This is just the first step to occupy Kazakhstan. Stalin was not arrogant enough. After defeating the Russian army, Kazakhstan would raise his hand to surrender. Even Kazakhstan was under Russian rule. After so many years, Kazakhstan did not completely surrender. The local aristocrats and national forces were quite strong. According to the memories of Kazakh soldiers, these Kazakhstan's national forces were mainly concentrated in Nogai, Kyrgyzstan, Karakalipak and other places.

Because they must first deal with the Russian army, not Kazakhstan, after defeating the Russian garrison, the Bolshevik army will turn from secret to light, which is also the biggest disadvantage. However, this is not without advantages. More than 5,000 Kazakh soldiers and nearly 3,000 Kazakh Bolshevik Party members all shoulder different tasks and will be divided into at least 300 small teams, each with about 30 people, and cannot deal with established armed personnel. However, the task of these people is not an armed struggle. They are propaganda, publicizing the Bolshevik policies and prospects to the lower-level people, and inspiring the people to join the Bolshevik Party, or even launching an armed revolution and overthrow the reactionary regime.

Armed struggle is not the tradition of the Bolsheviks for the time being, but propaganda and offensive have always been the strength of the Bolsheviks. As long as there are enough personnel to promote, there are only more than 8 million people in Kazakhstan. As long as more than 70% of them are added to the Bolsheviks, the rest can be attacked, and they will not be defeated like the revolution, and can be sent to China to be a coolie.

Nearly 10,000 people can leave horses and most of them can ride horses from Central Asia. The rest can be taken to the area at most. Compared with the speed of less than 40 kilometers per day, horse riding can ensure a speed of at least 200-300 kilometers a day. This can quickly reach the target area. While promoting it, it can also be regarded as a good front station for the Bolsheviks.

On the first day of entering, these propaganda personnel had just left and there was no intelligence feedback. They were mainly discussing the matter of Orenburg.
