Chapter 17: The Heart Period of Refining and Transforming Qi
Chapter 17: The Heart-warming Period of Refining Essence and Transforming Qi (This chapter is free)
That night, because a classmate suddenly discovered a clear spring, the bonfire party was held as usual. I didn’t like the excitement, so I lied that my physical strength had not recovered yet and wanted to rest early.
The classmates outside sang and danced happily, but I was thinking about the issue of practicing Taoism in the tent.
In recent days, I have found that my vital energy in my body has become liquid, which means that my external medicine is about to be refined and I will move to the stage of refining internal medicine.
Refining essence into qi is also called "Hundred Days Pass" in the practice of Taoism, which is a metaphor for success in a hundred days. Of course, it is just a metaphor. I have completed the foundation building, and it took me more than half a month to refining essence into qi. I have to successfully complete the stage of refining essence into qi in a hundred days? That is impossible. After practicing Taoism, I never dream.
During this period, through reading and sorting a large number of books related to Taoism, I also understood what the so-called refining essence into qi is. In Taoist internal alchemy practice, refining essence into qi is a very critical focus. The early refining of the foundation of the Taoist self is only to repair the shortcomings of the essence, qi and spirit of the Three Jewels. The supplemented three Jewels are also called medicine, also called the Three Complete Ones.
Essence, qi, and spirit also have different names at different stages of refining essence into qi.
For example, the meridians in my body are now open, and the essence, qi, and spirit are activated. The source is clear and the essence is full. The small Zhoutian fire is up to the Sheniwan and down to the Chongst floor, passing Huangting and entering the Dantian. In this way, practicing hundreds of times is repeated each time. At this stage, turning outside and inside is called collecting external medicines, which means refining external medicines with the spirit to prepare for the generation of internal medicines. External medicines are actually commonly known as the Yuanqi.
Now my level of cultivation can be said to have completed the collection of external medicines, that is, I have completed the stage of refining essence into qi. Next, I will work hard towards the stage of transforming essence into qi.
When my cultivation process was to bring the vital energy of heaven and earth into the body and transform it into its own external medicine, it was completely completed with the help of the Xuanhuang Banner. Last time I left the Xuanhuang Banner and directly lured the qi into my body, the violent vital energy between heaven and earth almost made me lose my soul. I think that I can practice Taoism entirely because of the existence of the Xuanhuang Banner.
As for why the Xuanhuang Banner can refine the external energy and be picked up by me, I have not figured it out yet. Maybe I will understand the reason after I will understand the mysterious picture and text of the Xuanhuang Banner in the future.
So, I was wondering how to use external medicine to become internal medicine, and then combine internal medicine to combine dragon and tiger to complete the cultivation of qi transformation?
In the past, I thought that the Qi in the refining essence into qi was the true Qi in martial arts films on TV. When I started practicing Taoism, I knew that the two were not the same thing at all. During the process of practicing Taoism, the Qi in the refining essence into qi was the legendary real golden elixir, which is the so-called great medicine for practicing Taoism.
The so-called transformation is the process of essence, energy, and spirit being refined into two and two being refined into one. They are always smooth, and they become human beings, and they become immortals when they are reversed. The transformation process is the process of reverse.
If the stages of refining essence into qi are independent, then:
The first stage is to (refining oneself) to replenish essence, qi, and spirit;
The second stage is to (build the foundation) and open up all the meridians;
The third stage is to (induce qi into the body) and refine external medicine with spirit.
The so-called external medicines become internal medicines, not external medicines are refined into internal medicines. External medicines are used to eliminate life, but external medicines are used to rob nature to restore the innate essence. However, internal medicines are used to understand nature, and the mind is the basis of the spirit. Therefore, the formation of internal medicines is refined by the mind. In the process of external medicines becoming internal medicines, refining the heart is extremely important. This process is the fourth stage of refining essence into qi (heart-moving period).
The fifth stage is the production of internal medicine (Caring Pill).
The last process is to condense internal and external medicines into great medicines (golden elixirs). Only by completing this step can we only truly complete the entire process of refining essence into qi.
After filtering through the entire process of my cultivation, I also felt at ease. I understood that I was about to enter the heart-warming period and focus on cultivating my mind.
After looking at the time, I didn't expect that after thinking this way, I thought for more than an hour. The classmates outside were still having a lively carnival. I walked out of the tent, away from the lively crowd by the bonfire, found a big rock alone, sat down on it, blew the cool breeze, took out the bird, and started to daze, thinking nothing, and just kept dazed.
I don’t know how long it took, but a soft and clear voice brought me back to reality. When I looked back, it was Zhang Yu. Although he was far away from the bonfire, I could see that her face turned slightly red.
"Are you looking for me?" I asked Zhang Yu softly. At this time, I was very calm. Her appearance did not give me any slight changes in my heart.
"I have something to ask you." The voice was a little louder, and Zhang Yu seemed to have gathered up courage, staring at me with bright eyes. I saw hesitation and hope inside.
The birds in my hand yelled a few times. The breeze brought the refreshing air in the canyon at night to drive Zhang Yu's cute bangs and also to blow my heart.
Oh, am I entering a heart-warming period? Haha.
It seems to be over. Is it the wind that blew my heart? Or did she tug my heart? Or did I really enter the heart-warming period.
After entering the heart-to-heart period, will your heart stop moving?
Sweat! This Zhang Yu, this breeze, is either her or it makes me moved.
I looked at the bird in my hand, and my heart moved for a while and then moved to the bird. Oh, the bird's light green fur seemed to deepen a little!
"Zhang Santong, have you heard what I said?"
Oh, when I looked up and saw Zhang Yu's aggrieved look, my eyes blinked and the stars blinked, and I felt soft, huh? I don't know if I was moved by my heart?... I quickly stopped my random thoughts and replied, "Yeah, I heard it, what do you want to ask? I know the address and the astronomy below, I don't know anything!"
Haha! Zhang Yu smiled and showed two cute dimples. Seeing my heart beat, why did my heart beat again? My heart was either moving or soft, it seemed that cultivating my mind was really an urgent task!
Zhang Yu asked me: "I want to ask you, do you have the Three Qing Temples in your hometown?"
"No? Why do you ask this?" I asked curiously. Suddenly, my heart moved again. I remembered that the love letter I wrote to her mentioned the Sanqing Temple. I started to feel a little panic again and sweat! I was panic again. Is this considered heartbeat?
Oh my God! When the heartbeat period comes, my heart either beats or is soft or moves or panicks? So strange!
Should I answer her question directly or avoid it? After thinking about it, avoiding it is against my will. Then why should I cultivate my mind? Face it, young man, I cheer myself up. Looking at Zhang Yu, I smiled slightly and said directly: "That letter was written by me, and I gave it to you."
The beautiful classmate Zhang Yu opened and closed his mouth with cute little mouths, blinked his eyes a few times, and suddenly said, "It's you?"
When she said this, I could see from her eyes that there was disappointment, surprise and excitement. What else can I see? Haha!
At this moment, my heart seemed to stop beating again.
Heart, heart! It seems that I want to cultivate my mind quickly, and lose weight without food!
