460; Demon Buddha Tathagata, the incarnation of the soul(2/2)

Nan Sheng was completely confused: "Maitreya? Who is Maitreya?"

Zuo Chongming rubbed his forehead and said: "It is recorded in the ancient Buddhist scriptures that Buddhism has the past Dingguang Buddha, the present Tathagata Buddha, and the future Maitreya Buddha."

"Only when the former passes away can the latter be accomplished and sit on the position of the Lord of Ten Thousand Buddhas, commanding all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Arhats."

"At the beginning, when the ancient catastrophe came, the Lord of Ten Thousand Buddhas in Buddhism was Maitreya. The Tathagata at that time had already passed away..."

When Nan Sheng heard this, he couldn't help but interject: "But you just said that he was..."

"That's right."

Zuo Chongming twitched the corners of his lips and forced out a wry smile: "He is indeed Tathagata, but he is also Maitreya and Dingguang."

Nan Sheng's face changed greatly: "You mean, the Lord of Ten Thousand Buddhas is the same person from beginning to end? It's just that his name is different?"

"almost."

Zuo Chongming sighed: "The reason why he can condense the three dharma images is actually the ancient way of cultivation, some kind of magic about the incarnation of the soul, no, it should be said to be magical power."

The visions and phenomena in martial arts actually originate from the transcendent realm of the monk’s soul.

However, later generations integrated and adapted these exercises based on martial arts.

The biggest difference between the two is the soul, or the soul.

Since the beginning of cultivation, monks have been subtly developing powerful soul consciousness, reaching the limit and then transforming into souls.

Martial arts is inferior to the former in terms of soul. After all, not all warriors have spiritual veins.

Because of this, warriors can only focus on fighting a Dharma with their own martial arts will as the core.

However, monks can use it as a magical power to condense multiple things similar to the Dharma.

"hiss……"

Nan Sheng grinned and smacked his tongue: "According to what you say, doesn't this guy live from ancient times to now? How many years has it been?"

"Who knows?"

Zuo Chongming narrowed his eyes and quietly changed the subject: "But what is certain is that he doesn't want to be like this."

The appearance of Tathagata was beyond his expectation.

But it allowed Zuo Chongming to confirm his conjecture - before ancient times, there was another civilization, or even more than one.

Because according to the textual research of Buddhist scriptures, Buddhism did not appear from ancient times, but from a much older era that cannot be traced back.

Nan Sheng didn't understand what he meant and asked in a deep voice: "What does this mean?"
