465. Two Difficulties
Overall, there is a reason why this biodiesel has not become popular in the country.
In this life, in order not to let these gutter oil flow to the market and to the people's dining tables again, Li Yifan decided to challenge it.
However, this time he has to challenge it more difficult. The first problem he has to face is the problem of biodiesel entering the market. You should know that in China, in terms of the launch and sales of gasoline and diesel, there have always been two giants, Huaguo Petroleum and Huaguo Petrochemical.
So if you want to get biodiesel into the market, you must first get the approval of these two companies.
The domestic economy is developing rapidly now, but it has not yet entered the era of national automobiles like ten years later. Therefore, although the supply of gasoline and diesel in China is still a little tight every year when the electricity consumption peaks, it has not yet been as frequent as it is ten years later.
In the past two years, the domestic logistics industry will also experience a growth trend with the rapid development of the domestic economy, which poses a great challenge to the domestic diesel supply in the next few years.
Especially for long-distance transportation or industrial machinery use, there will be a large gap in diesel supply in the future. It is a very suitable time to enter the biodiesel market early to make layouts.
Before starting all this, the first thing to do is to establish relationships with giants in monopoly industries such as Huaguo Petroleum or Huaguo Petrochemical.
In Li Yifan's opinion, the best opportunity is the cooperation with Luo Jiu this time. Luo Jiu is not only a recent celebrity in the domestic aviation industry, but also the Petroleum company he controls has close ties with the two giants in the domestic oil industry.
As long as you have a good relationship with him, you will undoubtedly be able to grasp the stepping stone to deal with oil and petrochemicals. Another important thing is the conditions this guy has put forward to himself.
That day, the sentence "We will try our best to meet the conditions" was said by Luo Jiu himself. If Heidi and Heidi helped him and figured out the details of Airbus, they would undoubtedly have bought him or the officials behind him, and the bigwigs in the delegation that visited this time, and would have a great face.
At that time, even if people in oil or petrochemicals are unwilling to sell their face and Heidi, they may not be so easy to refuse those people's face.
He has not conducted a background check yet, but I believe that each of them is not small, and the person in charge who can discuss the purchase of ** with the French must be one of the twenty-five members at the least. Maybe there will be a deputy general and some other person, or maybe he will be the real general and may lead the team.
If it was really the Minister of the General, then it would be considered a great success. Even if people from oil or petrochemicals don’t give them face, will they dare not give face to the General of the General?
Thinking of this, Li Yifan became confident in this operation, not to mention that they were not making any mistakes when dealing with oil or petrochemicals this time. They also planned to go around the road to the offshore oil side, and also planned to build gas station projects in China on a large scale.
You should know that in the past two years, the two giants, Petroleum and Petrochemical, have been very worried about the large-scale distribution outlets in China, especially in the layout of outlets such as gas stations. On the one hand, they hope that domestic gasoline and diesel distribution can quickly spread the network, but on the other hand, they do not have that much financial resources, so they are eager for private capital.
If you can reach an agreement with them, that is, you can build gas stations here first, and operate for a few years. When the funds of Petroleum and Petrochemical are in place in the future, they can buy back these gas stations at the price of the agreement, then it will be equivalent to selling them a benefit while making money.
With such benefits, will the petroleum and petrochemical sectors be embarrassed to stumbling on the issue of biodiesel entering the market in the future?
When he thought of this, Li Yifan was more confident about this gutter oil operation. Heidi felt that there was nothing to hide, so he told Heidi directly about his thoughts. Heidi also felt that this two-pronged approach was very feasible.
And one other thing is very important, she also knows that doing resource business is a huge profit, so she is very confident in such a business.
Heidi knew that as long as she could obtain permission from Huaguo Petroleum and Huaguo Petrochemical and enter the oil market in China, all she could do in the future would be to sit and count the money.
"We don't have to worry too much about this biodiesel refining equipment. As far as I know, this kind of equipment has been basically developed in Europe. France, Germany, the United States, Canada and other countries have corresponding mature technologies. Now, the technology of Canada's BIOX company is relatively mature and has started operation and production. Their conversion rate can basically reach 90%. France's Dester and Germany's Lyre also have corresponding research, and their technology is probably compared to Canadians.
It is more advanced. The French technology can even reach a conversion rate of 99.5%. Of course, this is a theoretical value. The specific amount of their equipment can be achieved. After the trial operation of their equipment, the German equipment is better than practical time. You should know that the most difficult point in the conversion of biodiesel is reverse esterification, which is a waste of time. Because the Germans used special catalysts, their reverse esterification process only takes ten minutes, which greatly saves time and improves production efficiency..."
Li Yifan is not unfamiliar with these technical matters, because in his previous life, he was commissioned by his superiors to go to Europe to steal some information on biodiesel refining equipment and production of special-effect catalysts.
The situation was quite special at that time. Some major domestic figures had already realized the current situation of energy shortage in China, and also realized the harm of the large amount of gutter oil flowing to the market and to the dining tables of ordinary people. So they also decided to start to seek a new direction for the future flow of gutter oil in China.
In fact, in China, a complete set of gutter oil recycling, refining and biodiesel equipment was built in 2002. It was developed by a company in Yanlong, Fujian Province. Unfortunately, the annual output of this equipment is only 20,000 tons, and the conversion rate is even lower than about 80%.
However, gasoline and diesel in China were not in short supply at that time, so we did not pay attention to this project at that time. Later, it was not until 2006 that the European biodiesel plan had already grown, and domestic leaders began to pay attention to it gradually. At that time, the National Academy of Sciences took the lead and finally developed a large-scale conversion equipment with an annual output of 100,000 tons.
This equipment has greatly improved annual output compared to the one produced by Yanlong a few years ago, but it has not made much progress in conversion rate. Moreover, compared with European equipment, our antiesterification takes a long time. When people use special catalysts and processing methods, it only takes ten minutes, but we need to use ten days. In this way, we have a big gap compared to their production efficiency.
Later, such a gap did not decrease due to the passage of time, but instead became increasingly larger because of the lack of attention and insufficient investment in the field of science.
Until around 2012, the flow of gutter oil had become a very important issue on the desks of many national leaders, and this way it was truly taken seriously.
Only then did someone begin to remember the large-scale biodiesel plan, but at this time, he saw that the technological gap between us and Europeans had become increasingly widening.
The conversion rate of the equipment after mass production can reach about 98%, while we are still hovering at more than 80%.
At first we wanted to buy equipment with Europeans, but they didn't buy it at all. Later, a leader of the Secret Service where Li Yifan was located simply sent a few of their capable officials to Europe to do technology. To put it bluntly, he just steals.
After several competitions of swords and shadows, Li Yifan and the others really got those technologies. Unfortunately, under the suppression of Huaguo Petroleum and Huaguo Petrochemical, those technologies were ultimately unable to be used on a large scale until he traveled back.
So at this time, Li Yifan was able to reach many European countries, and he did not know the technical characteristics of biodiesel conversion, but he did not understand the specific operation.
Because although he stole the information, he was actually just copied from someone's computer, and he was not very clear about the specific details in the information.
However, with Heidi here, these are not problems. After all, no one knows more about what Heidi did before becoming the Duke of Leroy.
The Hell Angel where she was in was in Canada, used to do robbery. Sometimes they would attack those trucks carrying goods on the highway at night, and of course, sometimes they would also specifically target certain things based on the customer's "orders".
