In the 2012qs world university rankings, the University of Melbourne ranked 36th in the world with a total rating of 83.2 points. The Melbourne Business School has always ranked among the top 100 in the world and is included in the top 50 MBA programs in the world by the UK's Advanced Skilled Immigration Visa Program. Graduates are qualified to work directly in the UK. [The start of the trip] The weather is also good today.

Yunluo and An Chuyun plan to visit the University of Melbourne. This is also one of the two target universities for this trip. The other is the Australian National University in Canberra. Yunluo and An Chuyun live in a car drive by Toorak, a wealthy area in Melbourne, with many rich people. They come to Ormond College, Melbourne.

There are many European Gothic buildings here. The bicycles on the campus are very good! This is a corridor of a building in the middle of the campus. When Yunluo and An Chu met, someone took wedding photos here. The lawn in the university. After leaving the University of Melbourne, it was not too early. Yunluo and An Chu met to the airport and took a plane all the way north to Cairns.

The Great Barrier Reef, the clouds are coming! Today, Yunluo and Anchu will join the one-day tour of thegreatadventures, take a cruise to Green Island, and continue sailing to the Great Barrier Reef. [Sightseeing description] Cairns (cairns) is a coastal city and a local administrative area in northern Queensland, Australia.

In the early days, it was an export port for transporting inland minerals in the western region, and later it developed into a port city for sugar production and exporting sugar. Today, Cairns has developed rapidly, with a population of about 124,000, and the tourism industry is particularly developed. The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest and longest coral reef group, located on the northeastern coast of Australia in the South Pacific.

It runs across the Coral Sea outside Queensland, northeast Australia. It runs from the Torres Strait in the north and south to the Tropic of Cancer (about 10° to 24° south). It extends for a total of about 2,600 kilometers, and the widest is 161 kilometers. There are about 2,900 independent reefs [3] and 900 large and small islands, distributed within a range of about 344,400 square kilometers.

The natural landscape is very special. The southern end of the Great Barrier Reef is 241 kilometers away from the coast. The northern end is closer, and the nearest is only 16 kilometers away from the coast. At low tide, some coral reefs are exposed to the water to form a coral island. There is an extremely convenient transportation route between the reef group and the coast. When the waves are calm, cruise ships pass through here.

The continuous colorful and multi-shaped coral scenery under the ship has become the best undersea wonder that attracts tourists from all over the world to come and see. The Great Barrier Reef is built by billions of tiny coral polyps. It is the largest object built by living things, and can be seen even from outer space. It creates rich biodiversity.

It was listed on the World Natural Heritage List in 1981 and was also selected as the seven natural wonders of the world by CNN. Most areas of the Great Barrier Reef are protected by the Great Barrier Reef Ocean Park, which reduces the impact of humans on this area, such as fishing, tourism, etc. However, other environmental factors still affect the Great Barrier Reef.

For example, coral bleaching and crown thorn starfish caused by runoff or climate change periodically increase. The Great Barrier Reef is also a very popular tourist attraction, especially in the Whitsundayislands and Cairns. The tourism industry is an important economic activity here, with an output value of about one billion US dollars per year.

Greenisland, there are many islands of different sizes near the Great Barrier Reef. Among them, Greenisland is the most popular among tourists. Greenisland is a coral island formed about 6,000 years ago. It covers an area of less than 1 square kilometer. The slender beaches on the island are clear and sandy, and the quality is excellent. [The start of the trip] The plane flies to Cairns at night.

Yunluo and An Chuyu took a taxi to their place of residence. Regarding the information about this hotel (actually considered an apartment), Yunluo will explain in detail in the [Accommodation] section of the [User Guide] in the [Accommodation]. In Cairns, there are several ferry companies operating cruise ships and one-day tours from Cairns to the Great Barrier Reef.

Yunluo and An Chuyu participated in the Greenisland & Great Barrier Day tour of Greatadventures. Green Island and Great Barrier Reef tour. Itinerary includes: a catamaran high-speed cruise to and from Cairns Pier before starting the boat. Hot tea or coffee is provided on board. The two-hour Green Island tour of the three-hour Norman Era Barrier Reef tour is provided for free. Green Island and Norman Era Barrier Reef tour.

Reef snorkeling equipment. Free use of buoyancy vest on the Norman Great Barrier Reef. Introduction to Coral Reef Ecology. Rich seafood buffet lunch. Take a semi-submarine to enjoy the wonderful underwater world. Price: itinerary price 228 + environmental management fee 6=4 (¥) per adult. In addition, Yunluo and An Chuyu also participated in self-selected helicopter sightseeing.

10 minutes, 159 (¥890.4) per person. Their official website is: you can book tickets and check the itinerary on it. Early in the morning, Yunluo and Anchuyu got up and went to the pier. Cairns city is not big, and most places can be walked. However, the place where Yunluo and Anchuyu live is a little far away, and it takes 20 minutes to walk.

This is the double-decker cruise ship of greatadventures. In fact, there are three times. The top is an open-air platform. I took the cruise ship to the upper floor again. Although the sea breeze was a bit strong, the scenery was still good, and you can see many underwater coral reefs. The cruise ship first came to Green Island. Due to the large tonnage, it can only park in a relatively far place.

The coral reefs in the water are very beautiful. Once you go to Green Island, there is a visitor center. The facilities and recreational projects on the island can be introduced here. There are lush plants on the island, which should all belong to tropical rainforests. The beaches on the island are also very good and the sea water is very clear. This beautiful scenery is most suitable for snorkeling, and you can not only see beautiful coral reefs.

You can also see all kinds of fish. This is a family of four, and the parents are snorkeling with their two children, and they are having fun! After staying on Green Island for two hours, Yunluo and An Chuyu continued to take a cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. Yunluo and An Chuyu docked on a large water platform and had a buffet lunch here. There is also a semi-submarine.

You can sit inside and watch the corals and fish in the water, but the glass is a bit dirty. If you have the conditions, you should dive. Watch the large-scale corals in the semi-submarine, but it is said that these corals are dead. There are also groups of fish. After lunch, Yun Luo and An Chuyu decided to take a helicopter to overlook the Great Barrier Reef. There are 6 people in the helicopter. It is recommended to sit in front, so you can see it very happily!

Looking at the Great Barrier Reef in the helicopter, Yun Luo sat behind him and took a photo through the glass. There will be some glass reflections. If you sit in front of you, there is an open window, which is very good for shooting. Take aerial photos of the Great Barrier Reef on the plane. Take aerial photos of the Great Barrier Reef on the plane. Take aerial photos of the Great Barrier Reef on the plane. The platform in the distance is where Yun Luo and An Chuyu dock on the cruise ship.

I personally feel that the helicopter is quite worth it. It is much more shocking than watching on the boat, but it is more expensive. In the afternoon, Yunluo and An Chuyu returned to Cairns City on a cruise ship. When they got off the boat, the sun was shining and the port was very beautiful. There will be many seagulls on the beach. If you feed them, more seagulls will fly over.

However, Yunluo and An Chuyu didn't bring food at that time. Should they sit on the shore and watch the sunset feeding seagulls? What a pleasant evening! In the evening, Yunluo and An Chuyu found this restaurant with more recommendations, a specialty shrimp store. The taste was pretty good. They sat down before 6:30 pm and were 15% off. However, the price was still relatively expensive, and they were traveling in the city. It is understandable.

For more information about this store, Yunluo will introduce it in detail later in the [Practical Guide to Dining and Food]. After returning to the hotel after eating, today's itinerary is the wonder of the world, giving people a very shocking memory. However, from the later itinerary, when Yunluo and An Chu met and played in the Holy Spirit Islands (whitsunday).

Cairns seems to be very cost-effective. For the specific reason, Yunluo is here to keep a close eye. Please see the part of the Holy Spirit Islands of Yunluo Travels. Kuranda takes a cable car, train, and see the tropical rainforest. Kuranda [Itinerary] Today, Yunluo and Anchu meet to visit Kuranda, northwest of Cairns, and go to the cable car and go back.

The cable car is a red line and the train is a green line. [Sightseeing description] Kuranda is a small town hidden in the rainforest about 27 kilometers north of Cairns, Queensland. Kuranda was first built as a railway station in 1850. Because the logging and mining industry became the main local industry at that time.

As the only transportation hub in the region at that time, Kuranda played an active role in transporting and storing goods; providing accommodation for people coming and going; and promoting local Tu culture. The town is named after the Tu language, with a total population of only about 750 people. However, to date, more than 500,000 tourists take trains at home and abroad every year.

Cars or aerial cable car come to Kuranda and its surrounding tropical rainforest areas to visit. Although Kuranda Town is small, it is located in the extremely beautiful tropical rainforest. Among them, the towering century-old trees, straight waterfalls, trickling streams, rare wildlife, and the colorful flowers that exudes a rich fragrance everywhere on both sides of the road.

All of them outlined a beautiful scenery like a paradise for Kuranda. In order to allow tourists to better appreciate the beautiful scenery here without damaging the ecological environment, the government built a famous aerial cable car. The cable car is 7.5 kilometers in the entire factory and is the longest cable car in the world. It passes 12 towers in the middle, and Tower No. 6 is the highest point, with an elevation of 40.5 meters.

The starting and ending points of the cable car are Caravonialake and Kuranda. On the way, there are two transfer stations at Redpeak and Barronfall. There is also a lookout for far viewing. There is a tropical rainforest research center near Barronfall Station, which introduces the ecological environment of the tropical rainforest to tourists in pictures and texts.

[Itinerary start] Yunluo and An Chuyu booked a one-day tour, hotel pick-up, cable car go back to train, 119 (¥666.4) for each adult, in addition to this, there are multiple packages to choose from, you can visit a park above, refer to the official website: au morning, the car that picked up Yunluo and An Chuyu arrived at the hotel entrance on time.

Yunluo and An Chuyu took a bus to the cable car station and began to take the longest cable car in the world. Before that, Yunluo had taken the Maokong cable car in Taipei, leaving a deep impression, but this cable car is longer than Maokong and is faster. There are two transfer stations on the way, and each transfer station has some attractions to visit, and tourists can come down to take a walk.

Kuranda is located in a large tropical rainforest, and you can enjoy these trees up close at the transit station. At the second transfer station, you can enjoy the waterfall in the distance. After crossing this river, the cable car is not far from Kuranda Station. When you arrive at Kuranda Station, it is a relatively commercial town with a small area, and it is basically a main street.

Just walk all the time, there are various specialty shops and restaurants on both sides of the street. This is a map of Kuranda. All kinds of shops are very lively, you can visit. Crocodile specimens, Australian accessories and clothing. After lunch, Yunluo and An Chuyun came to the train station and experienced the ancient small train. The train station is still very beautiful.

The train departure time is a fixed location. If you take a one-day tour, the ticket will be written clearly. If you come early, you can go to the lake opposite the train station to take a look. The logo on the train carriage. There are a row of seats in the carriage, which can be seated for 4 people. The windows on both sides can be opened, which feels more upscale than the green-skinned cars in China, haha.

The trains are driving very slowly along the way. Especially when encountering curves, tourists can take photos at any time. The train stops at a temporary station for a few minutes, and tourists can go down to see the scenery on the other side. The railway is 34 kilometers long. From Kuranda Station on the mountain to Freshwater Station at the foot of the mountain, the journey takes about an hour and a half, and passes 15 manually excavated tunnels along the way.

There are 37 bridges, 93 curves, the highest point is 327 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is 5 meters above sea level. The scenery along the way is beautiful and the mountains are dangerous. When we arrived at the freshwater station, the bus that we picked up Yunluo and An Chuyu had already been parked. Yunluo and An Chuyu took a bus back to the city of Cairns. Since we had not eaten Chinese food for many days.

Luo and An Chuyu found a Chinese restaurant recommended in the guide. The taste was similar to that of China and the price was similar, but they were Australian dollars, and a plate of black pepper beef tenderloin was 38 (¥212.8), which was really expensive! Chinese food was no longer here. After experiencing the cable car and train, Yun Luo and An Chuyu's trip to Cairns ended.

Tomorrow, Yunluo and Anchu will fly to the Gold Coast. This morning, Yunluo and Anchu will fly from Cairns to the Gold Coast and take a bus to visit the Fireflies park in the evening. [Sightseeing description] Goldcoast is a Pacific coastal city in Queensland, Australia. It is adjacent to the palace city of Brisbane in the north.

South borders teedheads, New South Wales. For people at home and abroad, the Gold Coast is always full of imagination. Not only new immigrants and tourists love its coastal scenery and forest landscapes, but even wealthy retirees, investors and business people also believe that the Gold Coast is full of charming colors.

The city is now Australia's sixth largest city and an internationally renowned tourist city; it is leading the world in cultural and creative industries, fishing, urban planning, information construction, racing, water sports and biotechnology. The q1 building in the city center is currently the tallest pure residential building in the world (2008).

Up to 322.5 meters. [Itinerary start] On the plane from Cairns to the Gold Coast, you can see the 4th floor of the view through the window. First, there are white clouds, under the white clouds are islands, under the islands are sea, and finally coral reefs on the bottom of the sea. It is recommended to fly from the north to the Gold Coast. It is best to choose to sit on the right side of the plane.

Because the airport on the Gold Coast is in the south of the city, you can see the panoramic view of the Gold Coast when the plane descends! But unfortunately, Yunluo is on Jetstar. If you choose your own seat, you have to pay for it, so you don’t sit in a good position. Now, it’s worth it to add more money! When you arrive at the Gold Coast Airport, Yunluo and Anchuyu took the airport bus to the hotel.

On the Gold Coast Yunluo and An Chu meet Hilton, which is also the best hotel to stay in the entire Australian itinerary. Regarding Hilton, Yunluo will explain in detail in the [Accommodation] section of the [Practical Guide]. After putting your luggage in the hotel, it was already afternoon.

Yunluo and An Chuyu today arranged to set off at 4 pm to watch fireflies. Since there was not much time left, Yunluo and An Chuyu went to the beach to take a walk. This was a very beautiful beach, and the city's tall buildings were not far away. At 4 o'clock, the tour guide drove to pick up Yunluo and An Chuyu to participate in the night watching fireflies.

Fireflies are different from the fireflies that can fly in the usual sense of Yunluo and Anchu. They are a worm that emits blue light and are inhabited only in parts of Australia and New Zealand. The place where you can watch fireflies is in the Natural Broadcasting Area (NaturalB DGE), on the southwest of the Gold Coast, you can drive by yourself or join a tour group.

The tour groups that Yunluo and An Chuyu will have professional tour guides to explain, but they are in English. There are two types of tour groups, one is to bring dinner, and the other is not, which can be chosen as needed. Yunluo and An Chuyu choose to bring dinner, which is not bad, with steak and fried fish. The price is, it is 90 (¥494) without dinner.

Dinner is 110 (¥616). You can check it out in advance on the official website first! Yun Luo and An Chuyu got off in a very dark place on the way to the Natural Bridge Area, turned off the lights, and the tour guide asked everyone to look up at the starry sky. Everyone was instantly amazed. The starry sky and the Milky Way here are so beautiful, and you can still see Scorpio, which can only be observed in the southern hemisphere!
