Eight hundred and seventieth chapters Lingbo microstep

When Zhou Xuan really opened the silk roll inside the silk bag, a hint of surprise appeared on his face.

I saw a portrait of a woman lying horizontally on the silk roll, and her whole body was naked, and her face was exactly the same as that of a jade statue.

Zhou Xuan only felt that his painting skills were extraordinary and looked no less than the works of actresses in a certain country in the present world.

He turned over the silk scroll and saw that the painting was smiling sweetly, with the corners of the eyebrows, eyes, lips and cheeks full of charm. Compared with the solemn appearance of the jade image, although his appearance was similar, his expression was very different.

Zhou Xuan smiled and then looked down. When he found that he was peering at the body with his side eyes, he saw a thin green line that started from his left shoulder, horizontally to his neck, and slanted to his right breast. Then he saw the green line that reached his armpit, extended to his right arm, and stopped through his wrist to his right thumb.

"This should be the route of Beiming Divine Art."

Another green line extends downward to the neck, and stops downward through the belly button, and stops several points away from the navel.

When he looked at the green line on his arm, he saw thin words on the line filled with words such as "Yunmen", "Zhongfu", "Tianfu", "Xiabai", "Chize", "Kongzui", "Lieque", "Jingqu", "Dayuan", "Oji", etc., and ended at the "Shaoshang" on his thumb.

Then he spread the silk roll a little further and saw the words below.

"The Northern Ming Divine Art is a way to attract the internal strength of the world and have it for me. The Great Water of the Northern Ming is not born from itself. The saying goes: All rivers converge to the sea, and the water of the sea is obtained by harboring all rivers. The vast ocean is soaked, and it is accumulated. This 'Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian' is the first lesson of the Northern Ming Divine Art."

The following is a detailed practice of this kung fu.

The Beiming Divine Art looks a bit similar to the great method of absorbing skills, but its innermost is even more mysterious.

Finally, it was written: "People who practice martial arts all come from Yunmen to Shang at least. My Xiaoyao School will do the opposite, and from Shaoshang to Yunmen, your thumb is connected to others, and the internal force enters my body and stores it in Yunmen and other acupoints.

However, if the enemy's internal strength is better than me, the sea water flows backwards into the rivers, and there is no danger. Be careful and be careful. The side branches of this sect have not seen the key points, but can only eliminate the enemy's internal strength and cannot be used by me. They will still take a thousand golds and abandon it to the ground every day, and waste precious resources. It is very ridiculous."

Then the silk scroll was spread out, and the long scroll was full of portraits, either standing or lying, appearing on the chest, or seeing the back. The face of the portrait was the same, but it was either happy or sad, staring with affection, or looking lightly and angry, with different expressions. There were thirty-six images, each with thin color lines on each image, indicating the acupoints and practice techniques.

The four words "Lingbo Weibu" are inscribed at the end of the silk scroll, followed by countless footprints, indicating the words "Wumei", "Wuwang", etc., which are all the directions in the Book of Changes.

Zhou Xuan was familiar with these, and then he slowly looked at them. He saw that there were dense footprints, and there were hundreds of footprints. From one footprint to the other, there were green lines running through them, and arrows were painted on the lines. This was indeed a complex set of steps.

Finally, a line of words was written: "Suddenly encounter a strong enemy, use this to protect yourself, accumulate internal strength, and then take the enemy's life."

Zhou Xuan couldn't help but think inwardly.

"This should be Lingbo Weibu."

Lingbo Weibu practices internal strength with dynamic exercises. He steps through the sixty-four hexagrams of one cycle, and his inner breath will naturally turn into one cycle. Therefore, every time he walks, his internal strength will improve.
