Chapter 80 Ming block edition "Flower Collection"
Although many Qing Dynasty printed books are now classified as rare books, most of those Qing Dynasty printed books are official printed books before Qianlong. If a home printed books during the Guangxu period want to be included in the ranks of rare books, it will be almost the same if they wait for another hundred years.
That's right, Yang Jing has already identified this book with a ring, and it is indeed a master-engraved book during the Guangxu period. Of course, the ring also gives a definite answer, that is, Liu Zheng and Liu Shiqi were indeed from the Kangxi period.
For such a store owner who plays tricks, Yang Jing certainly had to lower the price and directly offered a price of 1,000 yuan.
Yang Jing exposed the shop owner's trick on the spot. Can he have any other way to refute it?
Obviously there is no more.
Moreover, the price given by Yang Jing is not high or low, which is just stuck to the price of this late Qing Dynasty print book, which is basically the most suitable value for this kind of book at present.
The store owner obviously also realized that Yang Jing was an expert, otherwise he would not have seen the tricks in this book at a glance, and he would have said the price of the book now.
However, the boss still said with a fighting spirit: "Brother, the price you gave is really a little lower, why don't you give it a little more?"
Yang Jing shook his head slightly and said, "It can't rise anymore. This book is now at this price. And the Qing engraving version is not an official engraving version before Qianlong, otherwise it would not have risen sharply in recent years. I can only buy it for collection."
If it weren't for the fact that this book contained some treasures, Yang Jing wouldn't bother talking nonsense to the store owner.
Seeing that Yang Jing was determined, the store owner was also hesitant.
"Boss, why not do this? I will read a few more books. If there is a suitable one, I will take them away."
Hearing Yang Jing say this, the boss nodded reluctantly. Then he took out a few books for Yang Jing.
After Yang Jing looked through it, he found that these books were all Qing versions, which were not as good as the "Ancient Talks" just now. At least the "Ancient Talks" just now was still a printed book, but these books were printed in movable type. One of them was a hand-written version, but none of them was as good as the "Ancient Talks" just now.
This situation made Yang Jing sigh involuntarily: "There are really fewer and fewer good things now."
In fact, there is no way to do this. If it were decades before, the antique market in Tianqu City was still very prosperous. At that time, there was no professional antique city like Grand Canal Antique City and Dongzi Cultural Street Antique City. However, every time Yandiankou Antique City opened the market, it would attract a large number of antique enthusiasts.
Even people from Hebei Province and Shanxi Province would come. As the antique market popularity in X County and Langfang City of Hebei Province gradually faded, the Yandiankou Antique City in Tianqu gradually became the most popular antique city at the junction of Hebei and Shandong, because at that time those Taobao players were often able to find some good items in the Yandiankou Antique City.
However, with the relocation of Yandiankou Antique City and the rise of Grand Canal Antique City, fewer and fewer old items on the market that can be worthy of operation. Until now, the shop owner even regards Qing versions of books as a precious collection...
Yang Jing really had no desire to take action in those books, so he pointed to the last book and said, "Please take that book over and let me see it."
The shop owner nodded and said while holding the book out, "Little brother, this book is different from the previous books. This book is a serious Ming version of the book, and it is also one of my treasures in the store."
This book is the famous "Huajian Ji".
Yang Jing looked at the book and smiled and said, "Boss, if your book is really a Ming version, that's really good."
"Of course it's the Ming version of the book, I can assure you this."
Yang Jing nodded without comment, and then focused on this book.
This is the seventh volume of "Huajian Ji". It looks very old and it is not very well preserved. It can barely achieve the seventh grade.
"Huajian Collection" has a high status in the history of literature in my country. It is a collection of lyrics compiled in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms periods in my country. It is also the first collection of literati poems in the history of literature in my country. It was edited by Zhao Chongzuo, a native of Later Shu, and has a total of ten volumes.
"Huajian Ji" contains 500 poems by 18 poets including Wen Tingyun, Huangfu Song, Wei Zhuang, Xue Zhaoyun, Niu Qiao, Zhang Mi, Mao Wenxi, Niu Xiji, Ouyang Jiong, He Ning, Gu Hong, Sun Guangxian, Wei Chengban, Lu Qian, Yan Xuan, Yin E, Mao Xizhen, Li Xun, etc., from the first year of Kaicheng of Emperor Wenzong of Tang Dynasty to the fifth year of Emperor Gaozu of Later Jin Dynasty. It concentrates and typically reflects the main orientation, aesthetic taste, physical style and artistic achievements of literati lyrics in the history of early Chinese Ci, and truly reflects the overall picture of the transformation of early lyrics from folk state to literati creation and development process.
Moreover, Huajian Ci regulated the literary genre and aesthetic characteristics of "ci", and ultimately established the literary status of "ci", and had a profound impact on the creation of poets of Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.
In the Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties, there were a large number of literati who wrote their own versions of "Huajian Ji", and many official editions of the dynasties also appeared, which was a set of books that were widely circulated.
In the Ming Dynasty, there were many inner-provincial versions of "Huajian Ji", namely royal printed books, and of course, home-printed books and wooden printed books are indispensable. Just like the Song version of "Huajian Ji" reprinted by Lu Yuan from Suzhou, a set of ten volumes, which was sold at the 2014 Jiade Spring Auction at the Jiade Spring Auction, with an average auction price of 64,000 yuan.
Of course, although the Ming version of the book is not as valuable as the Song version of the book, even the most ordinary Ming version of the book is priced at a price of several thousand yuan. If you catch up with the Ming version of the book that can be included in the category of precious ancient books, it would be easy to exceed 50,000 yuan per volume.
This book is obviously not the Song version of "Huajian Ji" reprinted by Lu Yuan, but when Yang Jing opened it, he couldn't help but feel excited.
This book is also a Ming engraving, but it is obviously not an official engraving, but should belong to a home engraving or a wooden engraving. It is obviously a Ming engraving book that reprints the Northern Song Dynasty engravings. This can be clearly distinguished from the structure and layout of the book.
The seventh volume of "Huajian Ji" mainly contains two poems by masters, namely the poems of Gu Hong and Sun Guangxian. There are 50 poems in the whole book, including 37 poems by Gu Hong and thirteen poems by Sun Guangxian.
The first poem of the opening is Gu Hong's "Huanxisha".
"The spring scenery is charming and hateful, but it is worth not to return home. The fine breeze reveals the pear blossoms.
There are lovely swallows outside the curtain, there is no power in front of the threshold, and the green willows are slanting, and the small screen dreams are wildly at the end of the world."
Although it is not an official engraving book, the printed book is quite good, and this version is in a relatively rare thin gold style version, which makes Yang Jing even more interested.
Generally speaking, the stereotypes in the early Northern Song Dynasty mostly used the Ou style, with thin, strong and slender characters, and later gradually became the Yan style, which was majestic and simple; while in the Southern Song Dynasty, most of the engraved versions used the Liu style. This reflects the different aesthetics of different eras.
It can be used as a printed version of the thin gold body, which is rare even in the entire Song Dynasty. Most of the thin gold body engravings that have been circulated to the present are in the hands of museums or large collectors. It is extremely rare to see a reprint of the Song version of the thin gold body Ming engraving here.
After turning a few pages, Yang Jing was able to confirm that this book was indeed an epic, but after turning a few pages, his face changed slightly...
