As mentioned earlier, meditation is the basis of the Nine Dragons Technique. All Taoist Techniques begin with meditation. It is not just a process of collecting the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. Its essence is a process of gradually deepening the understanding of "Tao" in meditation and the nourishment of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. It is also a process of building one's own Taoist mind. Although there is no fixed posture requirement, it is still very strict about the flow of breath. If some foundation is wrong, it will be extremely harmful to future practice and even to the body.

Some people suspect that sitting cross-legged in meditation not only hinders the health of the human body, but also causes illness due to the compression of the blood vessels of both feet, so after sitting for a long time, there will be soreness and numbness. This is a misunderstanding. In fact, the health of the human body has a great relationship with the legs and feet. In ancient China, Taoist medical theory believed that "essence is born from the soles of the feet", which is not easy. A person's health and longevity are absolutely related to both legs and feet. Therefore, babies and children are active on both feet. Once middle age, they gradually feel weak below the waist and feet, and like to sit cross-legged or cross feet. A person's aging and death often starts from the feet and legs and gradually moves to the torso and head. Sit cross-legged in meditation and feels soreness and numbness of the feet and legs, which shows that the nerves and blood vessels of the feet and legs are not smooth, proving that your health has potential problems. So let go of the feet and wait for the soreness and numbness after the soreness and numbness, there are never experienced ones.

Pleasure. If you persist, you can sit until the qi and blood flow of your feet and legs, ensuring that your feet and legs will have incomparable pleasure, and you will not want to get off the seat and loosen your legs. Secondly, you must understand that the human body is like a plant. A tree has its roots twisted under the soil; it can only grow lush with sunlight, air, water, and soil nutrients. What about human beings! But contrary to plants, its roots are in the head, and its soil is empty. The two feet of the human body are like branches of ginseng, so curling the two feet is equivalent to curling a ginseng or pine branches into knots, so that its growth ability will not be dispersed to the outside; returning to the root and cultivating its origin, so that it can be more robust. Therefore, folding the feet and knees not only does not harm the health of the human body, but also starting from appropriate practice, is absolutely beneficial and harmless for health and longevity.

At this moment, my grandfather helped Jin Meng to open the Du meridian, and it was only a short time to get a shot. But just this shot also required great perseverance and wisdom. On the one hand, Wen Yang was talented and beyond ordinary people, and on the other hand, he had secret help from his master and grandfather, otherwise he would have done a lot of extra work.

Although Jin Meng is gentle and intelligent, she is a little girl after all. Many women's perspectives and thinking are different from men. There is no difference between high and low, only angles. Wen Yang stood next to Jin Meng, just like his grandfather back then, gently protecting Jin Meng. This time, Wen Yang did not draw talismans on the wall, nor did he set up a formation on the ground. He just used a soundproof talisman to keep the whole house quiet and the sign that says "Don't Disturb" was hung outside the door. At this time, if someone really gave pizza, it was probably that Jin Meng would be obsessed.

After everything was done, Wen Yang gently sat next to Jin Meng, closed his eyes, breathed quietly, and silently protected the Dharma for his beloved.

Jin Meng and Wen Yang said that she was very afraid of meditation. She always felt that there were too many uncertainties during the meditation process, and there were always too many things that surged into her heart, especially since her father's life and death were uncertain since childhood. This actually had a very bad impact on Jin Meng's state of mind. Therefore, every time she meditated, she would always have countless demons coming out. Relying on Jin Meng's firm mind, she had great fortune, at least she turned bad luck into good fortune and became auspicious when she was in trouble, otherwise she would not be able to see Jin Meng now.

But over time, Jin Meng felt deeply afraid of meditation from the bottom of her heart. Even Wen Yang didn't know much about this.

Looking at his lover, although he was sitting quietly, his face was still filled with fear, and Wen Yang's heart was basically in pain. He cleared his throat, took a breath, and lifted the breath of his dantian to his throat, and preached to Jin Meng with a loud voice.

"Jin Meng, I tell you, in fact, it is not difficult to sit in meditation, but it is not easy to use your heart. Generally, people who study meditation, seven out of ten are for health and longevity; two out of ten are for curiosity and seek mystery, or want to reach supernatural powers, such as light, foresight, etc.; one out of ten are for seeking the Tao; and truly understand what the Tao is and what the Tao is to realize the Tao is, it is almost rare to get one.

But when we practice, we focus on the unity of man and nature, and the upper body of the heavenly mind is the most difficult path. I guess this life is already destined to continue on this road. I hope you can accompany me and need you by my side~!!!Baby, come on!!!”

After Wen Yang said this, Jin Meng's expression was obviously a little relaxed. It should be the early stage of the inner demon, and was suppressed by Wen Yang's words, but soon, a hint of confusion appeared on Jin Meng's face, which slightly closed her eyes.

Wen Yang knew that this was because Jin Meng had just suppressed the inner demon and felt empty in her heart. Because she had not systematically learned Maoshan Technique for a long time, this confusion has been around for a long time. Wen Yang knew that if Jin Meng could survive, she had to take advantage of this and deeply imprint these into Jin Meng's mind.

Wen Yang continued to say in that thick voice: "When meditating, you must be attentive, so how to use your heart? First of all, you need to understand the purpose of learning meditation, so that you can discuss how to start and how to use your heart. Among the Buddhist methods, the most popular ones are now chanting Buddha's name, practicing meditation, observing the mind, and meditation. As for those who believe in Tantric Buddhism, they use chanting mantras and visualization as legitimate methods of mind. Each person holds one end and despise the rest. However, among the Buddhist methods of mind, except for some of the Tantric Buddhism that are passed down from Tibet, they do attach importance to it.

Based on "cultivating the mind", people do not pay much attention to physical changes in the body, and believe that those who value physical changes in the body are heretics, and even say that they are sneering and disdainful of being close to each other. However, in our Taoist methods, they pay extreme attention to physical changes in the body. They even believe that due to the method of meditation and practice, the physical effect of the body can be achieved, the Ren and Du meridians are opened, and the eight extraordinary meridians are opened, to restore health, and increase lifespan are the real effect of the Tao. If, like Buddhism, only know "cultivating the mind" but not the wonderful physical nature of the body, they will not

Therefore, Taoists believe that the Buddhist practice of "cultivating nature" but not "cultivating life" is not complete. Therefore, Taoists advocate "dual cultivation of nature and life" is the right way. And they say: "Only cultivating life and not nature is the first disease of practice. Only cultivating ancestors' nature and not pills (life merit), it will be difficult for the saints to become a saint for thousands of kalpas." Even citing the concepts of the "Book of Changes" and the general purpose of the "Doing the Mean". Determining "exploring the truth, exercising nature, and even the supreme principle. In fact, whether it is Buddhism or Taoism, or even other sects and sects, the so-called side-door paths, unless it is not carefully considered

There is nothing to say when practicing meditation. If you enter the method of meditation practice, let me ask: Apart from this physiological body and perceived and emotional psychological thinking state, is there any other way to practice without the body and mind? Assuming that there is, it is to engage in material science research, or focus specifically on medicine, medicinal chemistry, physiological chemistry, etc. It is completely different from the method of practicing life in life. One is to verify the metaphysical way through the free function of one's own life; the other is to understand the mysteries of cosmic physics through the experiment of external objects.

When we practice Taoism, we must first clarify our goals. Without goals, what else can we talk about diligence?"

Wen Yang's long passage was like a sweet spring flowing into Jin Meng's heart. Although it could not be expressed now, the expression on Jin Meng's face was relaxed. Obviously, this level had passed smoothly.

Wen Yang breathed a light tone, but he immediately raised it up again. During the journey of practice, many masters and seniors died in small meditation and training. So Wen Yang was not careless at all.

Jin Meng sat there quietly. Every time she meditated, it was a process. After she became a little more sensible, countless fathers had experienced various deaths, tests, and criminal law scenes. Every time, Jin Meng had to run over to save her father, but every time she tried her best to tell herself that this was not true. This father was fake, a devil, and a devil who came to devour him, so she tried her best to resist and stay away. But as time deepened, Jin Meng felt that her resistance became weaker and weaker. Jin Meng often thought, maybe... maybe one day, she would finally go with him.

But Wen Yang's words were like a timely help. A wake-up call was completely ringing in Jin Meng's heart. Jin Meng was already confused and even quickly woke up, and hugged Yuan Shouyi, and immediately condensed his mind again.

Later, the methods that Yang talked about were indeed very useful to her. Every sentence seemed to be a golden saying that guided her forward.

Just then, Wen Yang's voice sounded outside again.
