Chapter 1504: Running-in Period(1/2)

It was the first time Derris took care of a disabled person, and he finally realized that he really couldn't bear it.

He went to the housekeeper and told him that he had exceeded his bottom line and that he simply couldn't do it. However, the housekeeper had long been used to it because few of Philip's caregivers could last more than a week.

Driss stood on the balcony and saw the housekeeper talking on the phone, seemingly preparing to recruit new nursing staff for Philip. He then saw Philip lying on the hospital bed.

He returned to Phillip's room and gave Phillip a massage. When he was about to pour water, he accidentally poured hot water on Phillip's legs.

He apologized quickly, but Phillip didn't feel it at all.

Darius was surprised. He did a jaw-dropping thing. He actually tested the water temperature and his hands were burned. Then he poured the boiling water on Philip's legs.

Phillip opened his eyes and asked: "Have you had enough?"

"You really can't feel anything?" Driss asked with a surprised look on his face.

The housekeeper walked in and was shocked when she saw Driss's actions.

"It's just an experiment!" Driss explained: "Look, he didn't react at all!"

The housekeeper stamped her foot helplessly: "You will burn him!"

When the camera turned, Driss was helping Philip open letters. He opened one letter and showed it to Philip, and dealt with it according to what he said. However, there was one letter that Philip refused to let him open.

He asked Darius to put the letter in the private folder, but there were already many letters in it.

The female assistant passed by, and Driss was attracted by her graceful figure. As a result, the food he was feeding Philip almost went directly into his eyes.

Philip was flipping through the book with a wooden stick in his mouth, and Darius was doing his own thing. At this time, Philip's cell phone rang, but he forgot about Philip's paralysis, and asked for the phone without looking up.

Pass it to Philip.

After not seeing Phillip answer his phone for a long time, he suddenly realized that he had forgotten the fact that Phillip couldn't move.

He had previously found a promotional card for a massage girl in Philip's letter, and he even suggested that Philip sort it out.

However, he was rejected by Philip, who had a rare serious look on his face. However, although Driss threw the card into the trash can, in fact, he secretly remembered it, and he even called the person over afterwards.

I really enjoyed it.

For Derris, who seldom goes to work seriously, punctuality is obviously not something he can achieve.

The housekeeper came to call him, but found many "murder weapons" and knives in his bag.

This made the housekeeper very worried.

At the beginning of a new day, Darius was going to take Philip out today, but he looked at the car. Normally, when Philip went out, he would be put into the spacious trunk, but Darius felt that Philip could not be taken out like this.

Just put it behind like a horse.

Driss also found a car covered by a mask next to him in the yard. There was a trident logo on the masking cloth. He asked Philip: "What kind of car is this?"

Phillip shook his head: "This car is not suitable for me!"

Driss opened the covering to reveal the luxury car Maserati inside, but Philippe said: "Unfortunately, we have to be pragmatic!"

"Pragmatic?" In Derris' view, that's all bullshit.

Why would you drive such an ugly car when you have such an awesome luxury car?

In the end, he got Philip into the Maserati.

When he started the car, he was pleasantly surprised by the sound of the engine being driven by the accelerator.

"Damn, this is so cool!" Driss said excitedly.

Philip was also infected by him and couldn't help but smile.

Darius swung his tail handsomely and was about to drive out. The housekeeper and servants who heard the noise ran out and saw Derris driving a Maserati to take Philip out.

The door was opened, but there was a car parked at the door, blocking the road.

Philip explained that it was his neighbor's car, and he often parked his car there, just like his own parking lot.

He murmured: "Maybe something will change?"

Gentleman Philip, old-fashioned Philip, is obviously not very good at solving this kind of thing.

But Driss couldn't bear it.

He opened the door and got out of the car, then walked towards the car aggressively.

He walked directly to the car, knocked hard on the roof, and then opened the door.

He threw the other party's cell phone on the ground, then grabbed his collar and pressed his head in front of the no parking sign at the door of Phillip's house so that he could see it clearly.

Phillip looked at this scene and did not stop him. Instead, he said calmly: "This is a good move!"

The housekeeper rarely stopped when she saw this scene. Obviously, they were all very unhappy with this guy who parked the car randomly. It was just because of their status that they would not deal with it as roughly as Driss, but this way of handling it still made people feel uncomfortable.

It's inexplicably pleasurable, isn't it?

Darius took Philip to see an art exhibition. Darius couldn't understand the painting, but Philip stared at it for more than an hour.

Philip said: "This painting exudes a peaceful temperament, mixed with a little violence, which is very touching!"

Driss said disapprovingly: "Do you think a stain on a white background is attractive?"

He obviously couldn't understand Philip's aesthetics.

"How much does this thing cost?" Derris asked again.

"Thirty thousand dollars!" said the woman at the art exhibition.

Driss thought the price was too exaggerated and asked the woman to confirm it.

After the other party left, Driss walked up to Philip and pointed at the painting and said, "You really want to spend thirty thousand dollars to buy this, right? Isn't it outrageous?"

But Philip said calmly: "It's possible!"

"This guy charges 30,000 dollars for spraying nosebleeds on paper?" Derris felt that this was simply subverting his worldview.

Philip said calmly: "Tell me, Darius, why are people interested in art?"

"I don't know, art investment, right?" Derris said noncommittally.

"No, because art is the only trace that people as passers-by in life can leave in the world!" Philip tried to tell Driss what art is.

But obviously he found the wrong person.

Black people living at the bottom like Derris, art?

"You are talking nonsense. Give me fifty dollars and I will go to the hardware store to buy something. As a passer-by in your life, I have to leave some traces of myself on you!" Derris said.

"Okay, stop talking nonsense and give me a piece of chocolate!"

"No!"

"Give me a piece of chocolate!" Philip said with his mouth slightly open.

Driss said: "Without arms, there is no chocolate!"

Philip looked at him in astonishment, but Darius smiled and said: "You're kidding! I'm kidding!"

Phillip was also stunned for a moment: "This joke is so classic!"

"This was originally a black joke!" Driss laughed loudly.

He even joked about Philip's lack of arms.

He stuffed a chocolate bean into Philip's mouth.

At this time, the woman at the art exhibition came out and said that the price of the painting was wrong, not 30,000 dollars, but 50,000 dollars!

It didn't matter to Philip at all, he just said he bought it.

Later, Philip met his old friend. It turned out that the housekeeper had complained. The old friend didn't understand why his old friend Philip would hire a rude, uneducated, and violent black man like Driss.

In fact, at this moment, many viewers also have such doubts.

Why Driss?

He does look frizzy, rude, and a bit irritable.

Even doing things is neither light nor heavy.

An old friend told Philip that Driss had committed a crime and had just come out of prison. He had no qualifications and knew nothing.

"This kind of person has no sympathy at all!"

However, Philip's answer was: "Exactly this! This is what I want, without any sympathy! Do you know why he handed the phone to me? Because he forgot that I was paralyzed, yes, he meant it to me

He has no sympathy, he is tall and strong, has two arms and two legs, he has a good brain, and is in good health. Other things, such as what you said about his past, I don’t care at all!"

At this moment, everyone finally understood why Philip chose Driss!

The key point of the reason is here.

Think about it carefully, isn't it?

What Philip needs is not sympathy at all, but equality.

Driss is not only rude, but also lustful. The key is that he doesn't want to hide it at all. He even directly invites the beautiful female assistant Margery to take a bath with him.

Philip asked his assistant Margery to help him reply to his pen pal, and he also let the audience know that those letters were originally from Philip's pen pal!
