Chapter 3 General, Lion, Hyena

The wasteland is very large, with many trees and lush weeds. It seems that many animals live here.

Judging from the geographical knowledge that Tang Han has mastered, this place should be a temperate grassland area. The trees you see are not tall, and there are many shrubs growing in as many as possible between the trees.

Tang Han looked around and saw a towering mountain peak at the farthest point he could see.

Tang Han really wanted to climb up to the mountain and take a look. Standing high and looking far, you can see the surrounding terrain at a glance when standing on the top of the mountain.

Although from his current perspective, there was an endless jungle and wasteland in front of him, no one knew whether this was a continent or a huge island.

It is unknown whether there are other humans living in this place.

I don't know what kind of pattern this world is.

Tang Han is now equivalent to this world, like a newly born jungle tiger. Although he may become the king of the jungle in the future, he must be careful and excited when he is weak, and start exploring this world carefully little by little.

Tang Han used a horizontal knife to chop the thorny branches blocking the road in front of him, and moved forward little by little.

Finally, he saw a group of huge bisons leisurely chewing on the grass on the ground.

Next to the bison is a group of animals that look like antelope are also foraging for food, and both sides do not interfere with each other.

Tang Han looked around again and found a group of lions resting not far from the herd of bison.

After continuing to search, Tang Han even found a group of hyenas protruding their heads.

They wandered not far from the buffalo herd, as if they were a little afraid of the lions beside them.

These scenes made Tang Han feel like he came to the African grassland.

This is an animal paradise.

Tang Han was about 500 meters away from his fortress at this time. He looked back at the fortress. The fortress that was quite majestic when standing in front of him looked a little inconspicuous at this moment.

Thinking that the trees and weeds around here will become their own territory in the future, and these animals will either become their own food and fur, or be driven away from here, Tang Han not only thought of a word: "The strong prey on the weak, the law of the jungle."

Whoever is stronger can continue to survive.

Civilization and compassion are just derivatives after food and clothing.

Tang Han's eyes searched for a moment, locked in an antelope far away from the tribe, and pointed its dark arrow at the target that was lowering its head and gnawing on the grass.

With a light "bang", the iron arrow came out of the string and accurately inserted into the antelope's throat, leaving only the tail of the arrow exposed a little outside.

Tang Han's body has just been strengthened, and it is the first time he has used archery. He is still a little unsure of the strength, so he is a little too strong.

The antelope fell to the ground with a tilted body, and blood flowed out from the wound bit by bit.

The antelope flock in the distance seemed not to find that one of its companions had been hunted, but continued to eat grass leisurely.

Occasionally, a few people were alert, but they looked up and continued to look around and ate grass.

The lion group not far away did not respond, and seemed to have not noticed what happened here at all.

But the annoying spotted hyenas seemed to feel something was wrong. Several hyenas that were originally lying on the ground stood up and looked at Tang Han.

Tang Han is not interested in these hyenas at present, and I heard that their meat is not delicious.

Tang Han is not planning to provoke lion groups at the moment. Although he is capable now, these lions are fighting together. Even if he can kill them, it will be very troublesome if he is accidentally injured.

Although his body has been strengthened, it still belongs to the category of humans. He can't say how much he has the chance of winning against these lion groups.

The power of human beings is never because of the strength of individuals, but because of knowing how to collaborate and use tools.

Tang Han doesn't need to experience what it is like to have a group of lions alone, and he doesn't plan to make up stories and brag about it.

Tang Han walked over slowly, dragged the dead antelope's body back, and found a taller tree and placed it on the branch.

He still needs to continue hunting.

The bloody smell of dead antelope gradually began to spread around, and the originally leisurely herd of bison and antelope began to stop eating grass and looked around.

Even the lion group began to react, and several female lions trotted in the direction of Tang Han for a few steps and began to wait and see.

The group of hyenas that were ready to move stood up. After a few unpleasant barks, several hyenas jogged from both sides towards Tang Han, and seemed to be planning to encircle left and right.

Obviously, these animals have no idea about the danger of Tang Han's sudden appearance of an uninvited guest.

The spotted hyenas, who have always been cunning and cruel, plan to start testing the quality of the animal walking upright with its feet.

Obviously, in their eyes, Tang Han in armor might be a good dinner.

Tang Han's face was calm, he inserted his long knife to the ground, pulled out an arrow and placed it on the iron-tied bow, aiming at a hyena running in the front.

"Bang!", the bowstring sounded softly, and the iron arrow left the string. The hyena's head was pierced and fell to the ground without saying a word.

"Bang bang bang..."

After several slight sounds, the seven hyenas rushing in front were nailed to the ground by Tang Han.

The hyenas' temptation finally stopped. They realized that this strange creature was not easy to mess with. After a few unpleasant barks, the group of hyenas retreated, but they still refused to retreat and watched vigilantly not far away.

The lion group, which was originally a little turbulent, also quieted down again, but the lions began to look alert when they looked at Tang Han.

The herd of bison and antelope were frightened by the sudden movements of the hyenas and fled to the distance.

Tang Han fired another arrow and shot down an antelope running at the back.

Putting the bow and arrow behind him again, Tang Han pulled out the horizontal knife inserted on the ground and dragged the hyenas that were shot to death one by one.

Although he was not interested in these hyena meat, since they were all his prey, there was no reason to discard it.

Tang Han piled up the corpses of two antelope and seven hyenas together, then pulled out all the iron arrows on the corpse and wiped them cleaned them and put them back into the arrow bag.

The sky gradually darkened, and Tang Han dragged all the prey corpses back into the fortress castle bit by bit.

The smell of blood spread across the wasteland, and the group of hyenas and lions were watching from a distance, unwilling to leave.

Moreover, the unwilling hyena launched another test, but Tang Han killed three more with a knife and finally calmed down.

When all the prey was dragged back to the fortress castle and thrown at the door of the banquet hall on the first floor, it finally got dark.

Tang Han didn't feel tired at all, but continued to be alert to the carnivores who continued to peek around the castle and their eyes shining in the dark.
