Chapter 1356 Magical Slate
Chapter 1356: Magical Stone
——To deal with this mutiny, a series of particularly interesting events occurred: the 250 leaders of the Israeli society, who were famous and selected, rose together before Moses, gathered to attack Moses Aaron, and said, “You have no authorization, and all the congregations are holy, and the Lord is among them. Why are you arrogant and superior to the congregations of the Lord?”
Moses was initially shocked by the rebellious words and even "dead on the ground", but he quickly recovered and proposed to do the following "experiment".
He proposed that in order to test whether these 250 rebels were as "holy" as they said, they would each fill in the copper incense burner, lit incense, and go to the front of the ark of the covenant
He said that in this way, the Lord could “sacred whoever he chose” Moses’ challenge was accepted by the rebels, “and they each took a burner, put a fire, and put in incense, and stood before the tabernacle with Moses Aaron.”
These men just stood firm, "The glory of the Lord appeared to the whole congregation."
It seems that God wants His "beloved elect" to know what he is going to do three seconds in advance: "The Lord Xiao and Moses Aaron said, "For you to leave this congregation, I am fortunate to destroy them in a blink of an eye. "When I heard this, Moses, the prophet and the high priest, fell to the ground... and fire came out of the ark of the covenant and burned the two hundred and fifty people who offered incense.
Later, the Israelites said to Moses, "We are dead! We are destroyed! All of them are destroyed! Whoever approaches the tabernacle of the Lord will die, will we all die?"
It seems that the Israelites have learned a useful lesson. They were convinced by the power of the Ark and then they dared not rebel any more.
On the contrary, during the remaining period of wandering wilderness, all Israel obeyed Moses except for the occasional low-pitched complaints, and meticulously followed his commands. This is the motivation for Moses to create the ark of the covenant.
Moses obviously needs a miracle-making machine like the Ark of the Covenant to see one of human nature here. If you do not have strong shock or spirit or even divine power, it will be difficult for you to gather a group of people together, let alone be so obedient.
What's more, once he has this machine, he will use it without hesitation
However, mere motivation and ability alone cannot achieve satisfactory results. Therefore, the next question is: Did Moses have the opportunity to prepare the appropriate blueprint for the Ark of the Covenant? Is there a chance to create some kind of "reserve energy material" for the Ark of the Covenant, that is, some kind of energy released by the Ark of the Covenant?
The answer is yes: Moses had plenty of opportunity to do so to understand why he said this, and it is necessary to review the main experiences of Moses in his life, where the answers are hidden.
The most important life story of Moses’s meeting with the place where the incident occurred in the burning thorns has convinced scholars that at least part of Moses’ 40 years of exile was spent in these distant mountain deserts.
He may even spend most or all of his exile in these places, and in fact, the Western academic community also agrees with this view
A well-established Egyptologist once said that Moses may have lived in Sinai for 25 years and lived in a place in Sinai called Serabit, which is only 50 miles from Mount Sinai.
In recent years, researchers have climbed Mount Serabit to visit it on the flat top of the mountain on the steep and desolate plateau south of the center of the Sinai region. It is said to be the remains of Moses's residence at that time.

There are mainly obelisk altars and elegant stone pillars. There must have been a spacious Egyptian temple. Moses, a high priest of ancient Egyptian religion, was probably very satisfied with it.
If he really killed an Egyptian supervisor and fled as the Bible says, then this remote and unknown place is safer for him
Between 1904 and 1905, the great British archaeologist William Ganderthpetri had conducted a thorough investigation of it. He also dug out some fragments of stone slabs with strange pictographic letters, which were later proved to belong to Semitic-Canaanian, and related to ancient Hebrew.
Secondly, the area of Moses' residence on Mount Serabit was once an important mining and smelting center, which was mined and processed from around 1990 BC to 1190 BC.
These dates mean: In the 13th century BC, just before Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, he might have lived there, at least this speculation is correct in time.
This ruin also used a set of letters related to Hebrew, and the time was roughly during this period, which also shows that this view is more credible
However, what really aroused my interest was the point emphasized above, that is, the Serabit Mountain also played a role similar to the industrial and metallurgical complex center, where mineral deposits throughout the region were once widely mined.
In the eyes of scholars, if Moses had indeed lived there for a long time, it would be almost impossible for him not to learn about minerals and metal mines in southern Sinai.
When the researchers visited Mount Serabit, they drove a rented jeep through the desert and went to Mount Sinai to call this area a "desert" in a sense it was a mistake to call this area a "desert" in a sense
Because although there are large areas of sand here, most of the countryside are steep red ridges, with almost no grass growing on it, and there are occasionally a few small oasis dotted in the valleys, one of which is full of ancient palm trees, extending to the foot of Mount Sinai.
In the 4th century AD, a small Christian church was built here, and its location is said to be on the original site of the so-called "burning thorn bush".
The chapel was later expanded to a large extent. By the 5th century AD, it had become a veritable cathedral, protected by the Christian Church in Alexandria, Egypt
In the 6th century AD, the Roman emperor Giustinian thickened the walls of the monastery, allowing it to withstand the attacks of the robbery Arab nomads.
By the 11th century, the entire church complex was finally dedicated to Saint Gadeline. It is still famous for its "St. Gadeline Monastery". Many of the buildings built in the 5th and 6th centuries are still here.
The steep 7450-foot-high mountaintop of Mount Sinai, there are several outstanding icons in the main church of the ancient monastery, as well as mosaics and oil paintings, some of which are almost 1,500 years old.
There is a walled field in the square outside the church, with dense hanging bushes, and monks believe it is the "burning bushes" mentioned in the Bible.
Of course this statement is wrong. Besides, people know that saying that Mount Sinai is the "mountain Sinai" mentioned in the Bible has not been proved at all.
But in fact, some of the legends told by monks here can be traced back to at least the 4th century AD. Those legends linked this special mountain with the "mountain of God" mentioned in the Bible, and it is said that the source of information on which this connection is based is nowhere to be found today
Not only that, some legends of the local tribes also believe that in the language of Arab nomadic peoples, Mount Sinai is called "Jebermusa" and means "Moses' Mountain".
Academic circles also connect the "Mountain Sinai" in the Bible with the peak of the same name today. Although they agree that the "Mountain Sinai" mentioned in the Bible is in this area, they are considered to be several other peaks in the same mountain range nearby.
After climbing Mount Sinai, researchers have no doubt that this mountain is indeed the mountain that Moses visited in the "third month" after leading the Israelites from Egypt.
The researchers stood on the edge of a cliff on the top of the mountain, and below it, miles of rugged and desolate plateau gradually descended, extending to the dry plain in the distance.
There was a mist floating in the light blue air, as if it was still. To be precise, it was not silence, but stillness
Suddenly a gust of wind appeared very cool and dry on the plateau. I saw a goshawk circling upwards, flying to a height flush with my eyes, shining in the sun, and disappearing from the traveler's eyes.
They personally experienced some of Moses' feelings thousands of years ago. They stood on the top of the mountain for a while and stayed in that ruthless and aggressive place for a while. Moses chose this place to take the "Ten Commandments" from God. This is really imaginative and suitable.
But was the purpose of Moses, the Hebrew master, really to accept the commandment?
There is another explanation for his actions. Isn’t Moses’ real purpose always to create the Ark of the Covenant and put some huge energy material, that is, that natural substance?
He had already known that substance could be found on the top of this mountain. This proposition was very speculative, but scholars were always addicted to this speculation, which also left some room for imagination for future generations.
If Moses knew that there was some kind of energy-powerful substance buried at the main peak of Mount Sinai, then what was that substance?
Scholars have already proposed an answer, that is: the so-called stone slab that God wrote the "Ten Commandments" is actually two meteorites. The conclusion is inconsistent with the "Holy Grail Stone" written by Wolfram. He said that a group of angels brought the Holy Grail Stone to the ground.
Some top scholars who study the Bible also take this fascinating possibility seriously, pointing out that there were some beliefs of meteorite worship in ancient Semites culture, and also said: It seems a bit unreasonable to seal the commandment board with precepts in a confinement container...
The purpose of engraving the law on the stone must be to show it to everyone... Therefore, it can be assumed that the ark of the covenant is not two commandments, but a divine stone, that is, a meteorite found on Mount Sinai
If this inference is true, then one can guess what the element contained in "a meteorite found on Mount Sinai" is that this element is radioactive or has some chemical properties, and if Moses really wanted to create a powerful and lasting energy material and put it in the Ark of the Covenant, he would probably use this element
No matter what, this guess is not beyond the reasonable range
Moses might have processed something on Mount Sinai, and the Bible does not exclude this speculation. On the contrary, many of the passages in Exodus are unusual and confusing, so they can be explained in this way.
After the Israelites "camped at the foot of the mountain there", the so-called "God's manifestation" soon appeared. Then "Moses went to God, and the Lord called him from the mountain."
In this early stage, the Bible does not mention the fireworks and all other special effects that appeared soon after. The prophet Moses only climbed Mount Sinai to have a secret conversation with the Lord, and no one has ever witnessed this conversation.
It is meaningful that one of the first commands Moses received from God was: You must set the boundary for the people around the mountain, saying, "Be careful not to go up the mountain, nor to touch the boundary of the mountain; whoever touches this mountain must kill him... must be killed with stones or shot through with arrows... and must not live."
If Moses really planned to process some substance on Mount Sinai, it would be hardly necessary to say that he would have a strong reason to draw a martial law zone with clear boundaries and demarcations by "God"
"Kill with a stone, or shoot through with an arrow", this ending will certainly prevent the bold curious from peeking at what he is doing on the mountain
Only in this way can he continue to make people believe that he met God on the mountain
In any case, this scene began three days after Moses went up the mountain and then. On the morning of the third day, there were thunder and lightning and clouds on the mountain, and the sound of the horns was very loud, and all the people in the camp were trembling...
Smoke is coming from all over Sinai, because the Lord descended on the mountain in the fire, and the smoke of the mountain rises up, and the earth shakes like a kiln.
At first, Moses seemed to have only part of the time alone on the mountain and most of the time in the camp. However, God said to Moses soon after: Come up to me and live here, and I will give you the stone plate and the law and commandments I have written.
This is the prelude to the critical event that is about to happen on Mount Sinai, which is when Moses obtained two slabs, and he was about to put them into the ark of the covenant. The scriptures describing Moses were accompanied by more special effects: Moses went up the mountain, and clouds covered the mountain.
The glory of the Lord stopped at Mount Sinai, and the clouds covered the mountain for six days. On the seventh day, he called Moses from the clouds to the top of the mountain, before the eyes of the Israelites, and Moses entered the clouds and went up the mountain forty days and nights
Does it take forty days and nights for the omnipotent God to hand over two stone slabs to Moses?
It seems unnecessary for such a long time. However, if Moses was not accepting the "command plate" at all, but was processing or refining some concentrated stone-like energy material to put it into the Ark of the Covenant, then it would be too likely that he would take so much time to complete the work.
From this perspective, the "fire" on the top of the mountain that the Israelites interpreted as "the glory of the Lord" is probably really a terrible radiation light. It either comes from some device or from some chemical reaction process, and the prophet Moses is using them to process and refine that energy material.
Although this hypothesis sounds a bit powerful, it is certainly not as bizarre as the Old Testament, Mishner, Talmud, and most ancient Jewish legends about the two stone commandments.
It is said that the rules of the "Ten Commandments" are written on this special thing, and they were written by God himself.
As the Bible emphasizes, after the Lord finished speaking with Moses on Mount Sinai, he handed him two plates of Dharma, which were stone plates written by God with his fingers.
Moses turned and went down the mountain, holding two pieces of the Dharma in his hand. This piece was written on both sides. There were words on this and that were God's work. The words were written by God and were engraved on the plate.
Therefore, from theological point of view, the prophet Moses received the commandment board with great holy and meaning. This is not to be doubted that there are rules written by God himself, so it can be regarded as part of God.
From the perspective of the Bible, there is nothing more precious than these two commandments that God has given to mortals. Some people may think that Moses will take good care of them, but he is not.
Instead, he broke these pure and perfect gifts of God in a rage
Why did Moses do this incomprehensible action? Exodus explains that it was because the unfaithful Israelites did not believe that Moses would come back after forty days on the mountain, so they made a golden calf and went to worship.
As soon as Moses returned to the camp, he saw the Israelites dancing and worshiping the prophet on the spot, witnessing this strange apostate activity scene, "and he was furious and threw two plates under the mountain and broke them."
Then he burned the golden calf, executed about 3,000 of the worst apostates, and restored order.
The above is the official statement of the Bible about Moses's shattering of the stone commandment board and its reasons. However, these precepts on the board are obviously life and death, and are extremely important, so new ones must be replaced.
So God ordered Moses to return to the top of Mount Sinai and to receive two new commandments Moses acted according to God's command, "Forty days and nights there... the LORD wrote the words of this covenant, which are the ten commandments, on two plates."
Later, Moses took two commandments down the mountain, just like the previous time, but if you carefully study the relevant passages of the Bible, you will find that there is indeed a significant difference between Moses going down the mountain twice. When he went down the mountain for the second time, his face shone brightly, but for his first down the mountain, the Bible does not mention this strange phenomenon.
What makes Moses' face shine?
The authors of the Bible would naturally think that it was because Moses approached God, so he explained: "The Lord shines in his words when he speaks."
But in fact, there should be a more reasonable and scientific explanation (to be continued
