Chapter Eleven: Daredevil's Past

"Don't take me and yourself too high. Although we have super abilities, we are still mortals with joy, anger, sorrow and happiness. If you think about problems like this, you will live a little easier." Emier silently repeated Matt's words.

He seemed to understand something, but he seemed to have no idea what Matt was talking about.

But when Emire was stunned, Matt had almost sent all the red balls on the table into his bag.

Don't underestimate Matt's skills because he is blind. Just relying on the sound of billiards colliding with the tabletop, as well as the slight vibration of the table, is enough for Matt to grasp the location of all billiards.

Although Matt kept saying that he was just an ordinary person like Emire. After all, he was a Daredevil with a super touch, and his kung fu was not relaxed at all. If it weren't for a little mistake, he would have really been able to finish the game in one shot.

Imil was already stunned, and he was not completely unaware of the snooker movement.

But even though he has become a ghost now, unless he uses Yin power, his billiards level is the level of an amateur audience. How can he compare to a master like Matt who is almost comparable to a professional level?

He looked at the club Matt handed to him, threw it to the side very simply, walked to Matt seriously, and said seriously, "Mr. Matt, why don't we continue to listen to you tell your story..."

"Okay." Seeing that Emire really didn't like this sport, Matt sat down, and he missed: "This is my favorite activity before."

Imil suddenly remembered: "Mr. Matt, your eyes are not born blind, are you?"

Matt shook his head: "Of course not."

When Matt was still very young, he could still see things. Once he went to the dock where his father Jack was located to find his father. The dock was very busy. Matt wandered around the dock for a long time before he found the supervisor in charge.

But what the supervisor said surprised Matt. The supervisor told Matt: "Are you here to find Jack Murdoch? No, he is not here. He has been leaving for several months. You go."

The disappointed Matt had already had some guesses in his heart when he heard the supervisor's words.

Perhaps, what those children who chased and beat him said were not entirely made up. Matt was a little nervous, and the transcript he held in his hand fell to the ground, fell into a pool of water, and was slowly wet and soaked by the accumulated water.

He found his father's place. On the dock, someone was begging for mercy in a remote alley in a trembling voice: "Don't hurt me..."

Jack's voice was no longer as kind as he was at home, and he turned back to the fierce "demon" on the black market ring: "I can do it, I have to do so, you know I have a heavy burden..."

Matt couldn't believe his eyes. He saw Jack viciously put the chubby man who looked unthreatening on the steel pipe. He screamed in a panic: "Dad?"

Jack turned around, but Matt had turned around and ran out. He didn't know where he should go or what to do, but just kept running forward, not stopping.

The dock was filled with chemicals with radioactive substances, and Matt's thin body was drilling between the iron barrels of these chemicals.

He ran tirelessly, feeling very disappointed with his father.

Running all the way, I almost hit the forklift in the factory on the dock. The forklift driver quickly turned the steering wheel, but it was too late. The forklift body forked into a barrel containing chemicals during the turn, and the chemicals splashed on Matt's eyes.

The chemicals burned Matt's visual nerves, and he lost his light from then on. Matt groped and ordered himself a cup of whiskey: "When I woke up, I was already lying on the hospital bed. I had bandages on my eyes, but I knew that it was not helpful."

For some reason, Emier suddenly remembered the feeling of his lower abdomen being pierced by the Sir Longineus gun in his previous life. He also turned black in front of him, and then all the senses stopped working, feeling space or time, as if everything in the world had gone away from him.

Matt said in calm words: "I know, I'm blind. But strangely, my other four senses have been improved, and I can feel the movements that are happening far away, and even I have a sixth sense independent of the five senses."

He said: "My father said sorry to me. We silently promised each other: never give up, be fearless, and stick to the end even if the opportunity is slim. We are two fighters who have made a comeback. I lost my eyesight but have unexpected gains. My remaining senses are as sharp as superman. What's more magical is that my hearing is as sensitive as radar."

Above the hustle and bustle streets of Hell's Kitchen, is the playground that Matt uses to train his abilities, and he works hard to train his body and senses.

The sharp touch gives Matt a sense of strength and balance, he can wander between the entire city, just as he and his father agreed, Matt becomes a fearless boy, while his father returns to the black market arena and becomes an invincible "demon"

Until one day, Faren finally came to Jack and he appeared at the door of the backcourt of the arena: "Long time no see us, Demon Jack."

Jack didn't want to return to Faren's men and become a gangster thug. He shook his head and said, "Ferren, I've long stopped working for you."

But Feiren laughed and said negatively: "No, you have been there. Do you really think you won the boxing match by strength? You are already 42 years old. Mitt, Mike, Bandis, are all boxers under my name, just like you..."

He walked up to Jack with a smile and pointed at him: "Now, it's your turn, it's your turn."

Feren threatened, "For your lovely son, I believe you won't do stupid things, Jack."

After asking for a cup of juice for Imil, Matt and Imil clinked glasses and said regretfully: "Maybe if I hadn't gone to the stadium to cheer for my father that day, things wouldn't be so bad."

Imil knew what Matt meant. He remembered that when Matt was practicing his body in the movie, he did not give up his studies. He was admitted to Columbia University with excellent grades and studied law.

His father had to play boxing for Faren for life. That night, Matt went to visit his father, so Jack won the game despite the orders of the gangsters asking him to fight fake punches. The boxing game was won, but Jack paid the price of his life for it and was killed by the gang after the game.
