162, violent demonstrators

Chief Executive Heng followed the direction Wei Zhen and Jing Zhonghua were following the direction, and finally stopped them in the air. She asked:

"Where are you going?"

Wei Zhen replied: "Go back to the special forces."

"Jing Zhonghua can't stay in the special forces now." Chief Executive Heng warned, "She has been infected with the virus and must be sent back to the laboratory of Yanggong Temple."

Wei Zhen said: "It's too far away from the ocean."

Jing Zhonghua shook her head and said, "I'm just treating her locally, I don't want to..."

Chief Executive Heng saw Jing Zhonghua's shy appearance and knew that she couldn't bear to leave Wei Zhen. She said: "I know you are preparing for the wedding and are reluctant to leave, but this time the virus is coming fiercely. If Jing Zhonghua doesn't treat her earlier, she may have life worries."

Wei Zhen explained: "I mean the journey is too far. I am afraid that the flowers in the scenery will not be able to hold on, and the virus will occur halfway."

Chief Executive Heng said: "Wei Zhen, you first go to the military command headquarters of Dixing Kingdom, borrow the plane from the headquarters to send Jingzhonghua to Yanggong City, and use the backup helicopter parked in the original special forces to send Jingzhonghua to Yanggong Temple, and then send her to Laboratory No. 1, lower the temperature of the laboratory to minus 20 degrees, so that she can stay inside and calm down."

Jing Zhonghua widened her eyes and asked in surprise: "Do you want to turn me into a frozen man?"

Chief Executive Heng urged: "You can only delay the onset of the virus in your body in this environment. Now I have blocked your acupoints, and the virus in your body will not occur within 24 hours. Don't delay, hurry up and hurry back to Yanggong Temple. There is an intelligent robot there to help me collect virus samples, and the virus on Jingzhonghua's body can be used as experimental research. I need to go back to the Chief Executive now. Judging from the signs of Jingzhonghua's virus attack, with the arrival of summer and the weather is hot, this virus will enter a high-incidence period. There must be many unexpected things. I must go back to deal with it as soon as possible. After handling the emergency, I will immediately go back to Yanggong Temple to find out the root cause of the virus, so as to prescribe the right medicine and try to eliminate the disaster faced by humans on this planet."

Chief Executive Heng returned to the office of the Chief Executive Office, and a large stack of turbulent messages from various states, cities and counties were placed on her desk. Seeing the messages sent from various places, the Chief Executive was full of memories:

Due to the increase in the number of manic attacks, the number of patients hospitalized in major hospitals has increased dramatically, and it is now overcrowded. It just so happened that the students were on holiday, so the hospital had to temporarily borrow the school and arrange for patients to be hospitalized.

Riots have continued in the Mongolian Special Administrative Region, and the police have become too short of it. The Special Administrative Region has transferred a large number of police officers from other places. Police in other places have intervened, which aroused some people in the Special Administrative Region. They do not want foreigners to intervene in the Special Administrative Region.

As a result, the "Restoration of Mongolia" marchers and protesters who were sick, not sick or pretended to be sick went to the streets, and those who pretended to be "manic" began to smash and loot frantically. They rob shops, burn shops, smash public facilities, and the violence continued to escalate.

Radical protesters regard smashing, burning and killing, and enjoy killing the citizens. The lethality of the weapons or materials they use has been escalating and has reached a deadly dangerous level. If the police do not come forward to stop it, the entire Mongolian Special Administrative Region will fall into a violent and chaotic world and become anarchic.

A few days after taking office, the Chief Executive ordered all police stations to perform their duties, and all police officers were not afraid of the violence of the demonstrators, decisively stopped the riots and restored social order as soon as possible. Because men in black and racial discriminatory people were mixed in with the demonstrators, it was difficult for the police to distinguish these violent criminals and manic patients. For these radical demonstrators, as long as they beat, smash, loot and burn, the police would immediately arrest them as crimes and send them to prison.

These actions of the police aroused the dissatisfaction of the people who were unaware of the truth, accusing the police of abusing their power and arbitrarily arresting patients with mania. Radical and violent protesters have begun to attack police officers and police cars in a crazily manner, and have been escalating their force against the police, starting to use sharp blades and incendiary bombs to deal with the police, causing many police officers to be injured.

In order to protect the police, the Chief Executive convened the members of the law to pass the "Police General Regulations". The police were ruthless to arrest demonstrators who committed beating, smashing, looting and burning. If they dared to obstruct and interfere with the police case, they would be arrested together as obstructing public service. For malicious attacks and beatings of police officers, the police officers fired guns to the sky to warn them without any choice. If the criminals wanted to injure the lives of the police officers, the police officers could shoot and fight back.

The "Police General" has indeed played a role in deterring radical protesters.

A brief message from Chief Executive Heng caught the attention of Chief Executive Heng, titled "Several masked fake police gangsters shot and killed a manic patient":

"Yesterday, radical protesters smashed the largest duty-free shopping mall in Manstet City, Montgomery. A large number of policemen entered the periphery of the mall to stop them. Many robbers have lost their minds. They smashed goods when they see them and beat people when they see them. The mall staff called the police and asked the police for protection. A group of masked police rushed into the mall, shot five gangsters on the spot, and then left.

According to investigation and verification, the police did not enter the duty-free shopping mall. The masked police were fake policemen. The doctors from the Mongolian National Hospital confirmed that the five criminals shot were manic patients in the hospital. They escaped from the hospital while they were hospitalized and joined the violent operation of smashing the large duty-free shopping mall and were shot dead by the fake masked police. It is obvious that the criminals pretended to be policemen and wanted to blame the police in the SAR and interfere with the implementation of the "Police General Regulations".

Chief Executive Heng felt that this was done by the man in black, and their purpose was to prevent the police from interfering with their violent activities. She had a premonition that this genetic virus storm had begun. If it could not be effectively stopped, it would be the end of humans on Earth.

Chief Executive Heng was thinking about how to deal with the storm. Outside the gate of the Chief Executive's building, she was clamoring. She immediately walked to the window and looked out the door of the building.

I saw thousands of people gathered in the square in front of the gate of the capital building, and the crowd in front of the gate shouted slogans:

"Take the murderer and give me justice!"

"Blood debts and blood payments, severely punish the commanders behind the scenes!"

"Chief Chief Heng got out of Mongolia!"

"It is natural to kill someone!"

...

Obviously, this is a demonstration against the Chief Executive of the Mongolian Special Administrative Region. The demonstrators were wearing flowers on their chests, and five coffins were placed behind the crowd shouting slogans. The emotional demonstrators demanded to rush into the Chief Executive's capital, but were stopped by the guards. The two sides had a dispute and began to fight. After all, the guards could not stop the demonstrators like the tide. They rushed open the door and entered the building of the Chief Executive's capital. The Chief Executive's secretary went into the house and asked the Chief Executive to rush out of the underground passage quickly. If it didn't leave, it would be too late. Chief Executive Heng shook his head and refused. She said:

"You go and hide for the time being to avoid them from hurting you. I want to see what this group of people wants to do."

The secretary left, Chief Executive Heng sat on the sofa, and she was invisible waiting for the demonstrators rushing into the building.

Soon, a group of madmen rushed in. They saw that Chief Heng’s office was empty and shouted: " Chief Heng! Come out! Don’t be a turtle with a headscared turtle! We want you to pay your blood debts and blood! "

They did not find Chief Executive Heng, so they could only vent their breath with the things in the office, smashing all the office supplies on their desks, making the office mess. The protesters occupied the entire office building, and on the roof they lowered the special zone flag and replaced it with the Mongolian flag.

A group of people shouted on the roof: "Restore Mengguo, expel foreigners, and return my country!"

Tens of thousands of people surrounded the Chief Executive's capital and were out of touch. The police arrived quickly, but facing the numerous demonstrators, they could only use radio to guide the demonstrators to not use violence and quickly leave the place of right and wrong.

The people who marched in the square were still rational. They asked the former Chief Executive Teresa to come forward, but they only believed in Teresa.

Tersay finally came forward under the protection of the police. He waved to greet the demonstrators. He held a megaphone in his hand and said to the demonstrators:

"Please stop gathering here to watch the fun, go home quickly..."

The protesters were unwilling to leave, and the leader asked Chief Executive of Tersay to investigate the murder of five patients by the police.

Tersai told everyone: "This is not done by the SAR police. We have found evidence. The SAR government has broadcasted the investigation evidence to citizens through major media. You can go home and watch it in front of the TV. If you have any questions, please consult our dedicated government column on the TV station, and they can answer it for you."

Under the advice of Chief Terseid, the people gathered in the square suddenly decreased by half, and all the remaining were radicals, manic patients and men in black hiding among the protesters.

Under the persuasion of Chief Executive Terse, people gave up a way and allowed him to go to the building of the Chief Executive.

Zhang Weixing was also among the protesters. He hoped that Teresa would continue to be the Chief Executive because the controller in his hand had not yet successfully controlled Teresa's brain. When Teresa returned this time, he must have thought of using the controller in his hand to control Teresa. But he knew that after Teresa was hospitalized, the brain experts at Zhenguo National Hospital had removed the controller in the brain for Teresa's brain, and Teresa would no longer be controlled in the future.

Both the activists and the men in black hoped that Tersay would come back to be the Chief Executive. Therefore, the new capital building, which was just noisy, suddenly became quiet. The manic patients were also controlled by them and were sent to the hospital by the ambulances he called.

Tersai sat on the sofa in the smashed Chief Executive's office. As Chief Executive, he negotiated with the families of five deceased killed by fake police who were causing trouble. Finally, he reached an agreement, and the government would come forward to bury the five victims and give appropriate subsidies. This farce is temporarily concluded.
