words repeatedly: "It's so close to the world, so close to the world?"

Ji Cang Zhenren thought for a while and felt clueless. He had never seen this technique in the Heavenly Book. Maybe he had insufficient magic power and saw only the tip of the iceberg. Without thinking about this, he asked Zheng again: "Is there any discomfort in the integration of your soul and the Heavenly Book?"

Zheng Dao immediately said with some confusion: "I didn't feel any discomfort when I went back to Master, but I had something unknown to me. That is, when I wanted to enter the Heavenly Book again to read other exercises, I saw not the house full of scrolls, but the yellow and covered with nothing. Fortunately, my disciple memorized all the skills that were close to the world, so that the master could practice it."

When Ji Cang heard this, he felt strange and waved his hand to Zheng Dao, stopping him from standing up and writing the martial arts that are far away. After thinking for a while, he said, "Oh, I can't understand the mystery of this, I can only rely on you to solve the mystery.

Since the martial arts that are far away from the world are floating in front of you, this may be God’s will. You can practice it yourself, and it may not be suitable for others. Let other brothers practice according to their suitable martial arts.”

Zheng Dao nodded and said, "Yes, Master."

Ji Cang Zhenren came out of the spirit for a while, but maybe he still couldn't figure it out. He shook his head and said to Zheng Dao: "Daoer, you are going to practice in seclusion. You have just arrived at Lingxiao Sect and are not familiar with many things. You must get along with everyone. If you don't understand, please ask your senior brothers and sisters for advice. Don't waste your practice. The hopes of Lingxiao Sect are all on you alone."

Zheng Dao knew that the reason why Master went into seclusion at this time was because he had consumed too much energy for him yesterday and needed to stay in seclusion. It was not certain whether he could recover in three months. Unconsciously, his heart felt hot, his eyes were red, his throat was astringent, and he was crying softly

He shouted, "Master..." He only spit out two words and didn't know what to say. Two hot tears fell on his chest.

Seeing Zheng Dao like this, Ji Cang knew that what he was thinking was because he was worried about his body. He hurriedly smiled and comforted: "Haha, you don't have to worry. As a teacher, he just seems to have felt something recently, so he went into seclusion and memorized it carefully."

Not wanting to worry Zheng Dao anymore, Ji Cang continued, "You are going to retreat as a teacher. Do you have anything else to do if your master needs to solve it for you?"

Zheng Dao lowered his head and wiped his tears and replied in a low voice: "No more, Master."

Ji Cang said with a smile: "Okay, then the teacher is going to go to the quiet room to retreat, so you can also retreat."

Zheng Dao knelt down and kowtowed, saying, "Teacher, take care of yourself." He wiped his tears again, stood up and retreated.

Seeing Zheng Dao's figure disappear, Ji Cang did not retract his gaze, but stared quietly into the distance for a moment. He shook his head and sighed, and stood up and walked towards the quiet room.

As soon as Po Jun walked out of Ji Cang Zhenren's yard, he was surrounded by several junior brothers. These people were all loyal followers of Po Jun. They always followed Po Jun's horse's head and took Po Jun's instructions as the highest code of action.

This is the time when Pojun is in full bloom, and of course a few people will not miss this best time to flatter.

"The eldest brother is now the head of the sect. It seems that the position of the head of the sect is just around the corner!"

"Of course, the eldest brother is the best in our generation, and he is the leader."

"Senior Brother, wait for you to take the position of the head sect, don't forget the brothers, we are all waiting to make a fortune with you."

"As the saying goes, 'Birds fly far with phoenixes, and people accompany virtuous people and good people, and they are of high character.' The eldest brother is a role model for us to learn from. We must all take the eldest brother as an example."

"Senior Brother..."
