Everyone knows that the transformation of the Three Pure One Qi into the Three Pure Ones is always the story. If one of the Three Pure Ones comes to us, we will definitely mistakenly recognize it as an ordinary person. The supreme person is just a normal person and can see the way of Master from the ordinary, which is an infinite blessing for an ordinary person. Therefore, practitioners should first turn the boat of life into the temple in daily life, realize the transformation of all things into the opportunity of Tao, treat sentient beings like a teacher, seeking the truth in formlessness. The master always says: The teacher is not a teacher, but everyone is a teacher. What he says and preaches are also dissolved in the Tao, and this is the truth. Whoever promises to say that he is a teacher can only be a lesson for me, not the real person that Lao Tzu said.

The principles created by the ancient saints can be applied, but the thinking methods of the past cannot be directly quoted. Because any kind of ideological achievements is timely. Therefore, it is not appropriate to say that the cultivation methods created by the ancients, especially the cultivation methods of alchemy, are inappropriate in modern society.

Looking at the qigong boom in China over the past decade, although there are hundreds of flowers blooming and hundreds of schools of thought, among the many practices, there are many new methods of alchemy practice that the immortals and saints have strictly innovated according to the requirements of the times.

We know that Tao not only transforms all things, but also transcends time and space, including all things. All opportunities for our human survival are given by Tao. Therefore, if we, as practitioners, do not feel and grasp the potential mysterious opportunities in it from the slight changes we see, we will undoubtedly lose the opportunity to enlightenment again and again.

The soul comes from nothingness. If it is not practiced to return to nothingness intact, then the soul of an ordinary person will be gradually consumed in the corresponding face formed by the consciousness spirit until it is exhausted and leads to the collapse of the overall regulation of the human being - the arrival of death. Because the soul of a human being is the summary of the regulation function of the cerebral cortex.

People who have practiced the soul specially have different situations. People who practiced the soul have achieved prosperity when the soul is strong, or through various cultivation methods, and use the characteristics of where they come from and where they go, and send them back to the void again. Of course, the void mentioned here refers to physical spaces that exceed three dimensions. After more than ten years of publicity of the qigong boom, various qigong documents have disclosed various experiences of people practicing the soul to leave their bodies. This experience is completely different from illusion.

Of course, some people will argue its hallucination from various angles. This is just like everything has yin and yang. Some people believe and are willing to experiment with it personally, and some people insist on opposing and holding people's subjective consciousness until the end. Those who end up can only speak after the end. After death, the only Yin spirit in the human body is left to record various signals from humans. Since the human body and consciousness no longer interfere with Yin spirit, the Yin spirit returns from the human body to the void and receives the nourishment of positive substances (the external body is yang), the various recording signals stored on the Yin spirit will be allocated (the interference was great during the lifetime, and it is difficult for people who do reversely to do so). This kind of casting is like playing a movie. The shots that can be released or the same thoughts for the future, and maybe it is a process at that time and local.

As the essence of Taoist culture, I think it is not only a variety of explanations of the principles of Tao, but it is a part that can be seen and identifiable, and it belongs to Yang; the main thing is a part of Yin, which is a practice process including technical inheritance. All things carry Yin and embrace Yang, and what we can embrace is the principle of Tao. No one can guarantee that we can attain Tao by talking about the books of the previous sages. Because the practice process itself is also constructed by Yin and Yang, the oral teaching of the master who first practices Tao is the basis of Yin; the grasp of the process of our own cultivation is obviously easy to know as Yang. Therefore, if we follow a path of practice that is opposite to the image of all things, understand the truth but do not stick to the truth, and re-cultivate but mainly rely on the teacher's guidance, then our technicality may be sure.

When you understand Tao, before you have thoroughly understood, you cannot be separated from the explanation of the truth, and the result of the explanation may be to lead you into the Yin. Because the original heart of a person is contrary to the way. After enlightenment, all reasonings have their flaws. "Saying" cannot be empty, and "Saying" can only enter the tangible. The tangible preaching is like a raft that passes people across the river. If you get on a raft, you do not mean you will reach the destination. This raft is abandoned and this person can surpass the other side. If you blindly ride a raft and keep it but do not abandon it, you will eventually be unable to withstand the coming of wind and waves and turn profits into harms.

When it comes to the technical possibility of cultivating the primordial spirit, the main basis is that the human body itself is a harmonious small universe open and huge system. The human body itself has complete yin and yang, and the five elements are mutually generated. The only factor that can break this harmony is the human heart, and the only thing that can promote this harmony and sublimation is also the human heart. This is just as the ancients said: "The original nature of Buddha is cultivated together, and the delusion of enlightenment is not bound by the order of enlightenment." "If you understand, you will become a Buddha in an instant, and if you are confused, you will flow all kalpas." People themselves have Buddha nature, but the consciousness mind is dirty, and the clear mirror is hidden. Those who see the nature should start from the consciousness mind.

This harmony and sublimation is to use the essence of the open system that the human body possesses - the gods, to open up and maintain it through certain methods to open up and maintain the great universe - there is a permanent channel between the world - the formation of outer elixirs. This channel provides the human body with an energy supply. Compared with ordinary people, those who practice the channel will obtain an inexhaustible source. Of course, the "take" and "use" mentioned here are not what the original mind does, but the governance of "inaction" as the sage calls it. The treatment is the tangible side of the entire human body. The natural "fasting" that appears among modern practitioners illustrates this problem.

People naturally don’t want to eat during their practice, but their spirits are getting better and better, and the time can last for several years. It has been confirmed by scientific experiments that they can survive without eating. This phenomenon of not eating is not medically explained. Because medicine is a closed analysis of the ins and outs of human energy. The result of "fasting" is open. People can open up channels for food and directly obtain energy from the universe.

Of course, there is an essential difference between artificial "fasting" and natural state "fasting". Although the latter seems passive, its essence is active, because the leading one is the role of the self-subconscious mind - the God; the former seems active, but the essence easily leads people to go to the passive side. Because the human heart cannot be fully aware of the state of the entire body and its needs, and ignoring one and the other is the beginning of passiveness. "Inaction" to control the tangible side of the human body is a cultivation method advocated by the ancients.
