Chapter 003 Invisible Guest

Ding Chi stood up quietly and returned to the bathroom sink, brushed his teeth, washed his face, put on his coat, and left the house calmly. Then he quickly closed the security door, twisted the key and locked the door.

Leaning against the security door, Ding Chi thought about it. When he was checking the window just now, he had already checked the old house and didn't see anyone at all. I thought that if the thief was really still in the house, he would have been hidden under the bed or in the cabinet. Dan Ding Chi was not sure, so he hesitated and felt that he needed more clues to decide whether to call the police.

He took a deep breath and went down to the third floor, knocking on the door of 303. The footsteps in the door were approaching, and a woman asked through the door: "Who?"

"Sister Zhang, it's me, Ding Chi upstairs."

The door opened, revealing a round face with a facial mask. The owner of the round face was surnamed Zhang, and he was an old neighbor of Ding Chi's family. Even if the Ding family moved to the big house, they did not stop walking.

"Chizi, what's the matter?" Sister Zhang asked.

Ding Chi said: "Sister Zhang, can I check out your surveillance camera?"

There is no property in the community where the old house is located, and there is no parking space. Vehicles are scratched from time to time. Sister Zhang’s house is slightly larger in area and is transparent from north to south, so she placed a camera on the north balcony, and the location of the camera just happened to be close to the unit door.

"Your car is touched again? Come in quickly. Your brother-in-law left early in the morning. You know the password, so you can get it yourself."

Ding Chi responded, changed his shoes, went into the room and sat down on the sofa. He took out his mobile phone and connected to the camera, and quickly adjusted the video file he needed from the memory card.

The surveillance video shows that at 17:00 a.m., Ding Chi's Fit drove downstairs and stopped on the side of the road. The low beam lights went out and the car turned off. After a while, Ding Chi opened the car door. At the same time, the door on the rear right also opened, and a person walked out of the car!

Ding Chi's pupils contracted, feeling creepy! The video was still playing, because the light was too dark, so he could only see the outline of the person. While Ding Chi closed the car door, the person also closed the car door. Ding Chi in the video had no idea, locked the car with the key, and walked towards the unit door. The figure also moved, covering his left arm with his right hand and walked around the car, following Ding Chi. Near the unit door, the figure in the video gradually became clear. Because the video was black and white, it was only possible to see that the man was wearing a light-colored coat with long hair shawls on his head, and followed Ding Chi tightly into the unit door!

After going back and reading it several times, Ding Chi became more and more shocked. Who is this woman? When did she get into her own car? Why did she keep following her? She... is she a human or a ghost?

After making the mask, Sister Zhang came out of the bathroom and asked, "Have you found someone?"

"Not yet." Ding Chi responded casually, and continued to watch the video quickly. From 1:20 am to 10 am, I never saw the woman coming out of the unit door.

Let the surveillance video on the phone continue to play, Ding Chi thought about it and sorted out the strange incident from last night to the present: Last night, he hit an invisible person on the viaduct of Union Road. The invisible person could be seen again after being hit. What's strange is that after Ding Chi called the police, the man disappeared again, and along with the blood, it seemed that it did not exist. Immediately, a woman took advantage of the chaos to get into her car, took away the memory card from the driving recorder, and followed him into the house. Some noises were made in the middle of the night, leaving blood on the floor and wardrobe, and some long hair fell in the sink. Then she has not left the unit door, and is likely still at her home!

What Ding Chi even more couldn't understand was that when a woman followed him into the house, he was completely unaware of anything! That woman was either a ghost or the same as the person she had hit before, and was also an invisible person.

And will ghosts bleed? Even if ghosts bleed, will ghosts find medical boxes to stop the bleeding?

So, it was a woman who was invisible to the naked eye but could leave images in the surveillance video.

Things became more and more interesting. Ding Chi thought about it and felt that the woman should have no malice, otherwise she would have enough time to kill herself during the eight hours of her sleep. Even before leaving the house, the woman could still kill herself without any effort because she was invisible to the naked eye. Then he felt that calling the police seemed neither necessary nor useless.

Last night was a living example. The police would not believe him at all. Even if the police were out, the woman who was invisible to the naked eye could slip away before the police came.

Sister Zhang walked from the north balcony and said in surprise: "Chizi, your car is so miserable. Did someone smash it? Did you find someone?"

Ding Chi smiled, put away his cell phone, stood up and said, "I found it, thank you Sister Zhang."

"Hey, thank you for saying such a small matter. You helped install our camera. Is the one who smashed your car from our community? You have to back up the video, so you can't just forget it."

"Don't worry, I'll go find her now."

After leaving Sister Zhang's house, Ding Chi walked up to the fifth floor in three or two steps, took out the key and twisted the door lock, and it was still two and a half times. Ding Chi felt relieved. It seemed that the man had not left yet. He carefully opened the door, quickly flashed in, and then closed the door immediately and locked the door.

I looked at the large bedroom and saw that there was still no one inside. I glanced into the kitchen casually and saw that there was only half a bottle of coke left on the dining table, and the self-heating rice was eaten clean.

Since the other party can eat, we can first make sure that the unknown existence entering the house is not a ghost, but an existence that needs to be eaten, but is invisible to the naked eye.

A tangible but invisible guy was hiding in his house... How should he deal with such a weird guy? After thinking for a while, Ding Chi felt that he should try to communicate.

"Hey!" He suddenly shouted, "Is the Kung Pao Chicken Ding Rice delicious?"

What responded to him was a silence.

"It's wrong for you to do this. You'll run to my house, eat mine, drink mine, and don't say hello, and don't answer your questions. Do you think it's appropriate?"

The house was still quiet and there was no response at all.

"Do you think I can't find you if I don't speak?" After a pause, Ding Chi continued, "Well, that's what you think. OK, I don't believe it anymore, you can wait!"

While speaking, Ding Chi retreated to the kitchen, picked up the broom, held it in his hand and waved it randomly, but nothing was reached. Ding Chi was very focused and slowly moved his steps towards his room. The broom in his hand was sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and sometimes he would suddenly turn around and sting a few random times.

He retreated into his room little by little, quickly closed the door, locked it, and then rushed to the balcony as fast as possible. Turning open the balcony door, Ding Chi quickly entered the balcony, closed the door with his backhand, and then breathed a sigh of relief. He placed the broom aside, found the tool box in the balcony cabinet, lowered the lifting and clothes rail, and found the tools to start disassembly.

This old-fashioned clothes rod has two rods two meters long. Ding Chi took off the rod and removed the curtains. He fixed both ends of the curtains at the front ends of the two rods, and tied heavy objects on the other ends of the curtains. This way, it can form a curtain covering the cross-section of the entire room. Although the other party cannot see it, since it is tangible, it will inevitably reveal traces under the curtain sweeping.

After making the tools, Ding Chi carefully twisted open the balcony door and slashed it with a broom a few times. He dragged the curtain in after confirming that he had not met anyone. He supported the pole with both hands, spread the curtain, confirmed that the curtain could cover the cross-section of the room, and then walked forward slowly little by little. He supported the curtain far away, for fear that the other party would jump into the wall and slapped himself. Walking from the balcony to the door, Ding Chi carefully took more than a minute, but the curtain slipped smoothly across the bed, coffee table, sofa, and TV, but never covered anything tangible and weird. Ding Chi did not give up, opened the wardrobe and stabbed it in with a broom, and did not encounter any obstacles.

He breathed a little relieved, at least he could confirm that the other party was not in his room. After a while, Ding Chi turned the door open, did the same thing, and used the curtain to open the passage, swept all the way. The bathroom, there was no; the kitchen, there was no. Ding Chi was about to turn to the small bedroom, but as he turned around, the door of the small bedroom slowly opened!
