The Tao originally had no questions, and the question originally had no response. As far as the True Yuan is judged, Tai Chi has dispersed. "Tao gives birth to one, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three." One is the body, two is the use, and three is the creation. The body does not come from yin and yang, and creation is all due to intercourse. The above and middle, the following are the three talents, heaven, earth, and man have one Tao. Tao produces two qi, qi produces three talents, and the three talents produces the five elements.
The five elements produce all things. Among all things, the most spiritual and precious one is human being. Only human beings, they should explore the principles of all things, and they should fully understand the principles and nature, so that they can live in a life and a life that is in line with the Tao. 1. Method of cultivation

This method is quite consistent with the purpose of nature, but this method should first gather the five elements, combine the four symbols, harmonize the yin and yang in the body, avoid the excessive yin energy of the spirit that comes out, and easily be controlled by the magic. If you can truly understand the principle and method, this is a superior method. Those who move and practice the truth will actually be refining the form and turning essence, making the grain transform essence, curing diseases, clearing the meridians and unblocking the meridians, and replenishing the leakage and strengthening the body. It is the starting method of "clearing the earth and flat foundation" in the alchemy method.

The spirit movement follows the laws of nature, the principle is profound, the movement is real, the order is accurate, and the effect is fast. By practicing quietness and entering the Tao, your nature will be easy to obtain, and your life will be difficult to find, especially those who are a little older and suffer from illness.
Practice both movement and stillness. This method is more perfect than the single practice method described in the previous article and is more in line with the laws of Tao. The method of practicing both movement and stillness masters the general purpose of cultivating both spirit and body, and practicing both nature and life. From stillness to movement, and then from movement to stillness, you can renovate and practice the true interest of both external movement and internal stillness, internal movement and external stillness. Movement and stillness are only relative. This is a natural law. For example, before agility, enter tranquility, the form is still and the spirit moves, and then the body moves, the spirit is still, especially when the consciousness and spirit knows but do not keep it. After the agility is completed, sit up and thinks, it is quiet outside and inside. Practice both movement and stillness, which is better than those who practice purely with movement or those who practice purely with stillness, and its effect is obvious and time-consuming. A wise person should choose the method of practicing both movement and stillness. Without acquired strong physiques, how can there be innate essence? Without Vajra, how can you practice babies who have achieved immortality? This principle is easy to understand.
The methods of cultivating truth include both nature and life, some who only cultivate their destiny, and some who only cultivate their destiny, vary according to the number of secrets obtained. The superior method is the Taoist method of dual cultivation of nature and life, the middle method is the method of cultivating nature, and the method of cultivating life is the technique of lower level.
Those who only practice life have not obtained the true secret, do not understand the great way, sit stubbornly, stay at the pot every day, cook and practice, do not distinguish the clear and turbid water source, do not understand the methods of collecting medicine, long-term spirit enters the Qi hole, keeps it dead and does not retreat, the spirit is wrapped, and forms a "death pill". If you seek to eliminate diseases and prolong life, you can only practice it to a ghost immortal. Most of the people who obtain one trick and practice one method are in this category.
If there are those who specialize in refining nature but do not refining life, this type of practitioner can't get the secret, and even when practicing nature, it is a shallow level of nature. Sometimes, practitioners sit quietly and study Taoism and preach, penetrate the world, cleanse the human heart, and then see the heavenly heart, and then concentrate on cultivating nature. Their cultivation is only to cultivate the nature, and mistakenly think that the flash of nature light means to understand the mind and see the nature, but do not know how to collect the light and cultivate the spirit, do not know how to refine the soul, do not know how to use nature to enter the life, and practice both nature and life.
The study of cultivation is actually a study of both nature and life, and both spirit and form. If you seek the purpose of cultivation and return to enlightenment, you must follow the smooth path of both nature and life. The two practice methods mentioned above can be said to be a semi-indirect and incomplete method, which is not worth taking.
The method of practicing both nature and life is the cultivation method of refining Ji and not leaking. Specifically, refining Ji means understanding the mind and seeing the nature. What is nature? God is nature, and Qi means fate. The root of the heart is nature, and the root of nature is spirit. The spirit is in the heart. In fact, the three are one. The hexagram is Li hexagram, its direction belongs to the south, its five elements belong to fire, and the true liquid in the fire is water. Cultivating the enlightenment of the mind and seeing the nature is the first step in cultivating the truth. The skill of cultivating the life is not leaking. There are levels. First, cultivate the essence without leaking, and then reach the state of complete leakage. Life is the kidney, essence, refining the form and turning essence into qi, and the future heaven replenishes the innate primordial qi. The hexagram is Kan, its direction is north, its five elements belong to water, the true essence in water is fire, and the alchemy depends entirely on this.
The so-called non-leakage means to eliminate the root of lust. However, the root of lust cannot be completed by breaking it. If the root of lust does not control the female sex and causes nocturnal emission, it needs to be transformed by Dharma. Moreover, the three lustful mind, lustful root, and lustful body must be cut off, and it cannot be cultivated to be cut off. If you do not have sex with your wife, you will only cut off the body of lust. The root of lust has not been cut off, especially the lustful mind is difficult to break.
It is hard to break the word "color" in the alchemy scriptures. The so-called "destruction of lust" is an immortal, and without leakage, it is a god. The word "color" is the most difficult to get rid of. The more you refuse, the deeper you get into the truth, and this thought will not be eliminated for a moment. The sutra says: "Food and color are nature." If there is no color, the road is broken and the people are rare, and race cannot reproduce. The word "color" is really good, and it is not good for nothing. It is difficult to be aware of it. It is difficult to practice Taoism without this. The door of birth to me, the door of death, life and death, life and death, life and life are finally this door. It is caused by color, love, love produces love, love produces lust, and lust, and lust produces coffin.
It comes from the connection. From the emotional essence to the point where one is born, and from the reverse direction to become an immortal. Ordinary people use the essence to be intercourse with the woman and to give birth to a child. The essence is exhausted and returned to the yellow spring. Those who practice Taoism cut off this essence, do not intercourse with the woman and do not leak out of the Yang Pass, but use this essence to be fully transformed into the essence, and return to the body, and the dragon and tiger meet to form a holy fetus. Those who give birth to a child are born after one's own death. Those who turn against one's own immortality do not need others to live for me, but I am born on my behalf, and the golden body is immortal, coexisting with the great way. This is the meaning of Zhuangzi's "those who are born will not be born, and those who kill will not die."
The Southern School of Practicing the Truthful Sect advocates first doing the human way, then doing the immortal way, entering the Tao in middle age, calming one's nature and desires, turning human feelings into Tao emotions, and clearing the method of retrieving the life and repairing the leaks and lines. It is not difficult to enter the Tao. In the later years, when the vitality of the spirit declined, the old society often adopted the method of planting and connecting. It is difficult for people to have this condition, so it is better to repair the life method. Although it takes a little more time, it is safe. It is better to seek it and avoid criticism. Moreover, the secret of double cultivation of planting and connecting is extremely simple and not complicated, and it is difficult to write on paper.
It is best for young people to enter the Tao to cultivate their nature and cultivate their destiny. Young people have few memorials in the world, and most of them are caused by temporary nature and temperament, or occasionally they are frustrated and lose their ambitions, and they do not overcome the world. If you practice fate and eliminate essence, you may be afraid of the suffering of turning back in the future. Continuous practice and practice without leakage, it will be difficult to cultivate the real marrow and Tao. If the marrow and Tao are not clear, it will be difficult to reach the palace of the Golden Immortal. Nowadays, most people are enlightened by the mind, and the meridians are opened by mistake. This is a big mistake. If you do not intend to enter the Tao, it will be difficult to practice this method. If you do not practice this method, it will be difficult to enter the better state of dual cultivation of nature and life. You should not be careful.
The nature is cultivated and the life is cultivated. The dead are the ordinary heart, the desire heart is the death, the heart is the death, the spirit is the control of the Taoist master. The living is the vitality of the essence and the qi are alive. The kidney is solid and does not leak the essence and the essence is active, and there are many herbs in the family. The so-called subduing dragons and subduing tigers, the dragon refers to nature, which is the consciousness of nature and desire nature; the tiger refers to life, which is the kidney water and turbid essence. The heart is calm and the dragon returns to the sea, and the emotion is forgotten by the tiger hides in the mountains.
To study Taoist theory of Taoism, in a word, you must grasp the theory of Yin and Yang. The theory of Yin and Yang runs through the theory of the alchemy. The boat can cross the sea, and the medicine can prolong your life. People who hide virtues in punishment are difficult to predict, and those who develop kindness in harm must be focused. The four images are harmonious and return to their original appearance, and the five elements are clustered together to grow golden lotus. It is wonderful to know whether there are good or bad things. You will know that it is good or bad. You will get rid of all the dust and dirt, and you will become your parents' last life. This is the result of practicing immortals and becoming Buddhas. The rest of the two are both biased."
The research on internal qi magic in Taoism is closely related to internal alchemy. "The internal qi is refined into elixir, and external qi is used to form methods." External qi is mainly used to use the primordial spirit, and the use of true qi is the primary level magic. Advanced internal qi magic is the method of adjusting the primordial spirit and changing the spirit. Instead, you should be far-sighted, have a high perspective, explore the truth, exercising the nature, and grasp the life, and hold the wisdom pearl by yourself. The so-called mind contains two big concepts, which are divided into small concepts. The two big concepts refer to the physical heart and the physical heart without matter.
The mind hiding spirit refers to the consciousness spirit and the primordial spirit. The consciousness spirit is also acquired thinking, also known as the desire spirit, desire, consciousness mind, subjective consciousness, etc. The primordial spirit refers to the original form obtained innately. Its primary state is called the primordial nature. The primordial spirit is essentially aggregation of three advanced substances: primordial nature, primordial energy, and primordial essence. People who have not practiced can only be called primordial nature. Although the skills of practitioners are different, the primordial essence and primordial energy have begun to aggregate with the primordial nature, and the primordial essence has increased more than that of ordinary people. It can be called the primordial spirit.
The theory of cultivation of truth believes that when a person is about to be born, the original nature begins to enter. During practice, when the soul leaves the body and leaves the body, there must be heart movement, heart palpitations, and heart depression. Most of the students around the mountain man have this personal experience, and the signs shown by young people are more prominent and obvious. The words of this secret are not wrong.
The flesh and blood heart of the human body is the basis of consciousness and spirit, and belongs to Yin fire.
