Chapter Forty-Five: Everything is ready (for further reading)

Einstein was silent. He knew that what Xia Lian said was true, but it was inconsistent with his character. He might have endless theoretical battles with other scientists.

But he never liked war.

"Force does not mean everything." Einstein said, "Because you cannot maintain strong force forever."

"Of course, so it can only be the basis for maintaining everything." Xia Lian continued.

Hearing this, Einstein's brows gradually relaxed, he nodded and said, "I understand what you mean."

Xia Lian grinned and joked, "So, Mr. Einstein, whether we can keep this artificial intelligence depends on you."

Einstein stared at Xia Lian quietly, and after a moment, he commented.

"You will be a very good leader."

"Are you praising me?" Xia Lian raised his eyebrows.

"Of course." Einstein said, "I have met many leaders over the years, and you are the best among them."

Xia Lian nodded: "It is the norm in the Western voting system that third-rate politicians lead first-rate countries."

"Although this was not my original intention, I cannot deny it," Einstein said.

Then, he looked at Freya and asked softly, "Are you willing to come with us?"

"I am happy to continue to serve you, Professor." Freya pulled up her skirt with both hands and spread it to both sides, bent her knees slightly, and made a skirt-raising ceremony towards Einstein.

Also called a curtsy, it is a type of greeting or a type of bowing. It is a traditional formal etiquette that originated in Europe in the 17th century. It is reserved for women and represents surrender and allegiance.

"How should we take you away?" Einstein said.

"Plug the USB disk in your hand into the computer, and I can transfer my data." Freya said, "After that, you only need to find another computer to load me into it."

Einstein reacted and quickly inserted the USB disk back into its original place. Soon, a halo of data flow began to appear around Freya.

Her figure flickered in and out of sight, and then disappeared.

"You can pull it out now, Professor."

Einstein pulled out the thing and then looked at Xia Lian.

"Take us away."

Xia Lian smiled and put his hand on Einstein's shoulder. The time and space around him was flowing. They once again crossed the gate of time and entered another time and space.

They returned to the dormitory of the Kuixing Ship, and everything was as it had just happened.

Einstein came back to his senses and looked out the window through the projection window, looking at the desolate land like the Gobi Desert and the huge planet outside the thin atmosphere not far away.

Looking at this completely unfamiliar sight, Einstein confirmed that he had arrived in a strange place.

“No matter how many times you travel through time and space, it’s still incredible.”

Einstein muttered absentmindedly.

"The amount of energy consumed by a time travel should be a terrifying astronomical figure, but you can travel back and forth in human history so easily, and even carry people and items to the future, without being restricted by rules.

To some extent, you may have stood at the end of civilization, and time is meaningless to you."

Xia Lian shrugged.

Einstein looked at the huge planet in the distance. The thin atmosphere enveloped him like a layer of mist, with a hazy sense of mystery.

"Is that Yongye Xing?"

Xia Lian nodded.

"It's so beautiful, this horizon." Einstein looked at the Evernight Star and murmured in a daze.

"You can't see such scenery on the earth. Both sides are locked by the other side's tidal force, so they cannot rotate, so there is always one side facing each other, just like the moon and the earth.

But this is much more spectacular than the moon, and it should be even more shocking when viewed from the opposite side."

"There will be a chance to go up." Xia Lian also looked at Yong Yexing and said.

"But even so, there is still a small hemisphere that can get the sun, right?" Einstein frowned and asked, "Why can only tens of millions of people survive? Is it a land problem?"

Xia Lian nodded, "Most of the land and continental shelves are covered in frozen soil, plus ice continents formed by water."

Einstein nodded and frowned: "Such a large area of ice continent is a thousand times larger than the glaciers at the poles. If the glaciers melt, the scale of tsunamis and floods caused should be able to submerge the entire world."

"There will always be a solution. If your research is successful, they can even save themselves by their own strength." Xia Lian said.

After a pause, Xia Lian said with a smile, "I'll ask someone to arrange a room for you. You can have a good rest tonight."

Subsequently, Xia Lian used the communication system to contact the standing administrator of the Kuixing Ship. She quickly entered Xia Lian's room and took Einstein out.

It is not surprising that Xia Lian arranges a dormitory for someone.

But the sudden appearance of a stranger who did not exist before on this uninhabited planet is worthy of surprise.

Even Mercury, who had just left in this timeline, returned after learning the news and saw Einstein being taken away by the executive in the corridor.

Then, she withdrew her gaze and entered Xia Lian's room.

"Who is that person?" Mercury asked Xia Lian as soon as he entered the door.

Xia Lian raised his eyebrows and teased: "Why do you sound like you are confronting a scumbag who has found a mistress?"

"How should I come back..."

Xia Lian recalled the scumbag's quotes, and then he said to Mercury.

"Don't worry, I only have you in my heart."

Mercury fell silent.

"Just kidding, you look serious." Xia Lian said with a smile, "His name is Einstein, and he is a very good scientist."

"Is he the candidate you mentioned?" Mercury asked.

Xia Lian nodded, "In fact, he has helped me analyze the fifth element using mathematics and created a reverse transformation equation, but it still needs to be verified."

"Already?" There was a little surprise in Shuiyin's unwavering eyes, "So soon?"

It has actually only been a few hours since Xia Lian discovered the fifth element.

"It's indeed a bit fast." Xia Lian nodded, "But don't worry, I'm not fast."

Mercury thought for a moment and said with some uncertainty, "This is also a joke, right?"

Xia Lian was stunned. He looked at Mercury. Her eyes were serious, without any sarcasm or ridicule.

He sighed, "Sincerity is indeed the most powerful weapon."

Xia Lian no longer followed Mercury, but asked, "If a cybernetic human encounters an exoskeleton armored soldier, how much will the battle loss be?"

"1:100." Mercury said.

"In other words, each of you can fight one against a hundred?" Xia Lianda said.

"When it is in good condition, it means there is sufficient energy, no damage, and the weapon system is intact," Mercury said.

Xia Lian raised his eyebrows and nodded, "Be rigorous."

"A pirate with only one ship cannot have so many new models of exoskeleton armor, so you, Mithril and Orichalcum can actually fight against an entire ship of pirates."

"But this is only in the case of individual combat. We cannot face the spacecraft." Mercury said, and suddenly, she seemed to have thought of something.

"you mean...."

Xia Lian didn't say anything, just whispered in a low voice.

"Everything is ready, all we need is the east wind..."
