Chapter 41: I have a room(1/2)

After eating cold drinks, Yu Fang and Lin Miao returned nothing.

After taking the luggage, the two of them walked home a little heavy.

Halfway through, someone shouted, "Yu Fang, are you off work?"

Yu Fang smiled in a blink of an eye.

"Aunt Liu, I've gone for a walk."

"Where is it? I went to Xiaojin Street and went to buy some vegetables by the way," Liu Ling turned the vegetable basket on her arm.

Yu Fang opened her mouth slightly and nodded.

I remembered that Liu Ling had a house there.

It was her deceased wife who originally wanted to make a wedding room for Cheng Yi, but later, something happened and Cheng Cheng passed away again, so Cheng Yi lived back and stayed with his mother.

The house was rented out.

Yu Fang's mind changed and she smiled.

"What, is it about that house?"

Liu Ling nodded and said, "Isn't that? The couple who originally lived there had an urgent matter in their hometown. The old man was sick and might not have come back in the past two years."

Liu Ling tskated, "That girl was so anxious that she exchanged all her small shop for cheap."

"I looked at her and was very pitiful, so I returned the deposit to her."

Yu Fang laughed.

Lin Miao blinked.

It should be for a couple to live in. The place should not be big, enough for her and her mother to live in.

Moreover, she remembered that she seemed to have passed by Xiaoxing Street just now.

There is less than a thousand meters away from the school.

"Aunt Liu, will you still rent your house?"

Yu Fang asked with a smile.

"Rent, it's empty."

"There is still close to university there, so there is no need to worry about no one renting it."

"That's right," Yu Fang smiled and said, "You have good floors and lights, so you really don't have to worry about it."

Liu Ling squinted her eyes and smiled.

"That's right? When my old man Cheng divided the house, I had a good time to see it. I just like this one of those houses."

"It's also luck, I gave this room to me."

Yu Fang hehe.

How could Professor Cheng’s status in university be incorrect?

"That's right. I want to rent a house here, so it's better to get some away from the school."

"It just so happens that you have it here, or you can rent it to me."

Yu Fang said: "Don't worry, the rent is not bad at all."

"Then the relationship is good," Liu Ling laughed.

"I just don't know who you rented it for?"

"Or you couple want to move out?"

"No," Yu Fang hurriedly denied.

My mother-in-law is so colorful that if she hears this, she will start immediately.

"It's Miaomiao and my second sister."

Yu Fang said: "You also know that the home is just such a big place and you can't live in too many places."

Liu Ling smiled in understanding.

Lin Jian is the old son and the treasure in the palm of the old couple.

As long as Lin Jian and Yu Fang have not divided the houses, they will not agree to let them move out.

Yu Fang also smiled.

Some words can only be understood but not spoken.

"Okay," Liu Ling said: "The couple over there are packing up their things and will almost leave tomorrow or the day after tomorrow."

"I'll tell you if I'll pack it up."

"Okay," Yu Fang agreed with a smile and asked, "How much is it?"

"It's all from neighbors, so what's the money?"

Liu Ling waved her hand with a smile.

If it were someone else, she would definitely accept it.

Regarding Lin Jie, she was in the yard and more or less listened to Han Chunni's words.

In this world, there is no time for trouble, especially the child who is still the one she has grown up, so she can help you if you can.

Liu Ling smiled and left in the basket.

Yu Fang smiled at Lin Miao.

"Okay, it's resolved."

Lin Miao curled the corner of her mouth and said, "Auntie, how much does it cost per month to rent a base house?"

"It's fifteen or twenty," Yu Fang was a little unsure, "I'll ask you Aunt Sun tomorrow."

Lin Miao nodded.

She took a secret glance just now.

The group Gao Miao gave her was full of ten yuan, and paying the rent and short-term life should be enough.

The two returned home immediately.

As soon as I entered the door, I saw Han Chunni pulling weeds in the yard.

Seeing Lin Miao, she squinted her eyes and said angrily: "Are you so big girl, can you even take a car? You still have to pick her up."

Lin Miao pursed her lips and looked down at her toes.

Yu Fang smiled.

"I haven't seen my sister-in-law for a long time. I want to go and take a look at Yanyan by the way."

She said, "Yanyan asked me to bring you a message and said he missed you and dad, but he was in summer class and couldn't see you."

"What's going on?"

When Han Chunni heard this, she didn't care about criticizing her and hurriedly said, "Aren't you all finished the exam? What kind of cram school are you going to?"

"It's hot weather, don't make your child tired."

Yu Fang smiled loudly.

Han Chunni patted the soil on her hands and said, "Pull out the grass."

Yu Fang agreed and put down her bag.

"I didn't say anything about you," Han Chunni shook Yu Fang.

"Are you able to do this now?"

"She doesn't have any hands here and can't carry it by herself!"

Han Chunni entered the house with her feet twitched.

Yu Fang quietly signaled Lin Miao, took the bag to the corner of the door and put it down.

Lin Miao looked at the white shoes on her feet, then looked at the ground that had just been watered, pursed her lips and stepped in.

Walking around the field, Linzhai threw the unplugged grass aside.

Those things were about to wait until they were dried, cut into pieces, and fermented with Han Chunni from somewhere, and then poured into the ground.

Lin Miao stood on the edge of the ground, rubbed the mud from the soles of her feet, stomped her feet a few times, and took her luggage in.

"Madam, I'm done," she wandered around the hall and then went to the corridor.

Han Chunni came out of the kitchen and glanced at the mud marks and dirt on the ground.

"You," she trembled her fingers, "I won't stop here yet.

Lin Miao stood still, looking inexplicably.

"Take off your shoes," Han Chunni almost screamed.
