Chapter 92

In the first story of the submission, Li Tang's poem felt that it should not be too plain, nor could it be unrealistic.

So, after thinking about it, Li Tangshi decided to convert a real event he heard in his previous life into a short story.

The story is called "One Promise to a Thousand Gold"

The main content is a girl. After her father's death, her mother could not bear the death of her husband. She drank pesticides and followed her for love, leaving behind her eight-year-old daughter and living alone in the world.

At first, relatives and friends would take care of their father as a soldier and have blood-feeding money. Over time, the girl became a child who was a dog and everyone was kicking around and unwilling to adopt.

It was Li Ming, a comrade-in-arms who later went on a mission with his father. After he cured his leg injury and learned the news, he took the girl home; the girl's arrival caused a quarrel between Li Ming and his husband and wife.

Li Ming injured his leg due to a task. Although his leg was cured for three months, he became a cripple and could not find a job and take care of his family as convenient as a normal person.

Moreover, Li Ming's wife has twins in her belly and is about to give birth.

Li Ming finally convinced his wife that the girl's father sacrificed to save Li Ming. He agreed to take good care of his wife and daughter. His wife had committed suicide. Li Ming said that he should take good care of everything.

After borrowing some relationships, the girl was finally written into her household registration book.

In order to make the girl live happier, Li Ming took his wife and girl who were pregnant with twins and stayed away from the girl's life circle and returned to his hometown, and made a living in the countryside by farming.

Li Ming said that as long as he had his own children, girls would have one, and some girls even had better than younger brothers and sisters. After the eight years of the girl's arrival at Li Ming's house, she really received as much care as her biological parents.

However, the good times did not last long. When the girl was sixteen years old, her adoptive parents died unexpectedly. Before her death, she told the girl to take good care of her younger siblings.

The two younger brothers and sisters are still young, and the girl just happened to graduate from junior high school. She decisively gave up the county high school she had already been admitted to and took on the heavy responsibility of raising two younger brothers and sisters alone.

In order to make money to support younger brothers and sisters, they did not let them drop out of school. The girl got up early and went to the gangster to watch cattle and pigs, cut rice, wash clothes, cook, and take care of the elderly. She was willing to do any dirty and tiring work under the premise that she could make money without leaving her two younger brothers and sisters.

Gradually, the two younger brothers and sisters grew up and began to understand beauty and ugliness. They also learned to compare with others and became more and more face-saving. They became more and more disgusted with girls, thinking that they were not capable, they wore dirty clothes and made less oil and salt. The classmates all laughed at them for having a sister who was almost as poor as a beggar.

In order not to make the students laugh at them, they chose to live in the school and tried not to go home, but naturally took money from the girl. They decided that the girl was the eldest in the family and it was the right thing to raise them.

Many times when the girl was sick, she couldn't bear to buy medicine to treat her illness, so she wanted to save some money on her medicine. If her younger brothers and sisters didn't come back, the girl would start to worry and would walk from time to time to bring some food to her, just to save more money on the bus.

Later, I heard that my classmates with younger siblings made fun of her, and the girl was afraid of losing their face, so she never went there again.

They are all taken to people from the same village.
