2224 Choose a way to die(2/2)

This time it was the real Japanese army. They built bunkers on the hillside, laid out minefields on the road leading to the bunkers, and dug anti-tank trenches.

This level of defense is child's play for the Allies.

The anti-tank trenches were quickly bulldozed by explosives. There were minesweepers to deal with the mines. The "Clouded Leopard" tanks were parked next to the anti-tank trenches, and they called out the bunkers built by the Japanese army one by one. There were also many precision shooters in the East Indian Army, and the Japanese army operated machine guns.

The machine gunners suffered heavy losses.

"Eagle, eagle, call the eagle, I am a clouded leopard, and I need your 203mm main gun now." Luo Guoxing, commander of the 17th Marine Corps Major General, called the "Yecheng" immediately.

"Coconut City" is a heavy cruiser on the sea not far away. It belongs to the Changi Squadron and is responsible for providing firepower assistance to the attacking forces.

Heavy artillery is the biggest shortcoming of the Marine Corps. The amphibious tank's cannon is only 75 mm, which cannot have much effect on solid fortifications. The 203 mm main gun of the "Coconut City" finally got a chance to fire.

Of course, Luo Guoxing can also call for air support. The Air Force's dive bombers are on standby at the field airport. Their 1,000 kilogram bombs are more effective against Japanese fortifications, but it will take time for the dive bombers to arrive on the battlefield.

After receiving the request for assistance, the "Coconut City" quickly opened fire.

The Japanese positions were quickly engulfed in flames and smoke.

Under the cover of "Clouded Leopard" tanks, the East Indian troops launched an attack on the Japanese positions.

The Japanese must have dug underground passages under the bunker. After the bunker was destroyed, they still had the power to fight back.

However, the Japanese lacked effective weapons to deal with the "Clouded Leopard" tanks, and soon the "Clouded Leopard" tanks rushed to the Japanese positions.

As more and more East Indian soldiers rushed into the Japanese positions, the Japanese resistance quickly collapsed.

The East Indian army's attack method was exactly the same as that of the southern African army, and they did not engage with the Japanese at all.

Digging a tunnel, right?

The East Indian soldiers did not enter the tunnel at all. When they found the entrance to the tunnel, they directly threw an explosive bag in, or called bulldozers to fill the hole directly.

The Japanese didn't want to be suffocated to death, so they rushed out of the tunnel to fight to the death.

The East Indian officers and soldiers waiting around the entrance of the cave were very happy. Grenades flew over like raindrops, or they were fire dragons created by flamethrowers.
