He gave two solutions to let He Wenhua choose, but in fact he wanted to examine He Wenhua's character. If he chose the first solution, Zou Yi would only be a hero of a generation; and if he chose the second solution, the evaluation would be much higher, and he could be regarded as a master of talent and could be passed down by others.

Speaking of the mental method in this second solution, it is not just about treating injuries, because He Wenhua practices external skills. The deeper he practices this skill, the greater the harm he will have to himself. Even if he uses acupuncture to eliminate hidden diseases this time, this problem will still occur when he continues to practice. Therefore, the first solution can only be regarded as a way to treat symptoms but not root causes, but this mental method can make up for this defect. While practicing external skills, practicing the mental method can damage and replenish each other, and can achieve balance; and as the mental method becomes more and more advanced, even though the mental method cannot be stored, over time, some spiritual energy will always penetrate into the meridians and internal organs. At this point, there will be many benefits.

The most direct manifestation of the meridians and internal organs after the nourishment of spiritual energy is the strengthening of the body and the improvement of strength. As the physical fitness improves, the ability to resist strikes will naturally be improved. Besides, external kung fu is not unrelated to internal kung fu. Simply put, external kung fu can also be cultivated to the level of internal strength. This state of improvement is called using force to enter the Tao; and those who directly practice internal skills and embark on the path of cultivation, are called using mind to enter the Tao.

Compared with these two ways of entering the Tao, although it is difficult to enter the Tao with strength, once someone can cultivate internal strength in this way, his combat power can be completely overwhelmed by cultivators who enter the Tao with the heart. The advantage of those who enter the Tao with the heart is that the speed of cultivation is much faster than that of those who enter the Tao with the strength. For example, one is riding a bicycle, and the other is riding a car on the accelerator. Therefore, since ancient times, few people have wasted time on entering the Tao with the strength, so that this external kung fu has gradually been abandoned by practitioners.

External kung fu has the distinction between bright and dark fu. Like He Wenhua, he has almost begun to touch the threshold of dark fu. The difference between bright and dark fu is that the strength of the strength is concentrated in the texture, while the strength of the dark fu can be collected into the meridians and internal organs. At this level, one can hurt people's internal organs with one punch and one palm. This is the legendary battle between the mountains. The spiritual energy penetrates into the meridians and internal organs, which can make him feel the feeling of tightening more naturally, which is of great benefit to entering the dark fu.

According to Zou Yi's request, He Wenhua sat on the ground. In his words, he would sit on the ground and be down-to-earth when practicing this mental method in the future. Of course, he was too lazy to explain the real reason. For example, He Wenhua touched the threshold of dark energy in his thirties, and the internal fire was quite vigorous. If he did not sit on the ground, with the help of the cold nature of the earth's energy, let alone absorbing the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, he would not be able to persist in this meditation for long.

"Relax your mind. You have never practiced internal skills and mental methods. You have insufficient qi. The first time I will help you draw qi into your body. You have to feel it carefully and try to find this feeling."

Zou Yi said as he took out a silver needle and walked to He Wenhua.

"Close your eyes"

With a shout, no movement was seen, and the silver needle had already pierced He Wenhua.

Taking a deep breath, Zou Yi used himself and the silver needle as a medium to carefully adjust the amount of spiritual energy inhalation and slowly injected it into He Wenhua's meridians bit by bit. Fortunately, he had only practiced external kung fu, and there was no internal force in the meridians, so the process was extremely smooth.

The mental method passed by Zou Yi to He Wenhua was tailor-made for him. The parts of the spiritual energy passing by are concentrated in the hidden diseases caused by the latter's practice of external skills. In addition, this mental method does not involve storing qi, so there is no saying that it is refined, so the time for a circle of circumference will naturally be short.

"Adjust your breathing, breathe in, and try to extend the breathing time a little longer, and carefully feel the air wandering in your body."

While absorbing the spiritual energy and injecting it into He Wenhua's body, Zou Yi did not forget to guide him to practice.

For a moment, a strange scene appeared in the courtyard. The two of them sat and stood, and the person standing was holding a silver needle in his hand, and the silver needle was pierced on the Fengchi hole of the man sitting on the ground. After half an hour, the person standing was taking a breath and lifting the silver needle out of the Fengchi hole as fast as lightning.

After half an hour of guidance from Zou Yi, He Wenhua was able to unconsciously lure the qi into his body. Although this time it was Zou Yi, with this experience, I believe that he will not be clueless next time.

Putting away the silver needle and looking at He Wenhua's current state, Zou Yi nodded with satisfaction. This was his first lecture. Although he did not explicitly become a disciple, he had this teaching method. I believe that as long as He Wenhua had a little brain, he would naturally understand the pros and cons of the gains and losses.

"Put it off, it's almost time."

Another half an hour passed, and a thunderous sound rang out in the yard.

After breathing a long breath, He Wenhua slowly stood up, sootheed his muscles and bones, touched his hands for a while, and then said in surprise: "Brother Yi, this technique is too magical. I have only practiced it once, and those hidden diseases have begun to loosen and my body is full of strength."

"Don't be too happy too early. This is just the natural reaction of the body after absorbing the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. You won't feel this way until the next time you practice."

Zou Yi gave a very disrespectful blow to his face, and then reminded him: "Huazi, you must remember that the time for each cultivation cannot exceed one hour. As the saying goes, the moon is full, the water is overflowing. You don't start practicing until you are in your thirties. Although spiritual energy can improve your meridians and internal organs, if it exceeds their tolerance limit, it will be more than worth the loss."

Suppressing the excitement in his heart, He Wenhua bowed respectfully and said gratefully: "Huazi will remember Brother Yi's kindness in his heart and will definitely not forget it."

"Don't do this for me. I'm willing to pass on my heart to you. That's to be your favorite. I really don't like you for those rewards." Zou Yi continued to attack, completely ignoring the other person's face was already covered with black lines.

“That’s, that’s”

He Wenhua could only keep nodding, and he looked very much like a young wife.

"Brother Yi, is this technique really not that internal energy and mental technique?"

Feeling the benefits of practicing, He Wenhua felt more and more moved by the magic of this technique, and naturally felt a little hope in his heart.

"You think it's pretty, and no one can learn this technique."
